i think vis reaction to sevika being a traitor to vander is so interesting because the strong anger she has implies that sevika must have played a much bigger role in vis life than just some woman who hung around the bar. given how close sevika seems to vander at the start of s1 (considering how she and vander talk to each other like theyve known each other for years, and its clear that sevika has some sort of common presence at the last drop) i wonder if maybe sevikas the closest that vi ever had to a maternal figure. not that i think sevika was a huge presence in vis life but maybe she was more of an aunt-like figure in her life who is distantly there every now and then when vi needed advice. maybe sevikas the one who taught her about periods. maybe sevikas helped her learn how to fight. the potential sevika vi bond is so special and important to me
