have you ever thought of any in-game interactions they'd have with the other party members?

do panchi, noctis and prompto use any pet names for each other? if so, which ones? do they get to go on any dates during the trip :O?

I have thought about interactions between my s/i and Ignis/Gladio! In terms of Dialogue, I don't have anything in particular, i'd need to replay the game ^^" One thing is certain though and that is that both have to be subjected to Panchi's bad puns-

But in terms of dynamics, Panchi really respects Ignis and always calls him by his name instead of "Iggy" because of it. Panchi often helps him out with cooking! ...and trying to persuade Noct to eat his veggies. I'm sure the two have bits of dialogue centered around Noct and his well-being. Noctis aside though, Panchi probably has a few lines of dialogue trying to mimic his accent-afjsnfnd Maybe finding a random ingredient and asking "Hey Ignis! Think you can come up with a new recipe with this?"

As for Gladio, Panchi was kinda intimidated by him at first ngl-agksjfndj He's much bigger and stronger than them so they were pretty nervous. But once Panchi gets to know him better, two also get along pretty well! Gladio absolutely has teased the three of them-afksnf All three have such an obvious crush on each other! How can he not? Also once Panchi realized they've caught Feelings™ for their best friends, Gladio is the first one that Panchi goes to for advice. They've probably learned a pick-up line or two from him and used it on Noct and Prompto-gjdnfjddj

As for petnames for Noct/Prompto/Panchi...Panchi just uses more classic stuff like "Love(s)" and "Dear(s)"! Sometimes they'll call Noct and Prompto "My moon and sun" which I think is pretty sweet! Panchi also likes calling them "My King(s)", they always enjoy seeing how flustered they both get from it (especially if it was before the three got married). For individual ones though, Panchi has always affectionately and playfully refered to Noct as "Prince" since y'know. He's a prince. For Prompto, they sometimes playfully call him a Chocobo-but hey! Chocobos are pretty cute if you ask Panchi! I have a hard time thinking about what Noct and Prompto call Panchi since I get pretty flustered but I do think it'd be cute if they both call Panchi their Star 👉👈

In terms of dates...I guess it depends on which canon we follow? If we follow canon exactly then no bc neither of them are dating (even if they all do have feelings for each other) but the three have wandered on their own a few times either bc Prompto wanted to take a photo or Panchi saw something they wanted to grab or look at for their scrapbook or Noctis saw a perfect finishing spot-okay. Maybe it was more than a few times...But yeah! There is this one time where the three look up at the stars together and get all close..just Guys being Dudes! Just some good ol Bromance! (It was not just a Bromance)

Started replaying FFXV again for the first time in a few years and God, my heart. I can still recall the exact sialogue, what scenes happen when, where to find certain thjngs... I ended up rambling to Warner about the timeline & exactly when Kingsglaive takes place, how Kingsglaive ties in, about Nyx and Drautos and Regis and Lunafreya & Noctis- but what I'm getting at is. FFXV x OP.

Like HEAR ME OUT. Noctis' Retinue = Romance Dawn Trio + Sanji + Usopp. Luffy - Noctis, Zoro - Gladio, Sanji - Ignis, Usopp - Prompto. Nami is where I draw a blank, unless she technically falls into the role of Cindy?? Maybe. But then Noctis, like Luffy, picks up new members along the way!! Aranea ( worked for the Imperial Army, bad guy, bad ass fighter & literal mercenary ) - ROBIN!! ( worked for Crocodile, bad guy turned good, bad ass fighter & Assassin ), Cid ( mechanic, old friend of Regis, funky ) - Franky ( Shipwright, funky as hell ), and Cor ( swordsman who tried to protect the ones he loved, was disgraced ) - Brook ( SWORDSMAN WNO TRIED TO PROTECT THE ONES HE LOVED!!!! )

And then the fucking??? Nyx. NYX ULRIC. Loml. The parallels of him & Ace are wild, but Nyx's sacrifice in Kingsglaive = Ace's role in Marineford. Main difference is that Nyx & Noctis weren't as close. But Nyx also has friends ( like Ace ) in the form of Libertus & Crowe [ Marco + Izou ]. Also, Nyx's power manifests in the form of FIRE.

Does this mean that Luffy would have to be an essential prince?? Yes. Does this also mean that Dragon needs to bite the dust? ... yeah sadly.

But also: Vivi in the role of Lunafreya? A Princess who is pushed into a role that requires her to risk her life to protect her kingdom? Going as far as taking part in a war? HELLO?

I could go on & on about this & how Ardyn lowkey gives the same vibes as the Admirals do, the world building, etc. I have a lot of love for Final Fantasy XV.

Hello! I have a question and hope you could help ^^ so it's my first time playing ffxv and I'm close to reaching ch13..I've seen a lot of confusing things online regarding accessing ch13 verse 2 and how it skips the other pov and stuff...Do you know how I can access both? I've read different contradicting ways to access it and I don't know which is the right one :/ i really hope it doesn't include replaying the whole story >

I’d suggest you make that extra save file, just so that we can experiment...because, if I’m sincere, I don’t think I have the answer you seek for!

Verse 2 was added by the time I had already finished the game. As I had finished it, I could access 13 verse 2 directly from the main menu without having to replay everything or load an extra file. It’s literally to play only verse 2 directly from title screen. ^^

I have heard, however, that verse 2 is, of course, not available from title screen if you have yet not finished the game (or at least finish ch 13), and so, to access it, you can play as Noctis in Chapter 13 and switch to Gladio + Ignis at the rest points.

Apparently, however, once you switch to verse 2 you can’t switch back :/

I’m unaware if once you finish verse 2 IN GAME the game brings you back to Noctis and the point you saved at last.

That’s why I suggest you make the extra file, and this is what I’d suggest you do:

Play as Noctis and, at a Rest Point, switch to Verse 2 so you can see the story it offers. It finishes at some point. If it finishes and it wants to lead you to a point you don’t understand, then the game has skipped Noctis’ part of it (which I highly doubt, but extra save file won’t harm anyone). 

So if you finish Verse 2 andthe game leads you to THAT point of the game instead of bringing you back to the last point you saved in as Noctis, you can go to the first file you saved and, I’d suggest, you play the entire thing as Noctis.

For much I liked verse 2, it feels a little odd in my opinion; it doesn’t give you your ingame stats and equipment/storage, and it’s relatively short, so you’re not missing anything toooooooo important. So if you try switching to verse 2 but it doesn’t let you return to FULLY play Noctis’ side after you finish verse 2, you can play Ch 13 only as Noct and play Verse 2 from the title screen when you finish chapter 13/the game. 

I’m a mess to explain these stuff. I’m very sorry.

If I’m honest, I haven’t dared to go on for a second play...so I don’t know how Ch 13 has updated since. 

I do hope that Square Enix could work to fuse it into one, and let us have our stats. It’d make Verse 2 feel like part of the game rather than a “funny addition” :/
