@rinhaler - luxe is def on my top 3, she comes up with very organic scenes. even if it's a simple plot she can develop it so originally. I recently read her underground fighter!sukuna and i'm still thinking about it.

@laudthingcat has the best headcanons in the jjk fandom hands down, it’s the perfect dose of hot funny and cute, pick anything from her masterlist it’s guaranteed you’ll have a good time reading it. when you moan their name in your sleep in particular gives me butterflies

— For such a special event, they were given full control over their appearance on stage. So after a week of planning, the members settled on wearing silly shirts and denim for funsies. It was really on brand with the group’s fun and carefree image, so fans went absolutely feral over them.

— Hada’s t-shirt was literally a joke! Like he literally got it made specifically for the festival. It was supposed to stay as a cute memory within the members, but ended up going viral and having to be added to the group’s official merchandise.

— OPEN MIC’s third Waterbomb! The hype was real, guys! Everyone was crossing their fingers for the group to be confirmed for Waterbomb Seoul. When it finally happened, fans lost it.

— Usually, OPEN MIC is known for their epic live shows. It's so much fun seeing the members doing their thing on stage and having a great time, hitting every note flawlessly. But let me tell you, Waterbomb was on another level!

— For the setlist, they chose all of their forever fan favorite tracks together with their most recent trendy songs like TASTE TEST, featured in their last mini album.

— From all of the member’s solo songs featured in both their mini albums and OPEN MIC PARTY series, only two of them were chosen to be performed. Fans were a tad upset about Suzue and Hada not performing one of their songs, specially Hada’s </3 GIRL, a fan favorite.

— Diwa’s choice of song was also…unexpected! Everyone was expecting her to perform her latest solo release, GOOD LUCK XO, which was even trending on TikTok at the moment. Our girl did not speak a word about the reason behind the decision, which made everything even weirder!

— Two words: blonde River. Long-haired blond River, actually. Which is even better, if you ask me. It was so unexpected, given the fact that he likes to keep his hair natural or in some dark color. So yeah, his choice for the festival was not on people’s year bingo cards. But everyone went crazy over it!

— River recorded a TikTok while performing his solo ANY SONG?, doing its little trendy choreography with the crowd behind him all while Hada soaked him with one of the big water guns.

— This little trip down memory lane resulted in the song re-entering the charts at #4, and Chanters bringing back the trend with a new twist under the hashtag #ANYSONGSummerEdition.

— After their show, the group was spotted in the crowd at WayV, Taemin and Venus’s shows. Diwa and Suzue also went to see Nayeon, while River and Hada popped up by Loco’s show.

— They took over Instagram with pics and vids from the shows plus then just genuinely having a good time, singing and dancing along to their favorite artists. One of Suzue’s clips of Ten from WayV went viral, and now it’s one of the most used fancams on Twitter.

@hinataxsunshine - I always found Adrian's blog to be one of the nicest/cutest blogs ever! It just has something about it that speaks innocence and serenity, which fits perfectly the vibe of his OC, Hinata.

@niragixpsych - Although she doesn't think her writing is any good if you ask her, Psych's talent in writing surpasses most expectations with the amount of thought and care she puts into every interaction. It's a true delight and pleasure to write with her and her blog is one I'll always recommend with the utmost happiness!

@aggwaseon - I love their writing because it's very versatile and detailed. You can tell the Mun puts a lot of effort into their threads, and even if lately they haven't been very active, I can guarantee you that this Mun right here knows precisely what they are doing and they are doing it with passion, dedication and care!

@kuinaoflight - Her talent at both writing Kuina as a character and stories in general is amazing! I always loved reading her threads and the amazingly well crafted answers to the RP memes that make even the most common of prompts feel uniquely written and personalized to the person who sent them. @hoodedchishiya - There's a reason why this blog is my all time favorite Chishiya and that's because Alex's writing is usually 1000000/10, both when it comes to writing our favorite snarky cookie addict blonde and storytelling in general. I swear man, if I hear you say one more time that your writing sucks, Imma make it one of my to do list priorities to remind you daily that your writing is beyond excellent!

