You see, Daisuke is very... Uhm, an idiot, so he won't understand when you're flirting with him. That's just him, he's too dense. You have to speak up, or else he won't pick up.

What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

oh for sure it has to be To See You Again. it's an alternate ending to What I'd Give, and i've had ppl argue that that one is sadder, but i feel like (without getting into spoilers) the lack of resolution leaves this one feeling a bit more bleak. i felt bad writing it.

What’s the fic you’ve written with the happiest ending?

probably yuji's plan, even tho it's an ongoing series. it's only "ongoing" bc of a series of spin-off one-shots that follow the ending, but they are all pretty happy. the series overall has very light angst too, but if not yuji's plan, then perhaps Closing the Distance.

Do you write crossovers?

naur but i have considered writing characters in other universes. idk tho, seems intimidating.

Have you ever received hate on a fic?

not hate in the traditional sense where someone is actively disliking my story or writing, but i do regularly get jumped by my readers for my angsty stuff. i wouldn't call it hate tho.

Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

naur and i probably never will, but i do have little FLIES IN MY EARS that want me to.

no, but i've had someone ask me if i ever will. i can't do the translating, but it would be cool if one of mine were.

YES OMFG!!!! @sunnyyflowerrs and i wrote pinkies together and it was SOOO MUCH FUN!!!! it's crazy like how well our writing styles meshed together, and i really liked working with her. i'm her number 1 fan fr so like this was just a dream to me. i loveee it and it's my third most liked fic!!!! i'd lovee to work with her again, and there are also some other writers that i hope to work with!

What’s your all-time favorite ship?

itafushi literally sucked me into the ao3 rabbit hole like nobody's business. i never read fan fiction ever in my life before june, and then next thing i know i'm writing a multi-chapter fic in august. now i have 13 itfs works and kfm socials on like. every app. crazy how that works.

What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

i don't know if there's one that i don't think i'll ever finish. i hope to try and finish all of my works eventually, i guess the *only* thing that i could really think to put here is just that the yuji's plan one shots are going to keep going til i run out of ideas.

What are your writing strengths?

the kfm trio: angst, miscommunication, and tension. i feel like i really do well with tension, but i've been told that when my angst hits, it hits. also currently have my readers tweaking out in CTD with the miscomm, so we got the holy trinity.

What are your writing weaknesses?

my prose and descriptors are a work in progress. i feel like it can come out sounding clunky and it's really hard to get the flow right. that's what i'm struggling with in skinny dipping, an unpublished wip of mine. the more i work on it, tho, the better it gets.

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

oh goodness, i would be soooo bad at it i fear. the only other language that i know is american sign language ahahaha, so the best that i could do is accurately capture inumaki signing in ASL kajsdfldsk the closest i get is using when i use -chan or -sensei in dialogue, but i don't use it anywhere else.

What’s a fandom/ship you haven’t written for yet but want to?

OH MY GOD I SWEAR I WILL WRITE A SHIGUANG FIC FOR LINK CLICK OMFGGG THE POTENTIAL THERE IS CRAZYYYYY I NEEDDDD TO WRITE IT however, i must pace myself and finish skinny dipping first, and also probably closing the distance before i even try to start writing a new fic, much less for a new fandom. oh also kagehina is slowly creeping up on me the more i watch haikyuu... i can feeeeel it

What’s your favorite fic you’ve written?

currently, it's actually Hot Off the Press teehee. it's a fun, low-pressure fic that i can self-indulge in and use my degree for! it's been a ton of fun writing and i really like being able to pull stuff that i learned for this story. also it's just a fun story to write teehee

I come bearing ScaraSethos 🤲🏼💝 hopefully it’s not a spoiler to reveal that Sethos’ pretty significantly affiliated w the Temple of Silence but all that to say that it’s usually a quiet and peaceful place since it’s hidden away but once Wanderer begins coming over at Sethos’ friendly requests (tho Wanderer claims it’s purely for academics lmao), the other temple peeps begin to hear Sethos’ laughter echoing thru the hallways bc he kept playfully pestering his crabby guest one too many times and ended up pinned to the floor tanking hella scribbly tickles along his lower back aka my personal take on Sethos’ Death Spot™️ bc that back window is so tasty

