I’m really happy that people are still enjoying my Bits and Pieces fic even though it’s been years since I’ve updated it. I haven’t looked at it myself in about as long, so I’m glad apparently it’s holding up. Sorry I stopped writing Bob’s Burgers fic, it seems like there’s a better fandom environment for it now. I’m not planning on coming back or anything, at least not for the time being, but it’s nice to see.

The beauty🌹 of Shadamy

Isn't it just wonderful how my dear Amy Rose gets paired romantically with every Sonic Rival in the fandom? Even Blaze! And fortunately not much with Jet 😂😂 My favorite one obviously is Shadamy, followed by Surgamy and finally with Metal Sonic but seriously, to me nothing beats THE Shadamy❤🖤🩷.

So the BEST thing about this ship to me is that it was born out of a single interaction 😆 and I don't mean the moment she colorblinded mistook him for Sonic and hugged him nooooope I mean the moment she reminded him about Maria Robotnik's 🥺 true wish by giving him a similar speech of hope and second chances and after that he said: I have to fufill my promise for Maria... And you... Me after seeing that👇👇

Seriously, is fascinating how popular this ship became of that single interaction that led fans to write a HUGE amount of fanfiction of them and is always so romantic or so passionate or so angsty God I never get tired of it, one of my favorite portrayals of Shadamy is when Shadow is kind of a emo simp towards her, like he is simply adoring her even when she only looks at Sonic who is not looking at her 😭... Ah drama. 😂 I remember a few stories back when I was a pre teen... Like "el blog de Amy Rose" That's the only written fanfic name I remember and it was a total soap opera, a total and absolute telenovela full of all kinds of drama like Silver was their son and Sonic and Shadow were lost brothers 😂. Then I remember I few comics like Ternion that was an insanely passionate and angsty story with an excellent art that to contribute to my torture it was never finished... And boy I know the author had a secret smut chapter that she never posted anywhere... We know it exists because there were a few hot scenes in a video... 😭 but never happened the story didn't even reach half of what I think it was going to be🥲. In Chaos universe there's a double story in one Sonic and Amy had a daughter named Sonia but in an alternative universe we have María Rose who is Shadow and Amy's daughter... Is another tragedy were Amy is dead in both universes 😭 and of course I'm totally biased with Maria Rose's universe because the way her dad remember Amy's just hits different, seriously is way more enjoyably painful 🥲 and then the most current comics I'm addicted to of course IDOL AMY portrayed Shadow exactly how I said I like him the most 🥺 and the last one I saw is one apocalyptic where obviously Shadow survives and mourns a dead Amy: Future's Shadow... Girl this hedgehog can't catch a break they like to see him suffer 🥲🥲🥲

Now let's focus in the official interactions:

The Archie comics before the reboot kinda mistreated Amy portraying her in an annoying way most of the time just like in some games... And I wasn't a fan of a certain interaction she had with Shadow... (Those issues had a bitchy evil Rouge portrayal that I didn't like one bit🤬) I mean shadow actually kicks her in the stomach and hits her with her own hammer and... That just felt so wrong, you see I can't picture an scenario where Shadow would lay a hand on Amy in such a way as he did in those comics but I had a little comfort in this interaction at least 👇👇

She puts her faith on him when he doesn't have much faith on himself and that is something she also did in the games, like in Shadow the hedgehog own game. Then there was a reboot and we got better interactions, here we have Amy teasing him and he pouting adorably (and finally they dropped the Rouge is a bitch portrayal thank you😤)

We also see that they can make a good team

Hey Shadow how it feels to be hammered by her? 🤭😇, then we had the marvelous IDW reboot but we still don't have proper interactions (and this is the best Rouge💜)

Though honesty? This look like a romance novel scene... You know, with the bad boy being stubborn with the kind sweet girl 😂. Well Sonic IDW is still ongoing so we'll see if we get something more juicy... But I think I will be happy if they simply team up in a fight again.

And now let's talk about Twitter... Well, well, well have you noticed this tiny details in Sonic's Twitter takeovers? Someone asked "Shadow, will you marry me? " And they made Amy voice be the one reading that question 🧐, not only that the things Shadow described about what he wants in a partner for marriage were things that Amy totally would do perfectly (and to add some spice they made Sonic voice sound kind of upset to tease us with some sonadow too😂😂) and then the most precious and hilarious thing... SHADOW AND AMY ARE BOTH SWIFTIES 😆😆

And look! He got her ticket's 😭😭 and they went together!!! 😭😭😭(that's a DATE) and then in another Twitter takeover she tells about how they had fun and got shirts and then Sonic got jealous 😭😭😭 KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA and look what SEGA IS DOING 👇👇👇

Pop Star Amy and Rock Star Shadow I can't... 😭😭 and paladin Amy and knight Shadow AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA THEY MATCH!!!!!