@triggerhappymilitant - Nyx's headcannons about Niragi are another one of my faves when it comes to headcannons about Niragi. They are always interesting to read and I feel like she always manages to showcase Niragi's utmost essence in her own rendition of the character and its background!

@hoodedchishiya - If you want a fresh and unique version of Chishiya, this is the blog to seek. Again, just like his talent for writing in general, this man's creativity when it comes to reimagining Chishiya in a very unique, yet true to the core essence of the character, is baffling! I told you, I could listen to you ramble all day about your ideas and hcs about Chishiya and I wouldn't grow bored!

yesterday, my back started hurting. an abnormal amount, to the point where right now, i can't bend in any direction without wincing from the pain. this is something i dealt with on a regular basis back in canon.

i'm physically disabled both in this reality and in canon, but here, it's always been my ankle and knees that are the problem, and the reason i need to use a cane. but this specific issue, something clearly going wrong with the muscles in my back, it feels so familiar even though i've never felt it before in this reality.

i remember that this was one of the reasons i was an ideal sacrifice for the grindinglords people. sleeping was already difficult for me because of my chronic muscle pain, all it took was that extra dose of caffeine everyday to get me to stay awake for weeks.

but i'm not there anymore, and it feels so unfair that i'm still dealing with the pain.

HEJHKFSSJ hi merhaba hello I have SO MANY thoughts (I've played up to 1/4 of Act 3 before restarting so I'll try and be vague)

WOW. What a game what a GAME!! I have never got attached to so many side characters. I love that I can give them closure and conclusive ends to their arcs, and they're not even main characters. I love that as a player, I can have an influence in my environment. I love that I can challenge my companions and be challenged, and that opinions don't simply change overnight. There's development. There's so much satisfaction in the companion character arcs. Also some of the dialogue options are straight up FOUL in classic Larian Studios style. ok this is getting long sdksjlkds;

I can actually have consequences to my actions. Playing a good character FEELS good, rather than it being 'oh I need to please (companion) and I know this choice will help'. Some of the companion quests made me cry. I burst into tears at Astarion's. tbf I cry at everything but I just djnvhfadklcKLD;

I've done some wild shit... speaking of, I flung some at someone's face and started a fight. Walked into the barn and saved the situation by saying 'this smut would sell well in bookshops'. Got beaten to an inch of my life by a hottie who took a LOT of pleasure in my screaming, then I said I enjoyed it. Vandalised a portrait of Vlaakith... in front of Lae'zel. Shoved a man into lava. Got a statue of myself to put in camp. It's really big. And obnoxious.

I've only been playing one oc really, and that's Safaa. She's a seldarine drow and bard. She spent the entirety of her life living in a drow village in the Underdark, adopted by her mothers after her parents died under mysterious circumstances. Safaa meets her first love after a group of circus performers are waylaid on the road and seek refuge in her village. She's utterly enamoured by them, or rather their intimate knowledge of what the world looks like under sunlight. One of the performers, a young, handsome half-drow takes an interest in her.

He tells her about the world above. She tells him about her paintings. They walk arm in arm speaking of things meant only for each other, always giggling about inane things. She reads to him when the words don't make sense to him. He teaches her to play the flute, how to dance. She's young and infatuated with the first person to express romantic attention towards her. She believes she loves him. He stays with her in her village long after the other performers move on. He promises to take her to the surface, to show her the sun.

He doesn't get the chance. Their relationship doesn't get the chance to bloom. He dies. No one knows why. Bad luck, perhaps. And Safaa is utterly convinced it's her fault. People she loves seem to drop like flies around her. It must be her fault. She adopts a 'stay away from me, I only cause death' attitude and isolates herself from her family. She makes her way to the surface, but before she has the chance to cherish the sunlight, she's snatched onto the nautiloid.

She romances Astarion <3 she is the epitome of sunshine mired in guilt, and he's a vampire. Do you see the- do you see the vision do you s-

🎓 a teacher/mentor figure that has had a huge impact on your studies?

