Summary: After his battle with Mavuika, Capitano was left injured. He retreats wanting to replan his strategy when he runs into you, the Creator, who had just descended to Teyvat.

Note: So how are you all liking Natlan? As of right now I think it’s okay only because I want to return to Fontaine 😞

Capitano wasn’t used to the taste of defeat.

As number one in the Fatui harbingers and the strongest amongst them no doubt, he is used to winning every match he partakes in. Or for his opponents to concede before the battle even begins.

Yet he doesn’t take it to heart, he knows the outcomes of every battle can differ in many different ways and he isn’t arrogant about his strength.

Mavuika was a God after all. Even though his power rivals hers, he knew he would have to best her with a foolproof strategy and it seemed barging in wasn’t the right one. She was a worthy opponent.

Capitano returns to his camp, the pain in his chest still burning from the small wound Mavuika left on him. He can wait, once his wound heals then he will strike her again, only this time he won’t miss. At least he has an ally in his pocket keeping him up to date on all the politics within Natlan.

“My lord,” Capitano’s right hand, Rezanov begins while bowing. “We found footprints nearby. We believe someone might stumble into camp soon…”

Capitano lets out a sigh underneath his mask, “how many people?”

“We believe only one, there’s only one track of footprints.”

Only one person? Nothing really to worry about. Unless this person is returning to tell the Archon his location.

“Find them and bring them here.” He orders and Rezanov nods and quickly takes off.

You just woke up in Genshin Impact.

You remember waiting impatiently by your PC for the newest update to the game, but you must’ve fallen asleep while waiting. Now you were dreaming about the it? Jeez, even in your own dreams you thought about the game. You really needed to touch grass. (lol jk jk luv you all)

You were dreaming about Natlan… a nation that you haven’t even played yet. You couldn’t have had a dream about your favorite nation? Or meeting all your favorite characters?

But everything felt so real. Even after watching the trailer and the leaks you’ve seen online, there’s no way you could know such detail about the nation. Maybe it was just your mind filling in the gaps…

“Stop right there!”

You turn around and your blood runs immediately cold. It was two fatui skirmishers and one fatui agent. You don’t even know the amount of times you’ve killed these enemies for their drops or just for the fun of it.

So this is how you die… at least this is better than falling into the claws of Childe, who you’d beat up anytime you built a new character.

“Our lord the Captain will deal with you, come with us with no fight.”

Scratch that. This was much, much worse…

“Wait… isn’t that…?” One of them whispered.

They put down their weapons, looks of remorse on their faces.

“Your Grace… please for give our imprudence we had no idea it was you…” Rezanov. “Please come with us, the Captain would be delighted to see you.”

Right… you’ve read fanfics like this before. Believing you’re their Creator… you wonder if your blood was gold. Perhaps you could check later. For now, you were going to follow them, it’s not like Capitano has appeared in the game you can get a first time look at him.

You follow the trio deeper into the forest, a small fireplace in the distance, you could only assume the Captain would be there.

“My lord, we found who was trailing around camp. Their Grace has decided to bless us with their presence on Teyvat once more.”

Capitano turns around and say nothing for what felt like forever. Even with the helmet, you knew he was staring intently at you.

“Your Grace.” He finally says, his voice much softer than you ever expected. “I am honored to be in your presence.”

He approached, towering over you.

“You three. Fetch Their Grace some food—“ he looks down at you once more. “And a change of clothes.”

You feel embarrassment creep up your neck. What’s wrong with your pajamas? Could he tell they weren’t from this word?

He holds out his hand, and you take it being able to feel the warmth underneath the glove. This dream was much realer than you thought…

Capitano leads you to his large tent holding the flaps open so you could enter. “We weren’t expecting your arrival so I apologize for the lack of preparations…”

You shake your head, “everything is fine.” Not like you’d be here forever…

“You can have my tent You Grace, I will camp outside.” He adds.

You furrow your eyebrows, “this tent is big enough for two people, can’t we just share it?”

Capitano doesn’t say nothing for a moment, you fear you’ve might’ve offended him with your offer but it was the complete opposite. Capitano felt as if he was on top of the world, to share a camp with the Creator? To be able to protect you? To see your sleeping face…

He feels his cheeks grow crimson and he is eternally grateful for his helmet. “Of course, if that’s what you wish Your Grace…”

The flaps to the tent open and Rezanov enters the tent. “My lord, we've received word that the Pyro Archon has lost much of her power.”

“Although your injury complicates things, this is most certainly the opportune time to seize the Gnosis...”

Capitano was slightly irritated with his subordinate’s unwarranted entry but he wouldn’t do anything yet, not while you were right in front of him.

“The Gnosis can wait, we have more important matters…” he replies, his focus never leaving you.

Kenma sighs as he wipes the sweat off his forehead with a towel. Nekoma had just finished their practice and everyone was exhausted. Kuroo walks over to Y/N as she finished distributing water bottles and they discussed for a bit and Kenma couldn't help but look over. Kuroo was immediately blurred out and the spotlight became on you and he took notice of small things like the way you use your hands to convey your emotions and your chirpy behavior. He wanted to try to talk to you.