I'm telling you... Sonic team is indulging us with oficial Sonamy but they are also shamelessly teasing us with SHADAMY (and sonadow juju)

And seriously fellow comic artists, feel free to keep drawing Shadamy comics forever... We don't get tired... 😇 and SEGA... Don't be shy... We conform with little teasing details you don't have to confirm or deny anything but for future games... A little Shadamy won't hurt 🥺🙏, we want Shadamy in games too! IDW that goes for you too... If you are teasing Sonamy and Sonadow you can tease Shadamy too! (And Knouge too! 😫)

And all this reminds me that we should demand SEGA to reboot the Sonic Adventure games with new modern animation and also so it's playable in modern consoles! I want to play it with the Nintendo Switch!! 😤😤😤

Will you ever write smut? 👀

Short answer is no.

I know, I know. Shamy fans love their smut, I get it. But being at an age where I'm still in school, it wouldn't be appropriate to write anything of the sort.

If that isn't enough reasoning, my brother is my beta reader and my close friends know my account. So I will not be writing smut or anything of the sorts. I do sometimes mention suggestive themes, but only as one-liners.

Thank you!! I'm glad you liked my mini comic about them and little Leo.

As much as I love to write, I'm focusing on drawing my ideas into comics or "fanficomics" as I have a VERY limited time to work (I'm a mom of a very energetic 2.5 y/o). Sometimes I only have 1h to work a day, sometimes nothing at all, sometimes I'm just exhausted after all day with my daughter. If I write, I can't draw, and If I draw comics at least I can share my stories and ideas, so it's a win-win for me to do comics instead of fanfics. At least for now.

I'm still struggling a lot to get a good schedule for me to be a Mom and an individual person that has needs and a passion, after struggling with some kind of depressed state and being in a hiatus from working, I'm finally seeing a pace that works for me to keep creating, it's never enough, but it's my reality right now. I can't do everything, so when I decided to draw mostly comics and my patrons loved it, it was my motivation to try again to be here with all of you. There was a time I wanted to delete everything and just dedicate my time to my daughter. I'm glad I didn't give up, but I need to priorize everything in my life now.

So yeah, I'm not saying I won't write fanfics again, time will say, maybe when my daughter is older and I can have enough time to work and take care of myself too. In a good note for you, I'm currently writing and storyboarding a Shamy AU comic that might have more than 100 pages, plus other comics I have in a queue, but It's in a comic format. And fanfics I have started might end in a comic too instead. Hope that makes you hopeful to keep seeing content from me.

Omg I can't believe That, thee (very rough very much WIP) Toxic Smut to end all toxic smuts snippet, was your introduction to my Otohan writing. Dear god talk about a first impression.

And as a fellow multi-shipper, I just think Miss 20 Charisma Imogen Temult deserves to fuck anyone she wants nasty style. Canonically, that may be Laudna. But in my writing brain and angsty heart, that's Otohan, aka thee worst person imaginable for her, who, ya know..murdered her friends and pushed her to exalt and embrace her powers and continued to haunt her with their mere mention for sixty more episodes...

What can I say, they are just AWFUL FUN, and I'm so happy and humbled that my writing could expose you as well as others to that~

Also crown for Shamie as well, who don't even watch the show or ship the ship yet her art out here singlehandedly winning hearts and changing minds across platforms.

P.S. Literally do not blame you at all for not being able to go for the Tilda stuff, that is a whole ass Bitch with a bit of Creep thrown in for good measure; that may only make me love her more, but it's understandably not everyone's cup of tea---sort of just comes with the territory of writing villains.

hello days, I've been a fan of your writing and followed u through here in tumbler and AO3, I'm just wondering why u did not published all ur stories in wattpad???😊😊😊

💕💕 thank you for enjoying my stuffs!!  This is a really interesting question to me, and it stirred a lot of thoughts.  You probably just meant this as a simple ask, but uhhh…sorry.  So I took awhile to post my answer 🙇🏻‍♀️  My major reasons are all in bold.  TL;DR at the bottom.