Bonus if the temple elders who watched Sethos grow up tease him in front of Wanderer afterwards saying that they missed his bubbly laughter from when he was a smoll boy and his face starts burning while Wanderer gives them his innocent, angelic, and polite smile like what a cute memory (o^^o) but Sethos knows he’s doomed fr fr poor mans is not well versed in keeping his giggles under wraps for very long and when he tries to hide his laugh in his hand / the crook of his elbow, Wanderer is quick to switch spots and dig right under his arms and along the curve of his shoulder blades yknow? instantly gets Sethos begging for his life and nothing thrills Wanderer more bc he’s a ruthless ler and Sethos is actually very tanky for a lee when it comes to having a giggly good time

it’s not entirely one sided tho! Wanderer takes his hat off indoors and when he uses his skill so eventually, Sethos notices the electro mitsudomoe on the back of his neck, whcih instinctively he thinks to touch it with a little bit of electro (like when you see the pillars in the overworld haha) thinking at most Wanderer will glare at him and maybe tickle him but to Sethos’ immense delight, he SQUAWKS like a dusk bird and fumbles a stack of books he was carrying or even his catalyst and its silent for a moment before Sethos gets a wicked grin on his face that Wanderer doesn’t stick around to see bc he’s booking it away Anemo jet style so it’s a race for who’s faster btwn him and Sethos’ electro speed but since it’s also Sethos’ home turf, he eventually backs Wanderer into a dead end muahahahaha

Sethos being a little bastard pushing Wanderer's buttons on purpose to rile him up. Probably (definitely) knowing the consequences-

Sethos back window is 110% his worst spot, like get him on his back and he's yours. Sethos knows that, the elders knows that, heck cyno knows that and now wanderer. Poor guy is doomed.

And wanderer isn't the sweetest ler, he is almost downright mean sometimes. But not cruel,, however he definitely gets a kick getting to absolutely wreck Sethos by tickling him to pieces. Best part? Sethos is down for that, he finds it fun :)

As for sethos getting revenge, it's like a 40% chance he will get to properly get wanderer back, but once the opportunity arrives. He will leap on it. Do his damn best to try and take him down and tickle him back. Finding his weak points. But it's not easy when your boyfriend has anemo power equivalent of jets that makes him able to zoom away at any point he wants.

But, I'm a firm believer that wanderer is pretty ticklish himself, thighs are the worst spot. Sides are another, ribs, hips. Tracing the marks that light up during the times he uses his vision? Yep. But the mark on his neck?... touch it at your own risk, it's a reminder of what he is, was. Who he's connected to, and he probably wouldn't be very happy by having it brought up. But with time, maybe he would occasionally let his curious partner touch it.. maybe -3-

@ayloverlove - SO much story writing potentional with her art. Her art has so much personality in it and always looks like you can imagine a story with them. Makes top notch angst and crack drawings too and always has such fun (or angsty) ideas that she draws and it looks sooo good with her detailed art-style.

@vaneplane I'M A SUCKER FOR THE GLOW, their art always look so delicious idk why. Their shading style is so recognizablell, all the glow, the pretty colors, THE EXPRESSIONS ON THE CHARACTERS ARE SO FUN TOO.

@lumineary-arts Top notch character expressions. Her art style is so simple yet has also so much personality, especially with how she draws the way the characters pose and facial expressions. ALSO, SO CLEAN LINEART WTH???

@astronic-fr I usually never laugh at funni art except when it's astronic. How can somebody be so funny and talented at the same time?? And when he draws angsty stuff it hits SO HARD, like how can you do both and be so good at it?! The art style fits so well with the things he draws, it's so good, goofy when it needs to be and heartwrenching beautiful too

Can I just say that you're like my favourite JJK fic writer :') Like your mind is simply awesome— the dialogues you write and the original ideas you come up with are always sooo impressive and THE FEELS!!! The emotions I get to feel from reading your fics is crazy 😭 Especially in the older brother Sukuna one!! I actually discovered your blog thanks to that fic, lucky me :D I love it soooo much!! i put this under the cut because i basically have every intention to responding to every part of what you say!

first and foremost - thank you for lurking on my blog, even to the point where you read the asks that other people send me. sometimes (and for a good amount of time actually) i wanted to answer asks so bad but wouldn't because i was scared i was annoying my followers by answering them all the time or telling people random stuff about myself just because i thought they were just following me for the writing.

tldr. needless to say, that it makes my entire world that you read my asks - about interactions and a lot of the stuff that i've been talking about lately - and that you sent me this ask, because it's filled me with so so much joy and motivation to get back into writing

oh best friends older brother sukuna. god, i can't even talk about what that fic means to me in so many ways, and the fact that it's resonated with so many people has actually healed so many things in me. like i'm not even joking, i've literally talked about that fic and read asks/comments to my therapist to like prove to her that this was like something real and that i put it out all there.

