Some people may disagree with me for this but I actually really like the way Garp was done in the live action. Like he’s doing everything in his power in order to keep Luffy from getting to the Grand Line and thus becoming a wanted pirate.

He goes on a wild goose chase to test Luffy and his strength, because he knows what’ll happen if Luffy isn’t strong enough.

Idk it may be silly but if the LA ever gets to Marineford it’ll explain exactly why Garp was acting the way he was cough Ace cough.

Thinking about Grian switching between his "work" skin and "fishing" skin. Cause he has magnificent facial hair on his fishing skin and none on his work skin.

So either... Grian has fake facial hair he wears just for fishing, OR the much funnier option, he shaves for his job at the Permit Office, and then when he leaves, concentrates really hard and it grows back immediatly. He learned this skill from Mumbo.
