WAIT you write fanfics??? Omg YAAAAS we would love to read them silly!! *grabby hands* yea please I would like to read it ;-; and like anything it takes time and practice! I didn't start out great but I got advice and learned and people seem to like my silly TF2 MER MEN fanfic soooo I don't doubt your followers won't absolutely DEVOUR your fics!! Dont be so hard on yourself I am sure their great! I suspect all of us, it's hard to post writing trust me but it's very worth it to see all the love m support you'll get from it : >
That's very kind of you to say! I'm very unconfident in my writing abilities (a bit more than my art skills since I'm not the best with words) but I'm a very passionate writer and when I wanna get something down I go ham ๐Ÿซฃ
It's funny cuz apparently a tf2 ship blog already saw and posted one of my short fic collections so I was surprised to see it promoted despite my shyness about sharing my writing
I also have a main MedicSpy fic that I focus the most on, it's centered around Ludwig (RED Medic) and Axel (BLU/VLT Spy)! I don't post chapters that often but it's an ongoing fic I'm very dedicated to! It's mostly about Medic discovering how much he cares about Spy and wants to help him live albeit through an unconventional and quite silly manner. Their ship name is Quixote after all ;P I will warn you tho it does have some deep sensitive mental topics like depression and it is a mature fic in general! If you're a minor I do not recommend reading!!!

66 and 68?
Hi!!!! :D
when have you felt the most confident in your writing?ย
Probably a depressing answer for other people, but always :'D If I'm ever unconfident it's in posting stuff or thinking about the reception it will get based on realising that other people aren't always interested in what I want to write. Like whenever I wrote a Mary Winchester centric fic XD I found the good people who liked her in Supernatural fandom, but that fic from her actual point of view gets almost NO long-term AO3 engagement while everything else is chugging along getting me a kudos email a day :'D Likewise I was always told YA fantasy centred on female characters was grossly niche but I didn't care and stuck to my guns, the main characters are all 4 girls and I'd rather just write what I want and let people deal with it... But then later I'm like. Oh, people are dealing with it.
I'm disgustingly confident in my actual skills as a writer though >:)
how long will you spend on a story or scene before you give up?
Ages. I will kill my laptop by leaving it open/only sleeping it rather than shutting down, so I can keep word documents open forever rather than having to manually choose to open them. Like somehow the proximity of a scene I'm working on to my clicking finger is somehow going to make me... somehow... write it. I don't like quitting, so I generally flog a story into the ground and write like 5 chapters with no purpose or trailing out thinly in plot before I realise that I really had it better weeks ago and need to delete all that. I like seeing things out :')