You were a 2nd year student who had just recently joined as their manager and you immediately made a difference to the team. Your personality brought light into their lives and they couldn't have been more grateful that you decided to join them. Kenma included.

"Oh!" you exclaim and the team immediately turns towards you

"I baked apple pie for you guys as a sweet treat for working so hard during practice! Only get one slice!" You smile as you present your proud work through a beautifully golden glazed apple pie.

"Y/NNNN" Yamamoto cries as he runs at you. You jump a little and Yaku kicks him away to protect you. "Sorry about Yamamoto. You really didn't have to do that for us Y/N. Thank you." Nobuyuki smiles at you. "It's no problem! You guys know how much I love baking." You said, smiling back.

It's true. You often had baked some sweet treat or snack the night before a practice or a game for them and you simply said it was because you just wanted to. That was another reason why the team loved you. There was a running joke that your nickname was 'Magic Hands' among the team because of how good your food tasted. Kenma usually never ate any of them because his stomach would usually hurt if he ate something after practices.You took no offence because you knew how his stomach was. 

However this time, the aroma of cinnamon and warm apples to the buttery crust and slight vanilla was something that Kenma absolutely could not ignore. After all, it is his favorite food.

You hand Kuroo a slice and he indulges it in one bite. His eyes widen wide and he makes a sound that you're unsure is a good sign or a bad sign. He suddenly falls to one knee with his face toward the ground and you suddenly worry that it tasted bad.

He looks up at you with serious eyes and you look back at him with nervousness.

"Y/N, please marry me and bake for me foreve-" Kuroo's head drops down immediately as you throw a fist against his head and has the whole team on the ground laughing. "Don't joke about that stuff.. I thought it actually tasted bad.." you mutter.

The team laughs as they get up and grab their slice and hold everything in them to not react the same when they had taken their bite. Kenma, who was sitting down and looking at his phone, is now in line as he curiously peeks over at the pie behind someone's shoulder.

"Ah! Kenma, do you want a slice?" You say as you point at the near-gone pie. He gives a slight nod which has you beam at him. Your smile was too wide for him and he had to look away to hide the slight fluster on his face. "Tell me what you think about it, I would really appreciate it!" you say as you hand him a perfect slice. He murmurs a quick and quiet 'thank you' before returning to the bench.

He stares at the sector as he slightly grimaces at the thought of his food in his stomach but he carefully uses his fork to pierce a small part of it. He puts it in his mouth and his eyes widen. He thought Kuroo was just trying to be a flirt and mess with you but his reaction was really no lie. That was the best apple pie he ever had and he goes back for another bite. His eyes glinted at the taste of fresh apple as well as the kisses of cinnamon and he couldn't help but smile. He was so busy indulging in the desert that he didn't notice you sitting next to him.

"How was it?" You say as you tilt your head to look at his face. He slightly jumps because he didn't notice you and looks down at his plate. It was... really good." Kenma’s voice softened, and a faint pink tinged his cheeks as he added, "Apple pie is my favorite. A large smile becomes plastered on your face. You knew that he never really ate your food because you presented them at the wrong time but you couldn't help but be so happy that he enjoyed it.

"I'm so glad to hear that! I'll definitely make it for you guys again." You say with a determined look. Kenma nods as you sit up and join with the others as he looks down at his empty plate with not a hurting stomach, but a fluttering heart.

After that day, you continued to make more treats and Kenma started to eat more of them. Your cooking, for some reason, never hurt his stomach and he enjoyed you talking to him asking for his opinion.

"Kenma, how do you like it?" You say sitting down next to him as he takes another bite of your onigiri that you had made for post-practice. "It's really good.. I never really eat these but they are really good.." he says honestly. You smile and you lean back against the bench. "You can tell me if it doesn't taste good though, I need more feedback than just that! I promise my feelings won't hurt." You say but then Kenma sits up right before looking into your eyes.

"No.. I promise your food is always really good. It doesn't make my stomach hurt and it's really delicious. I'm being honest." He slightly glances at the ground, embarrassed at his confession.

You were surprised. That was the first time you had heard so much come out of him and you had tried to make small conversation since you joined. You gently take his hands and you cup them into yours and he looks up flustered. "That means so much coming from you Kenma, thank you so much." You say as your eyes glint and the corners of your mouth curl. Kenma looks down at the ground quickly so his hair could cover his pink hued face and he tries to keep down the thumping in his chest. "Y-yeah, no problem." He says weakly. You continued to sit next to him as you talked about other things in which he replied his best without showing his flustered state.

Every time you brought something, you immediately took place next to Kenma as he held a plate and started a conversation with him. He didn't hate it, but he hated the fact that he couldn't stop being flustered by you. He still participated in the conversations and slowly, you both got close to one another. You talked to him in the halls and before and after practices. Slowly he became more confident talking to you. While his confidence grew, so did his feelings for you.

