Random idea but I wonder if Ray and Derek's parents ever thought of them dating each other, especially with how close they both are.
#myocs#I think eak never really considered it because to him it was really obvious that rayray thought of derek as a little brother#so honestly if they ended up dating it would've felt weird for him lol#red meanwhile was probably a bit curious about their relationship as they grew#he never said anything about it but he did wonder sometimes if those two were so close because of romance#especially since he's never really been a very friendly person- he doesn't really understand close friendships#so he expected them to get together at some point#gold didn't really give it much thought tbh. he tends to take things at face value#if zephyr says they're only friends then that's that. no reason to dig more unless he sees something that looks suspicious
