Shout out @blknarancia and their Somali cool Joe post for reminding me how stupid I was.

When I started watching Supa Strikas there were a few characters I assumed were American that absolutely were NOT. I had never watched the show as a kid so keep in mind this is what I was thinking during like maybe the first 6 episodes? Idk, it was before Technicali showed up tho.

1. Cool Joe

I saw his Afro, Pic ( aka his "power comb" WE KNOW IT'S A PIC, CALL IT A PIC!!), heard his voice, and saw his love for jazz and thought. "Oh hey.. African American representation, fuck yeah." Turns out dude's Brazilian though so yeah, that was a fun thing to find out from a piece of fanart that was probably posted on deviant art ..

2. North Shaw

Yeah this fucker also had me fooled when he started beefing with the Hydra team. He started whipping out surfer slang and I went "Oh okay ... So he's the California surfer boy stereotype? I can get with that." ... He's Australian. That fucker is a god damn Aussie. Wanna know how I found out? THE SAME FUCKING DEVIANT ART FANART!!!

3. Hydra Fc (Yeah I know..)

Uh huh, yep, you heard right. I was so stuck on the American surfer stereotype that I just assumed Hydra was an American club. I know, stupid thought. But that's what my brain assumed.

You wanna know who WAS American tho !??!?

HIM. THIS MOTHER FUCKER IS AMERICAN !! I HAD ZERO CLUE. Maybe I had just missed something at the time, but when I found out I just couldn't believe he wasn't like the "Stereotypical American." Yeah he eats a lot but nothing really pointed out he was an American to me. I find the cool.

Also I went on twisting tigers wiki cause I was bored, and uhm.. Who the hell was in charge of working his wiki?

I want them fired NOW.

This is almost definitely not how skating works but here's what I think the Foxes dance styles would be like. Someone who knows more about it than I do please correct me if I'm wrong about anything.

Neil- does really fast dances, very intricate moves, details, likes learning new tricks, fastest skater obviously

Andrew--lots of slow breathtakingly beautiful dances, but sometimes more up beat, casual stuff, manages to make it look easy. Thinks Kevin's dances are pretentious but has to admit he's good

Arron-- slow contempery, but with a bit of ballet kinda thing in there

Nicky-pop, hip hop, the cheesiest songs, his dances are mainly feel good, but also does some emotionaly packed ones sometimes.

Kevin-graceful, classical basically ballet on ice, when he gets more comfortable being with the Foxes and having a control over his life he does some contemporary stuff, but still mainly sticks to classics.

Dan- up beat, dances like it's her freedom, which it was before she joined the Foxes

Matt-did one to jazz once just because he felt like it

Seth-this is hard because I can't imagine him dancing really? Hip hop or r and b? Can u even do that on ice?

Allison-dances to Beyonce, goes overboard on the costume, her dances a feirce and bold, after all its a fuck you to her parents that she even skates very showy

Renne-simplistic but full of technicaly really hard moves, can also hip hop really well which surprises everyone

Jean-elegant and graceful, similar to Kevin, somehow manages to make his tall lanky frame look graceful. Classical until he learns with the trojans and learns new dance styles the ravens didn't consider proper dance

Jeremy-anything really but he of course enjoys really happy ones. Does more serious ones when Jean joins because he's sad that Jean seams constantly sad

People do figure skating in pairs right? So I guess they sometimes pair up... Matt and Dan obviously, their styles slightly overlap anyway so they work really well together, solid partnership right there.

Maybe Renee and Andrew do some dances together before people find out about Neil and Andrew, their dances are probably amazing, very technical (I say this like I know what I'm talking about--I do not)

That brings me onto Andrew and Neil, if you thought matt and Dan would be a great power couple on ice just wait for these two, they're amazing together, they probably create some controversy 'cause danse is like that, but they can still do lifts and everything because they're both small and Andrews strong

Jean and Jeremy would be a great pair. They can do beautifull feel good dances which help Jean learn to smile again and really moving dances too

I just had a thought.... Figure skating dance battles between the Foxes and the ravens!! Is that possible? I don't know. Also sorry to any actual figure skaters because I think I've just completely butchered ur sport here.
