tbh i couldn’t really give a shit about most of sxsg if i tried but i am sooooo excited about all the new music/remixes. they sound so good…. and a wonderful return to the industrial/techno/drumnbass/whatever the fuck shadow sound of sa2 and shth. we will get to listen to a relevant the ark from shth in 2024 (with the vocal samples!!! they didn’t remove them!! or change the song at all while remastering it seemingly!!!! it’s a good fucking song!!!!). or 2025? i actually have no fucking clue when this game comes out

So, right of the bat, SISTER LOCATION IN VR. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Honestly my biggest gripe with help wanted (my favourite fnaf game, by the way) was that sister location wasn’t playable, NOW THAT’S FIXED

I honestly think that sister location is the best fnaf game (as a whole) to put into vr, it’s practically a collection of minigames already, it fits perfectly. And OH MY GOD they’re going to be so much scarier in vr

The minireenas crawling into you in night 4 is going to give me nightmares. Imagine looking down and seeing them crawling all over you. Looking around and seeing them crawl up and down. Terrifying.

Freddy’s room is going to be A LOT scarier when you’re actually in it

And oh yeah, that’s only the bits that are confirmed

There’s probably also going to be pizzeria simulator content (my favourite non help wanted game)

The salvaging minigame is already the scariest thing in the games, in vr that is going to be MORTIFYING.

Imagine the sounds 😭

Imagine when you pull up the paper it covers your whole screen, already claustrophobic, and when you put it down you have to think “did it move or am I just looking at it from a different angle????”

Imagine if we get the full game in vr, and you’re actually able to walk around your pizzeria and play the minigames on the actual arcade cabinets.

Now you have 360° vision, you can put animatronics behind you. Maybe even add more than the 50 base animatronics (maybe after taking some out that wouldn’t work well, like nightmarionne (although that would be hilarious))

God I’m so excited. I may hate what steel wool did with security breach, but they made help wanted, and I’m sure they can do it again. I won’t blindly hype, I’ve been burnt before (security breach), but I really really REALLY want this to be good. Help wanted and pizzeria simulator are my 2 favourite fnaf games, combining them is something that I thought was only a dream an hour ago. I really want them to do this well. Part of me hopes they delay it, or that they’ve been working on it for a few years already, because I need this to be good.

If ruin is good (or even just not bad) then I’ll absolutely put my full trust in them. I cannot wait.

Getting back into jsrf and playing brc has made me want to get back into skating (I used to do ice skating and had to stop but now I want to try inline skating) and even get into dancing and learning graffiti art styles. I then checked out Dion Koster’s IG page (director of brc and also did the choreography I’m pretty sure) and in his videos where he’s doing some of the in game dances you can see so many comments so similar to my sentiments where brc has gotten people back into dancing/skating/graffiti and they’re so excited about it and omfg that’s how you know that team reptile made something truly special