I don't think I have a teacher/mentor figure in my current/official field (i.e. health science/programming), so I'm gonna go with one from my unofficial field (art). In elementary school I never did well in art class and always disliked it (I only liked it because it took 2 hours out of the day from other classes). Well, on the first day of grade 6 my teacher came up to me and said "I heard you don't like art", to which I replied "sorry, but no. I'm just not good at it". She then said that she'd make it her goal to make me like art by the end of the year, and I didn't believe her. However, she gave me my first A in art class, and even though it came from something as trivial as a grade, I ended up becoming more confident and believing that I can actually do art. Since then, even though I haven't taken any art classes after that year, I've been doing art for myself and have really enjoyed the process of doing art. Well, I tell myself that I do art for myself, but in truth I think I do it for that teacher, because she was the first person to actually like my art.

The only person that comes to mind is probably Rosalind Franklin and tell her that we've been taught who she is and that she hasn't been erased from history, though I fear I'd be too stupid to hold a conversation with her. Or Sam Kean, author of two books listed above, mostly so he can tell me cool science history.

🌈is there a fic that you worked *really fucking hard on* that no one would ever know? maybe a scene/theme you struggled with?

Chapter 7 of You Have Got An Open Mouth, And I Have Got An Open Wound... 😭 no one on earth is ever going to understand how long it took me to write that stupid hair cutting part. That was the most frustrating work of fiction that I've ever willingly written.

🦋what are you most insecure about when you post a fic?

I'm very rarely insecure about posting a fic because I'm very difficult to embarrass in any public way. I worry sometimes about starting controversy, but having really good friends who understand me helps me not worry about that. I get a little bit insecure or nervous when I know that something I'm very passionate about is about to be read as silly, but only in certain specific cases and probably not the ones anyone would expect.

🌻what makes you want to give up on writing? what makes you keep going?

I haven't ever truly wanted to give up before because I know I'll always come back. Taking breaks is okay! I get discouraged sometimes when the intentions or themes of what I write are misunderstood, but I will always keep writing, even if it's temporarily only in private.

🎈describe your style as a writer; is it fixed? does it change?

I think my style changes a lot, but people who have read what I write are probably better at gauging this than I am -- I just write it and I don't have any purposeful style. I will say that my prose has changed drastically between when I first started writing obikin and now, and my works from more recent years are very differently organized and written from my much earlier writing that isn't on Ao3. I think that my word choice and figurative language have also built on themselves over time and the more I write the stronger those become. What does everyone else think?

I would LOOOOVE a podfic of the first chapter of Does It Hurt You? Do You Like It? Can you imagine? With sound effects??? I think about this a lot.

No One Asks Me for Dances Because I Only Know How to Flail could be an interesting audiobook and God Am could make really fun audio porn (sorry for choosing a non-Star Wars option). All of these are titled after song lyrics, so the intro/background music is already chosen!

I'm excited about the palpakin fic that I teased in an ask game thing a couple months ago, which I'm still working on and close to finished with. It's short, but everything takes me a long time lately. I'm also excited to proceed with Does It Hurt You? Do You Like It? once I pick up steam again. Recently I was inspired to write more Wintergirls fanfiction, which I started, but I'm not sure if it will go anywhere.

💘Is there any posted fic you want to rework/re-edit/re-write?

If I had the time and patience and inclination, I'd rework Eucatastrophe from the ground up. There's a lot of it that, in retrospect, I wish I could have done better. Mainly stuff to do with the mirror-people, and the pacing at the beginning.

💫what is your favorite kind of comment/feedback?

I love analysis and speculation the most, tbh. When people are throwing around theories and/or connecting thematic bits to other bits, I'm having the best time.

💞what's the most important part of a story for you? the plot, the characters, the worldbuilding, the technical stuff (grammar etc), the figurative language

Characters, probably - a good plot can often be ruined by bad characterisation, worldbuilding is okay but a million times better with characters to drive it. I can forgive bad grammar and spelling if the characterization makes me happy enough, figurative language isn't strictly necessary, but god i love characterization.

💝what is a fic that got a different response than you were expecting?

I expected like, two people max to be interested in Syzygy. Because it's a niche fic for a niche pairing with an extremely niche concept and a very high wordcount. Needless to say, the amount of people who've been enthusiastic about it - in the comments, tags, and/or my inbox - has just been delightful. Thank you all.