"You like Y/N, don't you?" Kuroo says as he looks out the school window. Kenma suddenly loses his game that he was playing on his phone and he slowly turns to horrifically look up at the black haired man. "N-no-" "Don't even try hiding it," Kuroo smirks. "You seem to really like her. You should confess to her, bake her something cute!" Kenma looks down, embarrassed that he could have been so obvious about his feelings for you. He begins to worry that the others had noticed but then he actually considers his suggestion of confessing.

"I don't know how to.." he mumbles into his hair. "Look up youtube videos, you're smart!" Kuroo smirks wider. Kenma grumbles with annoyance but Kuroo didn’t know that later that night, he began to watch baking tutorials.

Slightly determined and motivated with adrenaline, he puts on his mom's apron and ties his hair in a half ponytail bun and sets out his ingredients. 3 hours later, he had 3 batches of burnt, liquid, or dry cake. He unties his apron angrily as he tries to give up but stops. He really likes you and wants to show it to you so he puts the apron back on and shyly asks his mom if she could help him. After hours of frustration and a little help from his mom, Kenma finally had a cake he was proud of.

The next day is a Saturday. Last night, he nervously texted you to ensure you would be home and not busy. To his relief you weren't and he took the cake out of the fridge and put it in a cake case. His emotions were slowly bubbling up inside of him, and he felt like his stomach was about to hurt, so he decided that he would get to your house quickly. What if he ruins your friendship? What if you reject him? Thoughts slowly crept up on him as he was walking towards your house.

Kenma stared at the cake in his hands. ‘What if Y/N doesn’t like it? What if she laughs? Or worse… what if she feels sorry for me?’ Thoughts begin to emerge in his head and then suddenly he arrives at your door. He snapped out of it and slowly reached for the doorbell. He looks down at his feet and then suddenly the door opens which has him popup also. "Kenma? What're you doing here?" No matter how close you had become, he couldn't help but become shy as you stood with the door open in your loungewear.

"I.. I just.. Well I just wanted.. To.." Kenma mutters out. Too nervous to declare the words he had practiced so hard the night before.

You smile at him as you waited for his words to come out. You were always so patient with him, his heart couldn't help but to pound a bit more against his ribs. He really didn’t want to mess this up with you. He wanted to show you how he really felt.

After what he feels like is forever, he takes a deep breath and gathers all the confidence he had left in his body.

Kenma shifted on his feet, his voice barely above a whisper. “I really... I really like you, Y/N.” His eyes fixed on the ground as if afraid to meet hers. He slightly extends the baked good in his hands. "I baked this cake for you because I wanted to show you that.. You really mean a lot to me. I really.. really like you." 

He closes his eyes and you don't say anything back. The silence almost shatters his heart and panic immediately rises in his chest as he thinks of the worst. He suddenly just wishes he would just disappear or a hole would appear to consume him. This was definitely not what he had prepared himself for.

He starts to take the cake back in but then it gets taken from his hands suddenly. He looks up only to be enveloped in a big hug. Your arms wrap around him as your face hides within the curve of his neck. His eyes widen as he accidentally breathes in the scent of your hair somewhat calming him a bit down. He stood shocked and flustered and slowly let his arms wrap around you and he reciprocated by furrowing his face into the crevice of your neck.

You pull back with a wistful smile as you tuck away a strand of his bleached hair that had gotten in front of his face. "I like you too, Kenma. A lot." His eyes widen and his heart feels like it's about to soar. Your smile suffocates him and he couldn’t believe you liked him back. His throat clenches up because he feels like he's about to cry because he's never felt this kind of way before.

“Really?” He questions. “Really.” You lean forwards to deliver a kiss on his cheek to confirm it and it becomes your turn to be flustered. “I’ve liked you for a while Kenma and I was just surprised that you had confessed first..” He finally starts to breathe and the air tasted so fresh that he felt his lungs had become new again. His arms are wrapped around you again for another hug and you are both standing at the door for what seems like an eternity. Slowly, you both pull back and you pick up the cake that you had set aside. 

"Come in," You say with a wide smile. "Let's enjoy the cake together."

It has been a long time since Kenma has smiled so widely.

He nods. "Okay."

•Megumi used to hate physical affection, but now when he gets it he sinks into it. It doesn't even have to be romantic actually, if Yuji hugs him, he'll protest, and then just melt.

•Is very cautious of who he's with. You can't blame him, most people that were supposed to be important to him have left or disappeared and randomly came back. He was upset at Yuji for it, and he doesn't make exceptions. It will take months, maybe even years of knowing him before he let's you in, and he won't be quick about it.

•The type of guy to take you out every morning for something to eat. He doesn't have much value for money besides his essentials, for he fears he won't be around long, especially after what happened. Why would he spend money on things he likes when they could go to waste one day?... Don't tell him he's being hypocritcal when he's insisting on you both going somewhere you've been gushing about, but he won't just buy the game he's been talking about for weeks.

