She's out of my hands for now, many hopes that it can be recovered 🕯

If anyone knows anything about Wordpad file recovery - my diary for the last two years is only displaying NULLs when I open it, both in Wordpad and Notepad++, but in the preview when I search for it I can see the first couple lines, and it's shows up in a search for a keyword I know I don't have in any other file

Is there a temp file I can get into? I don't care about formatting, I just don't want to lose two years of ideas and thoughts...

Very admirable #For being a loud and proud Luddite I think talking about saving my temp files and spider boxes (mechanical) and coding was maybe a surprise #I hate technology but I love technology #Also got an answer to my superstition #I was basically correct that disconnecting the power first ups the chance of restarting/corruption #But if I disconnect second i.e. after I've sent my laptop to bed there's a lower chance of things Losing power before they're done internal #Interesting stuff all 'round #I guess queueing day will be tomorrow...rather than today.....#If all goes well anyway #I miss her already.... So empty the spot where I keep my external brain....
