That's so funny your mom sort of had a near miss! I can't imagine what chaos it is. My dad used to work for an airlines (he's retired now) and once got me the autograph of my favorite band. He could totally have gotten fired for i think, but I still have it just because we weren't super close and it was suc han incredibly nice thing he did for me, to even know who my favorite band was!