•Not big on sweets, but he eats them around you. He's more wary about being different or not exactly ideal, so on your first few go- rounds, he tries eating the sweetest things... Sugar cookie cake pops, red velvet cookies, chocolate moose cake... But when you hear from a passing conversation from him and Yuji of how he doesn't like sweets because they hurt his teeth, you're quick to ask him about it. He tries to ignore it and change the topic, but your firm on it since it truly isn't a big deal. The small detail turns into him breaking down about wanting to be good for you, especially since his flaws chalk him down to being difficult to deal with. Your confused on why such a small thing would make him this upset, but to him it was more than that... He just wanted to be normal for you, not a Jujutsu sorcerer, not a fatherless guy with raging daddy issues, he just wanted to be good for you..

•Comfort goes both ways. If you're in the slightest bit of distress, he's not so quick to tell you to suck it up like he might his friends. Why would he? You're someone who stays with him because you love him, not tolerate, and believe me when I say he'd go lengths to make you feel better. But most of the time you both settle for laying down in one of your rooms and just talking or sleeping for a few hours. When it comes to him, it's almost the exact same thing. It's a routine you both do, with blankets and warm, comforting words or silly stories to ease or distract, and honestly that's enough for both of you.

•Got made fun of when he first arrived at the sister school. He was awkward and quiet, and anytime he spoke he had that attitude to him that made you double take.

•has thought about cutting his hair multiple times just to try different styles. He tried when he was younger to make a Mohawk, and got majorly chewed out for it.

•Refuses to partake in the few times parents ever came up in conversation. He had grown more accustomed to the others, and became more open to them, but when it came to talking about family he shut down. Todo has tried to speak with him about it, but it just pissed Nori off and ended in him calling Todo nothing but a mindless hunk of meat. The two don't talk much anymore.

•He will be the first to call Miwa useless. He finds her skills pathetic in the real world and doesn't care for her 'theatrics'...

•When Mechamaru died, Noritoshi sat with the same Miwa he hated, called useless, and held her as she cried for hours. He stopped calling her useless, especially after her sacrifice during Shibuya. She became his closest friend in a small amount of time, and she was the first to openly know about his mother.

•A little more random, but I feel like Noritoshi would be the type to listen to She Wants Revenge and Sleep Token

•Has used his blood manipulation to form small items like a heart and such for his partner on multiple occasions, even if it hurts him a little in the long run.

•insists on teaching you how to use a bow like him. He gets a little pissy when you continuously get it wrong, but he's quick to realize it himself and correct it to a silly sassy attitude. He apologizes after, even if you didn't see anything of it.

•He dates to marry, especially with rules from his clan. If you come into his life, you'll be damn sure to not leave without a hell of a fight.

•with a female partner, he tries his best to help you with your period. He's been told blood manipulation can help, but he's a little clumsy with it since he wasn't exactly taught about woman's reproductive things. He treats you like royalty when your time comes, though. For his beloved to be hurting to the point she can't get out of bed? Treason would be his deciding fate if he could for what hurts you, but he settles for treating you rather than hating your reproductive organs. He gives you the essentials, chocolate, snacks, medicine, etc, but he doesn't stay with you much unless you need him there. He takes it as more time to train without being worryful if he gets too aggressive with you watching.

•He doesn't like you seeing him angry. He's naturally a calm man, but the few times he's gone overboard, he fears for what you think of him, fears that you might be scared of him..

•His music taste is interesting.. But one of his main love languages would definitely be you listening to his music choices if that was an option. It's actually acts of service, but he gets just as giddy whenever you listen to things with him. Whether it be while he's training you both listen with an earbud, or laying in bed and letting it play on the speakers while you both make out or do something to pass the time.

(3) Ino Takuma

•Nanami's death hit him hard. He didn't know right away, and had to be told by someone. I think that's what hurt worse, is that he wasn't there.. He couldn't help him, couldn't try to save him. He could have showed Nanmi his teaching worked, that he was a good teacher, but he wasn't there. He beats himself up for it a lot, but you best bet he got first grabs on Nanami's things. He wears his watch, used his weapon, he held onto those things like they were too fragile to be touched by another.

•when the situation happened with Toji, he quite literally cried like a baby when he got back, because first, ow, and second, he got beat so quickly, he feared Nanami would think even less of him.

•To be fair, I feel like he saw Nanami as the closest thing to a father figure he'd ever get. He has RAGING daddy issues, and it shows.

•Hasnt washed that mask/beanie in YEARS. Anytime someone steals it or tries to wear it, because he can even argue to give it back, they are shoving it against his chest, coughing like they just opened a century old book.

•Typical skater punk like dude. He has tried to act the part, but in reality if you made a fart joke he's loose his mind in laughter.

•Speaking of that, he has the WORST sense of humor. He unironically quotes Skibidi toilet things or some weird song he heard on tiktok that you can only deter to be the most brain rotting things ever. He's a fucking lunatic for things like that, and will laugh his ass off if he sees or hears it.

•Listens to music on a constant, no matter the condition (unless it's fighting, he doesn't want to loose his precious earbuds) but with training, walking on the streets, making food, anything, he's listening to music. His taste is actually pretty decent

•Hes CLINGY. If you go anywhere, he's very quick to follow. You walk into a room? Everyone knows Takuma will be a few steps behind. You're idly talking to someone? His arms are around your midsection with his chin on your shoulder. Walking the streets? He's beside you holding your hand or with an arm around your shoulder.

