I understand why the sub for dungeon meshi is just the script for the dub but that doesn't mean I have to like it

I wanna see what the differences are!!#I don't speak japanese but I can HEAR her saying 'arigatou laios' when the subtitle says 'I'm fine no broken bones' c'maaahhn#ALSO I think it's not even 'the script' but 'the subtitles for the dub' because there's a couple of weird typos in there :')#anyway hi yes I just watched episode one twice in a row back to back because I'm normal#IT'S GOOD but I don't like... looove the english voice acting#I think it's not a hard no for me but it IS a soft 'I do prefer the sub'#which is a little annoying lol#we'll see how it goes as we get deeper into the story 🤔#OH ALSO. THE CLOSING CREDITS SEQUENCE AND SONG WHIP ASS. EATS IT.
