Sonic is so utterly desperately painfully in love with Shadow, is so immensely overwhelming for me to read.

The fact that Shadow opened up to Sonic and basically spilled out in front of him??? And Sonic being so fierce on defending Shadow to even Shadow himself, he called him beautiful and I’m ready to die right there
