⭐ Y'all, it's real. ⭐
Thanks to the amazing RetroAmericanRepros over on Etsy, I was able to have my Super Star Sisters artwork made into a label and put on an actual NES cartridge shell— in my favorite color no less!! Getting to have my artwork on an NES cartridge is something that I've always wanted, and I felt that Super Star Sisters would make for a perfect fit! ✨
#Star's Art#Photography#Super Star Sisters#Super Star Sis.#Super Mario Bros#SMB#NES#NES Games#R.O.B.#Coolness#To think that only ten or so days ago I had completed the initial Super Star Sisters black box art...#... and here we are now with said art ON A LEGIT NES CARTRIDGE!!!#I had a lot of fun making an additional label for the back of the cartridge as I'm sure you can tell XD#I was about to go with the default grey color most NES cartridges come in but then#T H E N#I saw they came in blue and was like 'Yeah that's the one'#Naturally there's no ROM chip inside but I do have the tools necessary to put one in#I was thinking about grabbing another copy of SMB1 and putting its ROM chip into the Super Star Sisters cart#So not only would it look legitimate... but it'd actually play something too!#I've also been looking at tools to dip into ROM hacking as well to potentially mod myself and Stephanie into SMB1#So we can at last have the t r u e Super Star Sisters experience!#If you're interested in putting your own art (Or anything in general) on an NES cartridge shell...#P L E A S E go give RetroAmericanRepros a looksie. I very much intend on seeing what all else I can put on an NES cartridge art-wise!!#Also consider this an excuse to show off my smol NES collection featuring the universe's best boy...
