Tomorrow might be my last day at this place, they fucking hate me heresjsjs
#racist as hell man#my manager mentioned that I wasnt ‘intimidating’#enough and one of the other white managers was like ‘haha let’s get [redacted] to work the pool lol’ as a joke during the ugly secret work#meeting that they had behind my back to the 8 months pregnant black concierge#going on about how ‘she’s REALLY intimidatinG LOL-‘#LIKE OH MY… god!??! and she mentioned that all of their white asses laughed in her face about that#so… even if it was a joke it was racist af and micro aggressive/antiblack and also…. you’d really see it fit to have a pregnant black woman#sitting at the pool babysitting rich white ppl at the pool for 8 hours straight in the hot sun like it’s normal bro#these people do not like black ppl here and only view us as the help/labor#they do the same to the Hispanics as well but they don’t complain or make a fuss it seems and most of them are maintenance so idk how much#contact they have with the racist managers outside of simply passing by them#not including the electricians#it’s a lot man#I wrote up a lengthy document documenting my experience here man I hate it bro#all this started over wrist bands ☠️#rambling#it’s so obvious that they want me done