•Lends you any sweatshirt you want. He has too many, but you can't just get away with it that easily. He will request something back. You jokingly gave him a crop top back once, and he wore it around with style. You know that trend of girls giving their boyfriends makeup only to find out they look better than them? That was basically what Takuma was serving.

•I'm pretty sure we've all agreed Takuma would worship the grounds you walk on. He's deadly respectful, not just to you, but most anyone. Elderly, young, you name it. He will put you on a podium above the rest, he will carry you when your feet hurt, he'll open any door for you, he'll fix your heels for you, all of that. He'd let you step on him if it makes you feel good, as long as your happy, he's happy. However, it's gotten to the point you've had to tell him willingly letting someone do the things he says you can do isn't okay. When you get upset, he offers to be who you take it out on, and you've had to tell him over and over again that you would never lay a hand on him, and that letting people so that isn't okay. He doesn't understand it in all honesty, but he does understand your point when you ask what would happen if the roles were reversed.

•His clinginess is quick to turn into horniness. Let's say he's out talking with Nanami while you sit next to him. His hands on your thigh, and your getting tired of him and Nanami speaking, so you pull his hand to touch lower. He's quick to start stuttering and getting all flushed in the face. He grips exactly where your hand puts him, tightly holding as you jump and hold his arm. Tease for tease, and you best believe when you get home, he'll have a he'll of a fun time with you.

•His relationship with Nanami has gotten in the way of your relationship before. You've had to tell him multiple times that he can't just blow everything off immediately when Nanami asks something of him. He's had to cancel multiple important date nights or other events simply because Nanami wanted to talk or have dinner with him. It's taken a couple fights for the both of you to come to an agreement on how much is too much, but the last thing he wants is for you to think he doesn't want to be with you, or that he cares for one over the other.

Jack's love to his darling is such that he'd go to great lengths to keep you close and under his control. He'd stalk, isolate and even kill anyone who stands in his way. His darling is his everything, his reason for existing, and he'd do anything to protect you.

He'll showers you with love and affection, just like the last yandere. He will do anything to make you happy and fulfilled, oh he's so proud of his darling! He'll be more attentive to your needs, spoil you with gifts and attention, and make sure you feel safe and protected in his presence. Now you understand why he's doing all of this for you!

He's not surprised if you disobey him, Jack shows no remorse and use violence and intimidation to keep you in line. To let you know who's the one being in charge here, don't even think about trying to escape from his presence again. You'll never see the outside world again if you did.

There's a gentleness and sensitivity to him, which makes him complicated. Unlike other Yanderes, who are often motivated by fear or hatred, he seems driven more by love, and is capable of displaying affection, tenderness, and even compassion towards his darling. He actually loves it more when you're comfortable with him.

So when you obey him, he showers you with love, and will do anything in his power to keep it that way. Playing his violin for you (not in a hurtful way—), singing to you, and even composing new pieces to express his love.

If your obedience was just an act in order to keep him blind just for you to escape or seems to be distancing, he can become overbearing and controlling. He'll get frustrated on why you had to do that for, he have given you all, was he not enough? He'll be more strict and give you the cold shoulder.

And if you still continue? He does not hesitate to use his terrifying melody on you. He'll continue to play as your ears are bleeding, throwing up, crying hysterically, having the biggest migraines known to man until you apologize to him and promised to not do it again. It's not common for you to obey him, so when the time you suddenly obey him or satisfy his every desire.. He was skeptical, as if it was a trap.. Or a sign that you're giving up and giving yourself to him. Though he rewards you by giving his time and attention.. If you're patient enough and continue to be obedient, he'll be giving whatever you ask.

but when you go against him or betray his trust, he can become cold, cruel, violent. Not hesitating to use his powers to get rid of any obstacle that stands between him and his darling.

He'll be using your insecurities and your past against you as he punishes you by geing trapped in a picture, he'll use manipulation, guilt-tripping, and even stalking, to keep you under his control. To physical or emotional abuse as punishment.

We both know what he's gonna do to you in there. You'll come out with a couple bruises.. And will he help you? No, he's still disappointed of you trying to escape from his grasp.

I actually see her as some mother loving yandere, with so many people that have mistreated her. You manage to catch her in the eyes, usually she hates it but something to you made her want to take care of you, treat you like you need help and guidance from someone bigger.

Deep sense of love and loyalty towards you, whose behavior are often driven by her desire to keep her darling safe. She's not driven by hatred, but by a deep-seated fear of being alone and of losing the person she loves.

It'll take long for her to notice your sudden obedience towards her but once she got to it, she's so happy that you're listening to her! she showers you with more affection, and keep you obedient. Spoiling her beloved with expensive gifts, taking you out on lavish adventures, and using her charm and beauty to make you love her.

