Monkie Kid S4 Special Spoilers:

I love how peaches represent Shadowpeaches relation ship

We see in the flashbacks 2 separate times when Wukong gives Macaque a peach (once at the tree and the other in the golden flashback) I do believe they happened isn’t that order

The next is when Macaque offers a peach to Wukong. This is the first time Mac is extending the offer.

This plays more into why Macaque gets so hurt because this is symbolic of him extending/expressing his feelings for Wukong and Monkey King completely rejects it.

Macaque crushing the peach is the breaking point, completely crushing his heart.(also worth to mention, in the previous scenes the peach is always whole)

Then during the beach scene Wukong offers a peach popsicle.

Now this is interesting since this is the first time it’s not been a real peach. And most interestingly the popsicle is already starting to melt.

This was defiantly intended because it’s such an almost unnecessary detail to include.

Wukong is offering a peach to Macaque, in the same place as probably the first time (if we go off the memory)

However it’s melted, not completely ruined but not perfect.

This is the bridge between them reforming, but it’s still not 100% better
