Spending money on personal hygiene products and realizing that being clean is a TASK is how you know you have grown up.
#I say thi because I always used whatever shampoo my parents got and whatever soap and whatever toothpaste#but now I’m a little picky and buy my own and I’m sorry: it’s exhausting#I spent $40 on shampoo/conditioner. a mouthwash. a toothbrush (needed a new one). pads and cotton balls.#i didn’t even buy soap and it was freaking $40!!!#if I add my color hair mask? 💀#if I add my deodorant?#IF I ADD MY SKINCARE#appreciate people who smell clean#I don’t even mean people who smell like perfume#just people who don’t stink#being clean in this economy is harddddd