If you ever disobey her, she let's it slide twice or thrice.. But if it keeps going and using her kindness to your advantage. She'll be angry, she can't manage to hurt you as it hurts her more but she had no choice.. She's manipulative.

Fan Wujiu, on the other hand, is a fun-loving and playful individual. He's the type to use charm, wit, and humor to distract you from doing something ridiculous. He's also capable of using manipulation and gaslight to ensure that his darling remains loyal to him.

Once darling get so obedient, both of them might view the sudden obedience of you as a sign that they are finally getting through to you, and might feel a sense of satisfaction and relief as you're finally accepting them as a part of your life. Fan Wujiu would be more touchy while Xie Bi'an continue to whisper sweet nothings against your ear.

They have all the patience in the world no matter how many times that you disobey them, they understand that it's suffocating to have them by your side most of the time so they give you space..as long as you're still in their sight.

But once you try to escape or do much worse.. They see it as disloyalty, you have no choice but to accept them being next to you at all cost. Taking turns to keep an eye on you, keeping you under their umbrella.

Medalist ~early screening event report~

Just came back home from early screening of Medalist, episode 1.~! I've never read the manga and I know almost nothing about the plot 🙃

Part of my motivation to buy the ticket was to see full credits, haha... 😆😆Unfortunately, I saw no familiar names, although of course, I could only see it once, so I might have missed somebody... However, as it has been already announced, the skating was choreographed by Suzuki Akiko-san, and she also skated the choreography for motion capture. There was also Japanese Skating Federation in the credits, and TV Asahi participates in the production committee.

The event itself was very cute~ I got a ticket for the 'second skate' at Marunouchi Piccadilly. It was easy to get a ticket even earlier this week, but in the end, both 'skates' were fully sold out. What was quite amazing was that there were fans of literally all ages (except small kids, of course and it was quite late...). From high school students to ~70 old grandpas. Boys and girls, 50/50 (and I had a seat right next to a true Medalist otaku ((a guy in his 20s)), and that was quite funny and so wholesome, because the emotions were running sooo high...✨ and I was just so jealous, because yk... iceado😞).

First, the screening of the first episode! And as somebody, for whom it was the first meeting with Medalist, it definitely made me want to watch the whole thing, and it was a shame they only showed one, because I wanted to see mooore! 😆 The characters designs are, imo, very pretty (we saw Tsukasa-sensei as competitive ice dancer in episode 1. in flashbacks, and he reminded me a bit of blond Yuuri ((the hairstyle and eyebrows!)) but that's my bias 😂)

I remember seeing people (in Jp) lamenting on twitter that it's a small studio and the animation will be shit. The anime uses a lot of CGI, for sure, but imo, for the skating parts, it's definitively better than bad sakuga, or trying everything to avoid showing too much of movement. The backgrounds etc. looked very sterile because of it, though. (I personally understood very well, why YoI's director, Yamamoto Sayo, wanted to have everything hand-drawn, even though she was overworking her staff because of it, and still, eventually they had to use CGI, anyway. The imperfect, hand-drawn animation will certainly always have more soul in it.) That they used even more CGI for all those shojo manga-like sparklings on top of that, though... I understand that this is a part of the convention, but for me, that was the part that I thought didn't look that good.

Hitomi-san became my favorite character. So pretty and cute (and I want to know her backstory~~~)! Inori-chan is cute, too, but the first episode was mainly from Tsukasa-sensei perspective (I don't know if that's also how it is in the manga), so she didn't seem that fleshed out as a character, and to me, she seemed more like 'a child' category of character, than true protagonist. I'm curious to see, how she will develop. Her VA, Haruse Natsumi-san has a really beautiful voice. The first episode starts with Tsukasa coming to the rink for his job interview and ends just after Inori-chan becomes Tsukasa's student. So basically, the whole story of how Inori-chan started skating, but Tsukasa-sensei feels more like he's going to be the protagonist.

Next, the talk after the show! The MC was TV Asahi's announcer. The VAs (Inori-chan, Tsukasa-sensei, Hikaru-chan and Yodaka-san) entered and then the usual greetings. Then they each talked a bit about their own character, but naturally, they didn't reveal much, just basic info. They mainly talked about Tsukasa-sensei's perspective this time and eg. which scene is his VA, Otsuka-san's fave in episode 1. He answered that it was the scene, in which Tsukasa-sensei thinks that Inori-chan seems suspicious and then he runs after her when she runs away from the rink. They also mentioned, about episode 1. that figure skating, all of the basics, is very well-explained, so it's easy to follow even for people, who don't know anything about figure skating. Here, imo, the use of CGI was also an advantage, because the movements were very clear and precise, when they explained the the technique of how eg. a figure skater uses the inside/outside edge. After that Hikaru-chan and Yodaka-san also got an introduction by their VAs, but because they didn't appear in the first episode, scenes from episodes 2. were shown. For Yodaka-san, they showed a scene, in which he doesn't even talk, just smokes and looks all mysterious and cool, and everybody laughed at that. Then Uchida-san, his VA, laughed as well, and said that even though he has never smoked a cigarette in his life, he needed to go to the studio for recording, and his job in the first few episodes was only to pretend to smoke and nothing else. He also said that to him, his name, 'Jun' which means 'pure', is important part of the character. Then more characters were shown (including newly revealed ones and all are on twitter now), and the cast talked a bit, who they want to pay close attention to. They mainly talked about Sekoma-san (whose name was revealed to be 'Mamoru', which also means 'to protect') and Sonidori Junichiro, but again, they didn't reveal anything.

