Would you guys be super duper disappointed with me if I left Science AU Jetfire's relationship status at the end of the story ambiguous/up for interpretation ? I just remembered something really important in my heart while answering an ask </3

#I remembered the reason I made Science AU in the first place and suddenly it hit me #Jetfire is just perfect as he is #I REMEMBERED THAT I DID NOT WANT JETFIRE'S TIES TO ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIPS TO DEFINE HIS CHARACTER IN MY AU #while yes he does make up with Starscream I have been on the fence for a while if I wanted them to jump back into a romantic relationship #And I think I'm happiest with leaving it open ended #IM SORRY IM SUCH A ROMANCE LETDOWNER BUT I WANTED THE MAIN TAKEAWAY FROM MY AU TO BE FUN STORIES AND INTERACTIONS #Also this does NOT mean Thunderfire is real in my AU either/left just as open ended and ambiguous #I've already decided I'm not going that route with Science AU but it is fun to think about #I want jetfire.. to shine on his own without any romantic ties.#I GOT SO CAUGHT UP IN EVERYTHING ELSE THAT I LOST MY WAY FOR A MINUTE WITH THE SCIENCE AU BUT IM LOCKING BACK IN I FOUND WHERE I WANT TO BE #I'm still playing with my toys though I promise #yap n cheese