💥find your least kudos'd fic - say something wonderful about it.

least kudos'd fic - the lavender for luck remix I did from Janus's POV! I really enjoyed taking the flip side of the limited perspective of that fic, and I think I nailed what I set out to do there - make a fic that would be satisfying to someone who read the original and wondered 'hey, what about Dee?'

🎙️which one of your fics would you like someone to make a pod-fic of?

The answer to that one is almost always 'the one I'm writing right now'. (Seriously. Mystery Longfic podfic would make me Yell.)

But actually, for real? I think Cassandra Fallacy would make a great podfic with a narrator who's willing to do a Janus impression and keep it up, relentlessly and to the point of being infuriating, for several hours.

uh, sword fights. through writing this i have discovered the EXTREME joy of writing sword fights (and gun fights) (janus brought a sword to a gunfight) (he's fine just full of hubris and one (1) hole in his skin) i don't know if you guys will enjoy reading them as much as i've enjoyed writing them, because it's notoriously difficult to write enjoyable fight scenes of any type, but........ i hope i'll get it right. because, as mentioned above, extreme joy.

“Congratulations on the happy event,” said Cerrit. 

Loquatius laughed, barely audible. Here, with the city landed on its mountaintop and with its climate wards powered down, his breath fogged the air. A novelty. Maya had walked all the way here breathing out dramatically and declaring, Look Dad, I’m a dragon! 

“When you go back in,” Cerrit continued, “would you tell the First Knight and the Alcald of Cathmoíra that they can send their children with Wrayne? I’ve eliminated her first. Forgive my selfishness; the kids are getting tired.” 

“Not at all,” Loquatius said. “I wonder if I might trouble you for a favor in exchange.” No, this was not the beat, and they were both going to be terminally stiff and formal. 

Cerrit tilted his head and looked away from the hall and the beautiful people, one of whom was a murderer, at his oldest friend. Loquatius’s golden Herald visage was put away now. The night was too dire for that. 

Pupilless eyes still on the reception, Loquatius said, “Would you speak with Laerryn next?” 

This was what Cerrit expected; he didn’t blink. He also didn’t answer directly. “You remember Senior Sightwarden Folsen?” 

“Improbable name. I remember.” 

This was where he would take a long draw from a pipe, if he had one. Cerrit blew a plume of breath out of his nostrils instead. “Folsen always said, all other things being equal, the person who finds the body is usually the killer. I don’t see this being quite that neat, do you?” 

Loquatius shook his head. One of the caterers had happened upon the grisly scene in Patia’s bathroom, and screamed prodigiously. There was no connection between her and the victim, no motive, and only the scantest opportunity. 

“Did you get a look at the body?” Cerrit asked. “Looked like it went through a thresher.” 

“What about a forensic dialogue?” 

“First thing we did.” Divine magic was occasionally useful for more than just smiting things. “He didn’t see his killer.” 

Loquatius’s brow furrowed but he still didn’t look at Cerrit. “Cuts, you said?” 

“About a thousand. And a gash on his forehead, where someone slammed him into the tile wall, but that wasn’t what killed him. He was on his back, head toward the wall. He took the first hit, then turned around, and still saw no one.” 

“Your boys would have found a weapon by now. So it must have been a spell, or a spell scroll.” They both knew what kind of spell left cuts like that, all over a body. “Someone went in after him, invisibly, attacked, and then became invisible again before he could turn and look… so a spell and a ring?”

He glanced to Cerrit, to see if they were on the same page. They were, and hell if Cerrit didn’t miss sifting through a case like this, but it was not seemly for a lieutenant of the Eyes to discuss details of an active investigation with the Herald of Avalir.

Loquatius seemed to realize this at the same time, and scrubbed the interest from his face. He went back to being a vaguely bored rich bastard. “Well, you have theories of course. Otherwise you wouldn’t have cleared your wife so soon.” Emphasis on your. 

The urge to raise his feathers was strong, but Cerrit resisted. He said, “A man is dead. Keep it in your pants a while longer.” 