Then it was time for VA fanservice - the question corner and the question was 'what can you get a gold medal for?' Haruse-san: Can tell apart all 7 kinds of figure skating jumps, even just by what kind of approach the skater takes for the jump. Otsuka-san: Sleeping on the floor. Ichinose-san: Talking with her cat (that was super cute, she was describing what kind of conversations they have - apparently cats think that they speak human language). Uchida-san: Going to sleep very early, even at 7pm to wake up early and play games.

Then they talked about the future events, skating-related and special stage before the anime starts, and radio show etc. (all info also on twitter now) (as a YoI fan, massively jealous 😭😂)

And that's mainly it, it was about 1h? long event!

The cat that Amity is holding is named Samako and he is acting as hall monitor. He is a Tuxedo cat and he wears a special collar that allows him to communicate with the people in the kindergarten ( This collar was made for him by Principal ). He is 4 years old ( 32 years old in human years ). This is just the first hall monitor, the second hall monitor is a rather large Samoyed dog named Yuki. I just added her recently so she is not fully drawn yet ( I have not written information for these two characters yet )

You see a talking cat in the kindergarten, that is enough to understand, right?

surprising as it may be, daryl is actually not my favorite twd character. i love the idea of dad!daryl and i think he's an interesting character, but i love for him has begun to fade unfortunately 😞 don't hate me but i don't really like norman reedus like.... as a person. and daryl's behavior in his spinoff was off-putting to me too. don't crucify me for this please

anyway, here are my twd top five characters (in no particular order because ordering them requires to much decision-making that i am incapable of):

- lydia!! i absolutely love lydia and have since my first watch. i think she's such an interesting character, i relate to her in certain ways, and cassady mcclincy's portrayal of her was flawless.

- connie!!!! connie somehow manages to be one of the most badass individuals in the history of time while also remaining a total sweetie pie. i love her more than anyone could ever understand. i wish donnie happened so badly

- judith!! judith is so sweet and i think she carried on the grimes legacy well. she's the perfect mix of michonne and rick, and she has so much heart, and i think she's the coolest

- beth! beth is so real. i love her line to the lady at the hospital (can't remember her name right now) when she very firmly said, "i am strong." she's very realistic and a lot more wise and tough than people think she is.

- daryl! switch up: it's a man this time. despite everything i said before, i still love daryl as a character. he reminds of that video of a bear breaking into someone's home and the lady scolds it like it's a child, and it actually listens to her and shuts the door. i don't know if that's too specific but some of you might know what i mean

But it's VERY likely he's responsible for the darkworlds, and we know those heavily represent escapism—life is better down there! there's adventure, there's fun, food, friends, you can overcome challenges, your dreams can come true

But at the end of the day they're not real...

One of my favorite theories is that Gaster is using those dark worlds to analyze our behavior, he's purposely making connections to undertale to grab our attention

Undertale's world is designed to be a game, deltarune's world isn't BUT THE DARKWORLDS ARE

All the characters are forcefully placed in this "amazing digital world" where anything is virtually possible! Caine is constantly sending them on adventures, he's not real, but his purpose is to entertain the real humans in the circus... reminds you of something?? THE DARKNERS! THEIR WHOLE PURPOSE IS TO ENTERTAIN LIGHTNERS! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY... TO ENTERTAIN YOU!! THE PLAYER!!

It's mostly just the Caine parts that really remind me of Gaster making fun worlds for the player "If you love adventure, you're in luck!

Sachio - He is a husband material ( its canon) . Is a very good cook but will only cook for some people. Ex - yui ( sometimes) , his mom ( always )

Yuken- can do a decent job but won't because he is just always tired. ( another canon event 😐)

Can't but will try cooking and maybe later he can cook enough to survive.

Will try cooking and will probably do a decent job .better then kohaku .

Can bake but don't know shit about cooking.

ok SO I'll go character by character:

qiao ling: for favourite ice cream I'm generally thinking fruity/refreshing flavours, though more specifically (maybe because of one of her official arts i saw recently) strawberry! but she might also be picky with what makes Good strawberry ice cream and plays it safe if she's buying from a new place. probably vanilla, i feel like one can't really go wrong with vanilla.

as for drinks, i like the idea that QL and LG enjoy tea together. QL will shuffle over to the studio after hours and do a face mask and LG will prepare them tea (always non-caffinated, because QL says she's too sensitive to caffeine lately at night), and they'll drink it and enjoy each other's quiet company. LG probably reads while QL does some scrollingon her phone.