Long story short, I don’t have a good reason to post there, I guess?…  I’ve only visited the wattpad site once to read a fic that shamy recommended.  So, I’m not familiar with wattpad’s features and navigation at all.

I once considered posting my stories on fanfic.net because a couple readers were asking if Nightdreams was there, too.  When I asked everyone for their thoughts, this was the feedback:

1. It wouldn’t be hugely beneficial for the readers because a lot of them make multiple accounts on diff. sites to read fics anyway (or are like me, and just check up on the tags regularly to skim for new stories and updates).

2. fanfic.net reaches a wider audience, so the chance of getting nasty/insensitive comments increases 😢.

3. The readers who really enjoy my fics are fine with following my content no matter where I decide to post 💕, so ao3 works just fine.

(I love AO3 and would never leave such a wonderful platform to post somewhere else.)

Tumblr’s events and the “community” aspect of it make posting here a worthwhile use of time.  It takes a lot of time to post updates on different sites because I always have to fix the formatting 😠.  Tumblr always erases italics and double returns.  AO3 irregularly messes up spacing between sentences and paragraphs.  (What else would go wrong if I tried posting to another site).

Then I started writing White Lilies.  My experimental project blew up in my face.  And I thought a lot of things…but the only pertinent thought here was that, People like my writing, and getting more people to read my writing won’t make me any happier than this.  At some point, the numbers stop meaning anything.  If I can get at least 10 people to like my new story, or 10 more people on a new chapter, that’s great!  I love it.  I can imagine 10 people giving me a thumbs-up, and that’s super cool, and makes me really happy.  White Lilies is an example of reaching an unimaginably wide audience.  Insensitive comments caused me some stress to post updates, and the huge number of kudos/reblogs/hits meant less to me than you’d think they should’ve.  (My IDGAF mentality developed a lot after that experience, and now I write for my own enjoyment more than ever).

I try to reply to all comments because I really enjoy reading people’s reactions, and I want those readers to know I appreciate their thoughts.  I have a certain expectation of myself, and I think it would be harder for me to reply to everyone if I post in multiple places.  

TL;DR I imagine posting to another site like wattpad would take time and energy that I could instead be spending on scrolling mindlessly through tumblr (or writing my fanfics haha).  Reaching more readers wouldn’t benefit me, and the wonderful readers who already keep an eye on my updates wouldn’t benefit either.

BUT!!!  If you think there’s a good reason for me to post on Wattpad, please let me know!

I never left, it's true that I don't use tumblr and I only post on Instagram mostly, and I had some time that it was impossible for me to work (In case you don't know I have a 2.5y/o toddler now, VERY intense and energetic daughter who I love so much but doesn't let me work or sleep much) but I'm always trying my best to keep creating.

I'm working on a fanficomic, a fanfic I wanted to write that I ended drawing as a comic, and I'm having so much fun with that.

I'm also not from USA, I'm from Barcelona. Let me do a little summary about patreon, so you can choose to support me there if you want/can. Patreon is a place where I can privately post for my patrons, the users who are supporting me in the platform. Right now I have 2 tiers that are equally, I left both because it was easier for my old patrons when I closed some tiers that had stickers and prints included. You can support me for $3 or 5$ or a custom amount, it doesn't need to be USA dollars, Patreon is international and uses also other currencies as Euros, Pounds and other or make the change for you to equally support me in your currency. Patreon is my ONLY income right now. I can't work full time with a toddler, I'm very grateful we can live as a family with my husband's help, but I want to continue my art carreer and hopefully, open a print shop and offer more content in the future, but right now Patreon is a way you all can support my work and get inmediate access to my comics, full and uncensored (there's some nsfw ones) and also to other illustrations, since 2006 to now. I have a masterlist where you can navigate a little with the stories, and I'm trying to upload better some comics that some patrons never saw before because I used to have a discord for that etc. Supporting me for 3$ a month you get access to all my content now, it's like, hey I like your content, let me invite you to a coffee and I show you my stuff.

Right now, my fanficomic is finished part 1 and part 2 and I'm working on the epilogue, which my patrons can read already complete. I'm currently posting part 2 on instagram, censored obviously, but on patreon is all ready to read and download in good quality for your personal use.

I'm talking maybe a little too much, but I wanted to be clear on my explanation, hopefully I did!

In any case, I have some Shamy and TBBT comics on queue to do, a personal comic in my mind that I want to draw someday and more ideas to do. My content is possible thanks to my patrons and I'm very gratefull that people chose to support me so I can keep creating.
