So, yesterday, I decided I was going to make a loot table for this guild I’m in when I make events. I used a combination of D&D 3.5 loot and WoW RPG loot to roll every single one, only slightly influencing things to fit in RP. 

I made a grand total of 50 magic items. No duplicates. Nothing that’s just a simple stat boost.

So if you want ideas for magic items, I’m your man.

I found out that the reason I’ve been having so many problems with my heart and lungs that the doctors only shrug at in explanation, may well be anemia.  So if you have random headaches, shortness of breath, your heart starts to race for no reason at all, and/or you feel weak all the time, try getting more iron in your diet.

You can get iron from red meat, fish, eggs, leafy veggies, cereals, nuts, beans, and dried fruit.

I found out that apparently oatmeal has HELLA iron in it, so that’s just one more reason for me to start eating my power oatmeal again.

Basically you mix dry oats, milk, and raisins, microwave it, then throw in pb, honey, cinnamon, and applesauce.  It’s too heavy for a general breakfast, but since it has HEINOUS amounts of protein, calcium, iron, and a ton of other more obscure nutrients, it’s really good for after a morning workout.