finally for cold drinks, we already know that boba runs are a common occurrence at the studio, but i bet QL also really loves trying out novel iced-drinks. I'm thinking caramel iced lattes, strawberry chai iced, green energy smoothie 3000, etc. drinks with really long, convoluted names, that are kind of a fad but that's ok!! let her have fun with her silly little drinks!!!

cheng xiaoshi: i think, contrastingly, CXS is a big fan of the ice cream flavours that can border on sickly sweet, depending on the place. he likes chocolate, and cookie dough, and those ice creams loaded with lots of other sweets inside them. mind you, i don't think he has ice cream like that regularly or he'd definitely get sick of it, but when the opportunity arises trust he'll be asking for all the extras and sprinkles.

for hot drinks—CXS likes coffee! i don't think he Always liked coffee, because it's such an acquired taste especially when you're younger. during uni he probably got into it in the quest to stay up and meet those damn deadlines lol. so he grew used to drinking it from there. he either: takes his coffee black but with quite a bit of sugar (which LG tuts at him for) or he has it milky.

his cold beverage of choice....he kind of gives me standard iced coffee + extra sugar + chews on the leftover ice cubes after lmaoo. he also does indulge QL when she drags him to a pop up shop to get a limited time Novel Iced Beverage.

lu guang: doesn't like ice cream 😞 if it's really hot he'll have ice lollies/popcicles and if you held him at gunpoint and told him he HAD to choose, he'd choose vanilla. however, he will sometimes have spoonfuls/a bite of CXS's ice cream. Occasionally. more often than he'd willingly admit. CXS always makes fun of him, saying, "you don't even like ice cream, so why are you suddenly so eager to have mine?" (he never stops him though)

hot beverage: i did go over this a little in QL's section hehe, but let me elaborate! i think LG prefers tea, but has a robust beverage routine, in which he'll have black coffee (no sugar. ok sometimes maybe a teaspoon. but only Sometime) with his breakfast. then in the evenings he'll have his tea (sometimes with QL). I like to think though he mostly has green tea, he really likes oulong. CXS pokes fun at how devoted LG is to this routine of his, and in turn LG will lecture him about how having caffeine after a certain hour is bad for him and really, he ought to be drinking more tea for its health benefits, etc, etc

cold beverage: because we know that LG doesn't like overly sweet things, but likes boba, i can't help but to think he enjoys most forms of iced tea. like he'll make himself homemade iced tea during the summer and have it all throughout the day!

Who are your FIVE favorite Bloodborne characters and also why? (Yes sorry there are three more to choose from besides Micolash and Laurence 😞)

Thank you for the ask!! This really made me think tbh

1. Micolash (to nobody’s surprise)

He was actually not the first bloodborne boss fight I ever saw, but his fight captivated me nonetheless. His design is just so COOL. I can’t get over it. I always saw him as a gigantic meme but then I got into the lore more and realized wow, this character has a lot to him! Medical malpractice, insanity, possible regret, you name it! I always thought his contrast against what I’d heard of Laurence was interesting too, and now that I’m deep in the trenches it just gets better haha.

2. Rom (okay this might be a bit surprising)

As much as I draw other characters, Rom is super close to my heart. Im not the sharpest crayon in the box(and never have been) so her character is very endearing to me: I see her as having been the sort of person who yearns to be useful. To be good at something. Everyone could reassure her that “you don’t have to be smart or talented, you’re kind!” But when you’re surrounded by the extraordinary, the bar of “decent person” just doesn’t cut it. I think she ascended in an attempt to fix this, to be “special” like her peers, and not the sometimes-funny airheaded woman she thinks they take her to be. Also, her design is just very cool x,D

3. Laurence

His character has a lot of sides, which is ironic since he is a dlc boss and has maybe 4 lines of dialogue total lmao. I think that he had good intentions that rotted under the weight of his leadership, and he’s definitely super fun to work with on his own even outside of other character dynamics. If he’s manipulative and bordering on cruel, why is he like that? If he’s sweet but just misguided, why didn’t he give up on the blood before it blew up in his face? Should we feel bad for him? Should we feel angry? There’s a lot to think about- he’s a fun character to both design and interpret!

4. Caryll

I love Caryll’s entire concept, and the Caryll-rune system is particularly interesting to me. I like how many sides there can be to this character! I’ve always been one to heavily reference lore, but not tie myself down to it, so I just like their general vibe and the possibilities of their placement in the story. I’m sure if I stuck to the lore religiously I’d actually like them a bit less, since to me, the mystery around them is a big part of the character! I like to imagine their relations with the others too :)

5. Edgar

This was really hard to pick between him and Damian tbh, I put them at about the same level. Edgar is very flexible as a character but he has solid lore points that can’t be easily ignored, which I really appreciate! His possible dynamic with Micolash is always super interesting and I love the juxtaposition of a very accountant-coded character lugging around Ludwig’s Holy Blade with the full intention to punt you into the moon. As for Damian, I just have a particular soft spot for characters that are “right-hands” to a leader, left to mourn or act in their absence. The coolheaded assistant type has always been appealing to me, and I like that both of them have a very short presence in game but the fandom has widely made them bigger players!