“I—” Loquatius shut his eyes, breathed in through his nose, tried again. “You’re right! You’re right. I would like to consummate my marriage while it’s still my wedding night. But that is out of my power. You, however, should prioritize eliminating people with verifiable alibis first, and Laerryn hasn’t left my side this whole evening.” 

And what else could Cerrit expect him to say? “Not even to take the air for a minute?” he asked softly. “It’s a big crowd in there.” 

“I’ve been casting calm emotions every once in a while. Least I could do, after inflicting all this spectacle.” Loquatius’s brows drew together, painfully earnest. “Pinch. She hasn’t left my side.” 

Cerrit did not insult him by looking down at the Ring of Honor. Instead, he turned his gaze back to the hall, where Laerryn sat at the wedding party’s table, looking very calm indeed. 

There were a lot of ways to slip out of a room. And there was a lot more to proving innocence or guilt than an alibi. 

Especially when the deceased was the suspect’s supervisor, the Architect Arcane himself.

He set one hand on Loquatius’s shoulder. “Go back to her. And settle in, friend.” 

The mask of vague boredom slipped to show the dismay underneath. “It’s not our fault he happened to die here,” Loquatius muttered, sounding younger than his hundred-odd years. 

But he took Cerrit’s advice, and Cerrit remained expressionless as Loquatius straightened up and strolled back inside, stopping first at Eaedelus Okiro’s table, then at the end of the wedding party’s table to speak to Evandrin and Zerxus, and finally moving to kiss Wrayne’s cheek as she left with the collected children. 

Only then did Loquatius resume his place beside his bride. The seat on his other side, for the best man, would remain empty with its champagne flute undrunk for as long as Cerrit was about this work.

He blew out another puff of breath. The work of exonerating, or charging, Laerryn Coromar-Seelie would consume the night. And if Cerrit let himself believe he was doing either one of those things, he would start to ignore evidence to the contrary.

About the Germany - Turkiye friendly match on 18th

It will certainly be a special match for me. Playing against Türkiye for the first time will probably be a bit weird. After all, it's my home country, my family's home country. It's our country my grandma, my grandpa lives in. Of course, there's still a strong connection (between me and Türkiye). There always was, and will be, with Türkiye. I try to visit at least once a year. I like spending the holidays in Türkiye.

Me, as well as my family, we are very happy that Türkiye is qualified for the EURO championship. Especially since there are millions of Turks living in Germany, in Europe. I think it will be great for Türkiye, for the Turkish people. After all, except for my team (Germany), the only team I support is, of course, Türkiye.

I hope (Türkiye and Germany) won't draw the same group. (laughs) Of course, I'm not sure if that's a possibility but inşallah that won't happen. Maybe… I think a semi-final, or a final (against each other) could be nice actually.

Who do you have in mind in the finals?

Actually, I would want to say Germany and Türkiye but for me… I mean, this time it's just a friendly. But if it was a final match, one between my friends, that would have been an entirely different situation for me. It would have been a lot more difficult and more awkward, weirder. That's why, I'd be happy to see either Germany or Türkiye in the semi finals. I'd be happy to see them both at once too.

About Galatasaray's performance in UEFA Champions League

I've seen a Galatasaray better than Bayern München, better at finding more positions, at ball possession. It was very good football. I saw a Galatasaray that deserved 3 points at the very least. (But) Champions League is a completely different competition. That's why you have to seize every opportunity you get there, unfortunately Galatasaray couldn't make that happen in the first match. I think they deserved the 3 points (there). But I guess it wasn't meant to be. İnşallah they could at least rank 2nd or 3rd and continue in Europa. Their chances are almost the same right now, (only the) Copenhag and Man. Utd. matches at home are left. I see a Galatasaray team that can win them both. İnşallah they do and finish the group ranking 2nd.

Kerem is very good, I love watching Kerem. Icardi, of course, he's a player that have showed himself in Europe, either in PSG or Inter Milan. Wilfried Zaha - a footballer I know very well from Premier League. He's a football player that spent a great time in PL. Individual duels, shots, assists, goals… He's a footballer I really like.

