#my initial thought about this centers around medical stuff esp in America#I ruthlessly advocate for myself wherever I can with my medical situation. because I deserve that and I deserve to be treated right#it is incredible how many providers/doctors treat you like shit and get away with it#and/or lie#in a medical climate like that it’s absolutely necessary for me to be my own biggest advocate#and it’s necessary for you too!!#trust me I know it can be really hard. it’s not an easy thing to do by any means#but it’s worth it. you need to be your own biggest supporter sometimes#like in my situation I sometimes feel like a burden for voicing that I need help with something#when in reality that isn’t true at all
