okay yeah it was always gonna feel awesome to catch up to canon on stormlight archive but it feels really fucking good to also hit the reading goal I’d set for this YEAR by finishing rhythm of war

#I set this goal at fifteen books in 2023 because this is the first year I’ve been reading for fun/for myself in a while.#since starting college really.#I was not expecting firstly to get hook line and sinkered into cosmere #or to be on this self diagnosis roller coaster that has included devouring a lot of katherine may nonfiction #or to slam through aliette de bodard novellas like they’re air #but. reading is good reading with friends is even better and it’s not like I’m planning to stop so #feels good feels organic #feels like I’m gonna CRY and also that my heart has been punched straight out of my chest because #rhythm of war is JUST FUCKING LIKE THAT #OUCH #sola said