even from a writing standpoint, i feel like in the past i resorted to most of the cliche miscommunication stuff because it was hard to come up with stuff that moved the plot forward. but it was really interesting to write that and make most of the stuff external - and it really made me think about characters/emotions/what motivates people most of the time. yes, miscommunication is a big thing in relationships and not being able to talk to one another effectively will put a damper on things - but other things can to. and damn it sometimes it's nice to just love each other the way you should and handle it with care (which was basically the entire point of that fic anyways)

oh god, it makes my entire world that you called my characters emotionally intelligent. honestly, those topics were never like supposed to be part of the story - and most of the stories i write aren't planned out. i start writing and something came out of me. i was very hesitant to post those chapters, but in the end just chose to honor the fact that they're complex topics, they're nuanced, what i'm saying isn't wrong but it isn't applicable to everyone and that's okay. and even the fact that people find it relatable is validating for me, because almost everything in that fic is derived from a personal experience of mine.

oh gojo as taylor. to be honest, i thought it kind of fell off for a while but GOD everyone loves to see it and it makes my entire world. the first fic that i wrote on this account, almost a year and a half ago now, was literally a gojo as taylor before a gojo as taylor. it's a good omen.

GOSH, i'm so glad you're here and that you've read the things that i've written. you've given me such such kind words about them - most that i feel like i don't deserve - but that mean the world to me nonetheless.

also i've said it before and i've said it again. people like you who take the time to leave asks, or comment on all the details in the chapters, or just leave feedback or say that they enjoyed something means the world. most fanfic writers do this for free. i usually come home from a busy day or studying for midterms or just being frustrated and use this as a way to let loose. and really, as a reader, you could just read it and move past it without any penance to me. readers who take the time to comment, interact, and kind of create this space to me is kind of what fanfic is all about - I feel like I have my own little town of friends who all get and understand what i'm talkng about, and the fact that people want to entertain that and be here with me means the world.

thank you s’much n welcome, angel!!! mnot sure what type of writer you are or what you…like to write? like!! some people like writin dialogue more than descriptions n vice versa !! but!! i hope this helps anyway!!

when i write i try not to use “(y/n)” or “(name)” or anythin like that cause i feel like it takes the reader outta the.. experience? instead i’ll mention that you introduce yourself or the character says your name, jus not in dialogue where it’d need to be written? f’that makes sense?

n with that, i try to make it as immersive as possible!! which means if m’gonna describe somethin in depth it’s gonna be from the senses (touch, taste, smell, sight, hearin) instead of any of the reader’s physical qualities! but that last part’s personal preference!! n e way, i’ll describe the characters face, body, etc, etc, along with how they smell, how their lips taste if they’re bein kissed… n apply that logic to everythin but the reader!*

*there’s an exception to this!! if you’re writin somethin where the reader is of higher status, they’d wear higher status clothing! if the reader is doin anything that requires a certain type of style of clothes!! or a period piece! it’s free rein!

experiment with your style!! you might find somethin you really like! it helps to take inspo from other writers, can be fanfic writers or published writers!! professional writers or people who do it for fun!!

this is jus a personal pet peeve of mine n somethin i see readers complain about a lot! don’t break the fourth wall!

you don’t need a beta reader, but it helps to have one! if you don’t have anyone to check over your work, leave it alone for a few hours (the longer the better) n reread your work to catch any mistakes! sometimes you jus need fresh eyes

google is your best friend!! lookin for a word? google it! lookin for a synonym? google it! this also helps with makin sure you don’t repeat the same words over n over, even if you want them to mean the same thing!

y’learn this pretty early on in school! but! dialogue always has its own paragraph unless it’s breakin between an unfinished sentence from the character! for example:

“hey! how are you?”

“i’m okay,” they nod in affirmation. “thanks for asking!”

“that’s great!”

i recommend writin in a program that’ll have autocorrect n grammar errors pointed out to you!! i use google docs, helps with typos or weirdly written sentences! i

quality is better than quantity! you might worry about not postin enough but it’s okay to take more time on one really good fic than risk burnout after postin a million fics you’re not completely happy with!!

if you have writers block dont force yourself to write! it’ll get frustratin n ultimately worsen it! ride it out, it’ll pass!

as for smut… there’s one thing i stick to n it’s gonna sound so silly n awkward n will probably make you embarrassed to write! but! i promise it works! think of somethin you think is hot n try to write it out usin ‘hot’ words. like the exact opposite of post-nut clarity, think of what you do when you’re… in a particular mood !! if your own writin doesn make you flustered you gotta keep writin!!