Apart from them… Lucas Torreira - very hard-working in midfield, he controls the ball very, very well. Muslera - he's been the goalkeeper for so many years, he's a very experienced keeper. I think he's also very important for the team. I mean, there are so many players to mention actually… Hakim Ziyech, Sergio Oliviera at midfield… Sacha Boey at right back. There are actually a lot to mention but… I mean Galatasaray has a very good squad. Actually, (we talk) with the Bayern München players we have here (German NT); they really find the (Galatasaray) players quite well, they say they play really good football. I hope for the best*, inşallah they can qualify.

*He says "Hayırlısı bakalım" and there's not a direct translation in English. Literally, "Whatever that's the best will happen, we'll see".

About Arda Güler

Arda Güler went to Real Madrid. He's a really talented football player. Actually we talk with Antonio Rüdiger here sometimes, he too finds him well a lot. Of course, he's a bit behind physically. And with two injuries, he didn't have a great start for his Real Madrid career of course but I think he's very talented. Mesut Özil also said the same for him back then. If there's any Turkish player that's like him, the first one to name is Arda Güler. I think he's got a very bright future.

Hmm. I'd say Ten Lives (The One Worth Living) but I think I might be biased and just want to talk about my Johnny, Kitty, and Shadow ideas more. I like them a Very Normal Amount I prommy.

🎀-give yourself a compliment about your own writing

There's a post that I've seen plenty times before that I think about all the time that goes something along the lines of "I'm having creative ideas above my skill level!" or something like that, for when you have a great idea but just don't know how to execute it the way you want. I legitimately feel where I am at a point where that isn't an issue for me with my writing? I think most ideas I can execute within the general sphere of what I want them to be; I might not always like them, and they might not always be what I consider "good," but they are comparable to the original idea.

🎈-describe your style as a writer; is it fixed? does it change?

It tends to change based on the type of thing I'm writing. And how much sleep I get. I like a lot of shorter sentences, followed by one long rambling one for most kinds of prose, since most of my prose is an ooo ouch my bones type of prose. It does change all the time though, so that might be different in a few months. It certainly wasn't what I preferred until like, August.

hm. augh. mm. thats a toughy! I'm going to say worldbuilding, because I often find myself more interested in the worldbuilding that the Actual Story I'm Trying To Write (its why a 30k first draft of a novel is fitting, completely unfinished, in my google drive. The current guys suck. I want the old ones. But the old ones only work as history for the new guys. Its sad.)

💥-find your least kudos'd fic - say something wonderful about it.

I'm ngl I completely thought it was gun safe but First Concert! It's a pretty short one, but it does what I sought out to accomplish; combine Dora and Ember's interests in a way that illustrates their differences but also shows that they're much more similar than you'd think.

I have literally never put thought into that ever. If I had to choose, probably All In The Name Of Love or Strength of the Past And Weights of The Present, mostly because they're my favorites.

Chapter 2 Of Cover Blown: I love pitch pearl man, I really do, and with what I'm planning for this one I think it is going to be about as good as my pitch pearl can get (Dreamwalker excluded dw). I love putting guys in situations, especially when those situations involve bad injuries and babbled confessions.

Speaking of Dreamwalker, I'll add this here too, because while you might know a lot, I always have more. I love how I'm writing the ghosts, just across the board. They are all pieces of shit in the Funniest Way, especially since Danny is a whole ass child right now. You're scheming about a nine year old babes, calm down. He hasn't even lost all his baby teeth yet.

As for the last one, I'm going to put it under a read more. TW for bugs and Danny rotting, but its ok he's fine with it.

Bug Boi (title to be changed later) has been shelved indefinitely for. Many reasons! I have. So much to write. Bug Boi is, for those who do not know. Where I put as many bugs into the boy as possible. He loses organ privileges and instead becomes the landlord for a hoard of different bugs. He loves them, and they love him, and when they die (as bugs often do) they give him their little bug souls as a thank you so he because More Bug.

Anyway, I recently learned about the scorpion fly, who looks like this:

It is so cool, and has recently (idk how recently) been seen in forensic entomology, meaning that I can put these fuckers into Danny's eye sockets or esophagus or wherever else and be. Not technically wrong!! I have no idea if Bug Boi will ever be taken off of my list of to be written, but if nothing else it gives for me a place to put bugs.
