They already know each other but I love the idea of Rouge being Silver's wine aunt that takes him shopping and to see things like the Barbie movie.

In Rivals 2 she isn't very nice to him, but Rouge generally is a bit of a wild card when it comes to collecting her gems and finishing her tasks, so maybe when she's not on a mission they can try to hit it off better. Much like Silver, actually! I think she would find his naivete on how the world works quite amusing, but she does not seem to be the type who is above shopping and like, getting massages and pedicures and such things. Whereas Amy takes Silver more towards fun-oriented locations like festivals and shops for fun cute clothes, Rouge would make sure to cover the more expensive Personal Care angle of it all. I can imagine Silver being all blissed out with the little cucumber slices on his face and his quills swaddled up in a towel! <3