jimin- i don’t remember much from the chapter in September I don’t think we saw much of him but in this recent chapter OMG he was such a sweet pea!!! Y/n really went all out getting his HORSE shipped here. And jimin saying happy b day to join was so sweet cause every one’s warming up to joon after the fight a bit and I think everyone is warming up in general. Anyways y/nie goes above and beyond for her boys and ahhhh so sweet. He was so happy too you could tell he wanted to cry gosh. I love when jimin can’t handle his alcohol well I can just imagine his red cheeks eeek I hope we get to travel and see his family too. He’s defiantly been working hard on the barn, and when she mention he was shirtless at some point 🥵 I cant- im sorry I’m on my period that my horrible excuse anyways -

taehyung- him wanting to take photography and him taking pics of HER STOP ✋ no author u need to stop it’s too much like omg and when they held each other afterward I melted like I TURNED into a puddle of the floor and I’m only able to write this now bc it’s so cold here that I froze and turned back into my human form. She’s possessive and irl tae is too cause like do u remember the perila leaf débat he would get so jelly if his gf peeled off a leaf for a guy friend. The dinner scene where the waiter was making eyes an y/n and tae held her waist and GLARED that’s some dominance right there. I forgot about including the piano scenes in yoongi so I’ll add them here. the pic tae took of their feet sounded so cute and I’m glad yoongi and tae are getting more comfy w each other (cause I think yoongi chose to sit next to him asp) also cause when y/n was thinking abt how she didn’t want him to be alone 🥺😩 yes tae we want you to interact w the others~ Tae LOVES her touches too he reacts easily in just a snap 🫰

jungkook- ahh yes our angst boi- his birthday party scene was so cute he was so flustered and malfunctioned Sksks it was nice to see a raw and genuine part of him that was truly thankful for her that day I hope we get to see more of that. Also YES you're right, he was totally shirtless when he was patching up the roof of the stable... I would have passed out if I saw that, Y/N is a strong woman!

Tae - UGH Another one that is totally whipped for Y/N, taking pictures of her, including a couple at his first expo... even though only four were displayed at that expo, you can imagine he's probably taken dozens more of her, which makes me blush and kick my feet. He's definitely one of the more cuddly ones, too, so when he hugged her at the expo that moment was so sweet and intimate... physical touch must be one of his love languages. I love my men a little possessive, and I DO remember the whole perilla leaf debate (wild) and Tae being like that both irl AND in Trouvaille is just so... you know? He was definitely staking claim over Y/N in that brewery, he did not like that random man staring at his girl like that. OOF! 🥵 I'm glad you brought up Tae and Yoongi beginning to come around to one another. They have that connection of both being into music, and I think they have similar possessive feelings over Y/N. Jeongguk - fhdjasf our little edgelord! Ah his birthday was so self indulgent, fluffy, and a chance to see his softer side under all that iciness he usually displays. I think the longer time wears on, he'll let go of more of that frostiness and become more comfortable showing Y/N his tender side. fjdksa I forgot about the scene where he offered her a cigarette at Hoseok's meet-- such a twerp!! I love love love scary movies, and I feel like him maybe Yoongi are the only two that would actually wanna watch a horror film with me IRL, or Y/N in Trouvaille. Hoseok is a bit of a scaredy cat, and the rest of them put that off a little bit as well LOL. And for sure, there really isn't anything that can be hidden in that house anymore, there are ears literally everywhere.... bad news for someone who likes to talk shit, like me. But that's an example of Jeongguk being uncharacteristically sweet, agreeing to help Y/N even if he doesn't have to. Joon was so pissed when she didn't call out for him when she was threatened, but Y/N handled everything just fine, IMO, he was being a dramatic wolf.

You know I love a good cliffhanger!!! I can't not have one almost every time. Hopefully, this time, the conflict can be resolved quickly, and it isn't as bad as The Incident between Joon and Tae. about the whole yeji situation it is intentional yes! im so glad you noticed its kinda hard to write such subtle things in smau without it being in your face because it's one of those things that i want ppl to notice but sometimes im like ahh idk if anyone would notice, i think for her she obviously views y/n as a rival but because she's left out (hence jinnie growing more distance ever since yeo came into her life) she tries to attack y/n with the only available card she has which is "you did smth bad to my friend" bc she doesn't know anything else and she wasn't even there when it all happened she only got snippets from the story and from jinnie's side when he was still feeling resentful towards y/n and you see the difference in this specific subject between her and lix (bc lix was there) he gets their bond sm more and it's so much easier for him to not hold it against y/n
