I haven't been into mid since 2020 but its always been in the back of mimd so these are just a few of my headcanons (and when Im calling the group itself, with Ava included, im calling it nook, cause appreantly that's the word for a groups of imps (yes im considering the deamons?, demons? as imps cause imps will have a little place in my spine)

-leif is very fond of children or anyone he considers a child. Like when he said that it was brothers taking care of brothers i felt that he really cares for his old family and honestly i think it would be sweet if he was extremely doting towards those younger then him

-Pierce is so autism

-We love our adhd rhys here. Like i just imagined him constantly shaking his leg and all and asch just putting his hand on rhys' thigh to stop him (Lil rhys/asch shipper here)

-I feel like calling them demons is a little bit on the nose considering (from my personal opinion) that demons at least are from hell or some really disliked place. And we saw that the 'demons' actually came from another planet. If anyone thinks they have a better name for them plz do say

and its likely a miniscule smaller then earth

Which would explain all of them sudden collapsing but being able to adapt to the planet's gravity as their owns planet's gravity is likely weaker then earths

-when the deamons first came to earth, they kinda had to borrow atleast a few clothes from ava. After that Ava had to go out and buy a bunch of new clothes, but every now and then they will choose to wear her clothes, wether for comfort or just to be a piece of shit

-they wear eachothers clothes too, although pierce has limited option since he's the physically biggest in the group

-Pierce is massive cuddler, like if you have the misfortune of being within his grasp, its very hard to escape depending on who you are.

-we also being a multishiper here because asch has two hands and rhys has two and i think they should hold hands with pierce.

-leif has c-ptsd from the time his old family exiled him to asch sparing him and will have continues nightmare about which is why de doesn't exactly like to sleep

-pierce can sleep anywhere anytime as long as he has his nook around.

-Rhys is also an insomniack and stays up reading books that ava got for him at the library and ends up often having really deep late night conversations with leif (shhhhhhhhhh their bonding)

-Rhys is more chemistry/science/magic smart while Asch is actually the one who's more laguange smart since I feel that as he's the prince and likely to be the next king he was constantly interacting and having to speak different dialects from people of other nations

Hello! Today, I have been thinking about the profound effect music has on our emotions. It is fascinating how different genres can transport us to various states of mind, often reflecting or influencing our mood in unexpected ways.

When I am feeling down, there is nothing like turning to some soulful blues. The raw emotion in artists like Insomniacks or Hafiz Suip resonates deeply with me. Their music feels like a comforting hug, acknowledging my sadness while reminding me that I am not alone. The heart-wrenching lyrics and smooth melodies have a way of validating my feelings, making it easier to process them.

On the other side, when I need an energy boost, I turn to upbeat pop or dance music. Artists like NCT or Chase Atlantic always lift my spirits and get me moving. Their catchy hooks and infectious beats seem to fill the room with positivity, inspiring me to dance around my living room and forget my worries for a while. It is amazing how just a few minutes of a lively track can turn my whole day around!

And then there is the nostalgic pull of old songs from my childhood. Listening to My Chemical Romance or Exist transports me back to simpler times, filled with memories of family road trips to hometown or vacations. These songs stir up a sense of warmth and familiarity that makes me smile, reminding me of the joy and innocence of those days.

It is incredible how a simple melody or lyric can influence our emotions so deeply. Music is like a universal language, speaking directly to our hearts and minds. I am grateful for the way it shapes my experiences and helps me navigate life’s ups and downs.

My Journey in Learning the Ukulele

I started learning the ukulele two years ago and it has been a fun and rewarding experience. At first, I choose the ukulele because it seemed easier than other instruments, and I loved its light happy sound. I watched a few videos online, and the small size of the instrument made it less intimidating to begin with.

In the beginning, I struggled with tunning the ukulele and getting the chords right. My fingers felt awkward, and I kept pressing the wrong strings. However, with consistent practice, I started to feel more comfortable. I learned to play basic chords like C, G, and F, which allowed me to play simple songs. The first song that I learn was Traitor by Olivia Rodrigo. The contains simple chords like C, G, F, and A minor which makes it a lot easier for beginners.

One of the highlights of my learning journey was when I could play my favourite song from Insomniacks called ‘Pulang’. It wasn’t perfect, but it felt amazing to strum along and sing at the same time. The small victory motivated me to keep practicing and learn more songs.

As I progressed, I also started experimenting with different strumming patterns in different songs. Learning how to strum rhythmically took some time, but I enjoyed the challenge. It gave me a sense of rhythm and made the songs sound much better. It also encourages me to learn more interesting songs with different chord and strumming patterns

Now, I feel more confidents with my ukulele skills and took forward to improving even more. I am now teaching my friend too. It’s been a fun journey so far, and I’m excited to keep learning new techniques and my song list.

WEEK 3 ; MY ANTHEM

I’ve been listening to ' Remininsensi ' by Insomniacks, and it really hits different today. It brings back memories of us , how things used to be when everything felt so easy between us. The song’s all about reminiscing, and I can’t help but think about the good times we shared. I remember how we thought it would last forever, all the little moments that felt so natural. We didn’t have to try — it just worked.

But life had other plans. We’ve moved on now, living different lives, and sometimes it feels like we’re strangers. Still, whenever I hear this song, it brings me back to those days, like a flood of emotions I didn’t expect. It’s hard not to miss what we had, even though I know we’re not the same people anymore. I guess that’s what ' Remininsensi 'is really about — holding on to memories that are both beautiful and bittersweet.

There are days I wish I could go back, just for a moment, to feel the way I did back then. But I know those memories will always stay with me, even as I keep moving forward. Maybe that’s enough.
