Maybe they didn't cast Abel because Sam was not just Abel, maybe he was also both Antonio and Miranda from "The Tempest".

Like, what if S10 is yes, Cain and (no) Abel and Genesis and God and the Darkness but it's also about Prospero/Dean (who's also Caliban) against his brother Antonio/Sam (who's also Miranda) and Rowena is Sycorax (although she's also a little bit Prospero AND Miranda) and Crowley is Caliban (although he's a little bit Alonso AND Stephano, too) and Cas is Ariel (although he's also a little bit Antonio AND Ferdinand).

The Mark of Cain/The Darkness is, of course, The Tempest.

I'm having thoughts but there is a vision.
