Perp's particular brand of Vast-related fear is based upon the feeling of insignificance in the face of a much larger being (i.e. feeling "small"), and the fear of heights portrayed by the presence of looming, titan-like beings.

Her manifestations of the Vast are focused on making the victim themselves feel as small and meaningless as possible, usually by summoning a frame of reference of significance in the form of towering, hulking masses that resemble humans. Generally these manifestations will take place in stretching, desolate landscapes to isolate her victim, such as infinitely stretching fields surrounded by an endless blue sky, or arching cliff faces that drop into a murky, bottomless abyss.
