im being so so brave but also i am gripping you by the shoulders and leaning in and letting you know i am so tired of being brave

#my job has invented new and even more agonizing ways to make itself stressful to endure #and that isn't even counting the fact that i've now seriously fucked up my wrist transporting 30lb boxes up and down stairs #or the fact that i occasionally get piercing shoulder pains if i'm not super careful about how i use the hand truck #or the fact that whenever i come home on mondays my entire lower body is so sore that i can't move beyond a weak shuffle #it's the fact that my boss has no sense of organization #so my supervisor and i are basically salvaging or starting from scratch every week #it's the fact that some of our clients are asking for things we're not even contracted to provide #like access to our company materials or additional resources outside of our scheduled bookings #and that there's this constant looming threat of 'ohhh don't be bad at your job!! or else we'll lose our contract with these people!!'#but 'bad at your job' in this case means 'not bending over backwards to accommodate the least accommodating circumstances possible'#like 'hey you need to lead this training exercise meant for 20 people except actually you only have 4 people'#'and actually none of them are familiar with the prerequisites for this training or have any experience with the skills'#'and also none of them want to be there and half of them just Don't Do These Things as a rule'#'and if you try to make them do anything they don't want to do (even if it's literally the point of the training) they Will leave'#'and then we will no longer have enough clients to pay you'#like. what am i doing. this company was not designed to work with this format. we're not an arts and crafts group or a club meeting #hi so i wrote this post before starting weekend work prep #it has been 3 hours now #im still not done #i haven't eaten and my wrist hurts so bad #i need to.................. take a break................................

i wouldnt say ultra impact provides anything of major substance to any of bnha, and of course you run into any issue of arguing its canonicity.

but i do feel very strongly that it is very good at portraying the characters, like the writers get the essence of a character even if nothing of bombast is being done with them.

yes this is entirely because i am consistently happy with what materials the game provides for 1B, we got a 1B monoma-centric event which understands both that he is a competitive little prick who really would like to stick it to 1A, while also being intensely aware (in a very humble way) that he is NOT better at utilizing the quirks of his classmates after pulling off a fairly complicated strategy

Of course, he immediately undercuts himself by going back to his, "and with this we will be better than 1-A" schtick, but that too is part of his character.

#bnha #kiy must scream #monoma neito #bnha meta #im also very fond of tetsutetsu's trust story which goes into how he feels that he needs to train harder after the villains raid on the cam #it backs up a lot of trains of thoughts i had about his almost non-existent exploration of his personality outside of loud scream man #that part of him that wishes to be the strongest protector who can protect those he cares about #but i do ultimately feel that monoma is the best written of 1B across all official materials canon or otherwise #he's this joke of a character and then you get just one chapter in the joint training that uses previous concepts started with shinsou #and it just clicks into place as to why hes LIKE that and why the behaviors we see as his “comedic relief” couldve formed #and the side materials like the light novels does a wonderful job at continuing to explore that with how he doesnt WANT to do real harm #hes not trying to wound or maim any of 1A #he just thinks theyre all like bakugou as of sports fest that type of arrogance and all and hes learning its not the case #monoma as a character is INCREDIBLY intriguing to me #and before anyone says anything hes intriguing to me exactly the same way that bakugou is

#ok so far we got that luxury is mostly about pricing the brand itself independently of the production of the good #so 20000 dollars for a bag sounds like a scam bc in its core it literally is luxury product is just a fancier way of saying it #and logically raw materials + appropriate payment for design and craftsmanship cannot cost 20000 or some shit #so theoretically (and very ironically) luxury market is a very legitimate way of scamming the rich #and the quality of the product is replicable for much much lower prices so as long as you brand it differently #even the not so rich should be able to access almost the same product as long as it is branded differently #so the question of alienation of the worker from the product is at least alleviated #also none of this makes sense so just skip it #im just loving the idea of scamming rich fucks #bc i started a training on luxury market and none of this shit is sensible to me and it is so funny that it is important to a small group

Unfortunately all chatgpt is good for is interview/job application stuff which I think says a lot about the hiring process as a whole

#wrenfea.exe #as an actual artifical intelligence? no its horrible bc it really ISNT one #its a writing synthesizer it generates writing based on data searches and boundaries from training #thats what a neural network is its a very convoluted input-output sequence #it has no capacity to understand the meaning behind what it generates #it is simply generating the specific things that the user is looking for #the job interview process has become so robotic and automized that ai fits in perfectly #but employers HATE that people are turning to chatgpt for cover letters and interview answers #so it was fair for them to use filtering programs to accept/deny applications before it got in front of an actual human being #and its ok for them to use ai and pre-written formats to make job announcements descriptions and interview questions #but god forbid we are forced to use those exact same tools to get a humans attention so we can get a job and not starve #pushing aside the whole copyright debate on chatgpt and the environmental impact of its power usage btw #im soley analyzing how its become commonly utilized on both sides #by interviewer and interviewed #the mechanization of the whole process is now on both sides #it just seems very inhuman..#its also how some people have figured out how to somehow become employed multiple times by the same company due to lack of human oversight #and how automated theyve made their hiring process #probably should have made these tags into a separate reblog oops #also disclaimer do not cut and paste right into your application materials bc chatgpt often just lies #also many places now can tell you used chatgpt due to how similar its answers are #i only use it to make a template and see how things can be phrased to be more professional and buzzwordy #id never use it for something actually creative #and dear god do not write academic essays with it #i tried using it to supplement my own cover letter template but it was too robotic even for a cover letter #it is very good at accessing and summarizing publically available information #thats all it does not make sure the information is true or good

Iruka can't quite comprehend chiseled tobirama find it distracting, Tobirama can't quite comprehend he said it out aloud. If he thought he was gonna be less distracted once he got to know it, he was wrong. And knowing Iruka knows somehow makes him feel more embarrassed.
