‖ ♥︎ 》 Since you mentioned Ashura by name, I'll start with her -- I'd only name a generic after her if they brought back Sages (D5) or Necromancers (D4 DLC, also likely to never happen). Literally none of the other classes suit her.

Rin would be a Magic Knight (D5)

Apollo would be a Ninja (D5)
