Anguil, who I have not thought about for years and it’s a shame he’s basically impossible to interact with unless your troll is fleet or otherwise in space because I really like what his Deal is, aka, guy whose company explores planets and sells the rights to them.

Obviously the fleet demands he gives them first bid, which he does…on paper. In actuality he’ll give first stab to anyone who pays him more or else threatens him, or any other kind of bargain.

He’s not a good guy whatsoever but he does hold to what he promises, if you make sure to get a fully thought out deal from him. Unless you’re fleet, then he’ll just lie to you as much as he can get away with it unless he has a good enough reason not to.
