it had been a long, tense few days for both of you. paige was away for a game, and you, feeling the weight of pregnancy’s final stretch, were stuck at home, your body aching more and more as each hour passed. your due date was fast approaching, and every minute you felt like this could be the moment when your water would break, when the baby would finally make their grand entrance. you had never felt so much anticipation, but you had also never felt so alone in the waiting.

paige, on the other hand, had her game to focus on. she was playing her heart out, doing what she does best—putting on a show, leading her team, and pushing through any pain of her own to make sure her team came out victorious. you knew how much this game meant to her, how much her role on the court had become a part of her identity, and you were proud of her. but that didn’t make the ache of her absence any easier. you are in constant fear that the baby will come sooner than paige can get back to you.

when you checked your phone, there was a message from paige that made your heart skip a beat.

“hey babe, i miss you. how’s everything? can’t wait to see you soon 💙”

you smiled at the message, clutching your phone to your chest. she was on your mind every second of the day, and you could only imagine how hard it was for her to be so far away, knowing that you were on the verge of giving birth to her child.

just as you were about to respond, you saw a notification that made your heart flutter—a notification for the post-game interview. paige had just helped her team win, and now she was standing in front of the cameras, looking stunning, as usual. but what really caught your attention was the question they asked her.

“so, paige, your wife is pregnant and due any day now. do you have any updates? is she still holding up okay?”

paige smiled into the camera, her eyes sparkling despite the exhaustion from the game. and then, in a moment of pure humor and relief from the tension she was feeling, she did something you never expected.

“hold it in,” paige said with a wink, a playful smirk tugging at the corners of her lips. “just a few more days, alright?”

the reporters laughed, some of them clearly taken aback by her humour, but everyone could see the love in her eyes. she was still thinking of you, despite everything, and that small gesture made your heart swell. paige always knew how to make you laugh, how to ease the tension, even when it felt like everything was about to fall apart.

you laughed softly, knowing exactly what she meant. it wasn’t just about the baby holding out a little longer; it was about the balance she found between everything she had to juggle—the game, her career, and the life you two were building together.

as soon as the interview ended, you texted her back,

“trying my best p, but you need to get your ass back here”

a few moments passed, and then your phone buzzed. paige’s response came through immediately, her tone light but full of that familiar warmth you always cherished.

“ i’ll be there as fast as i can. i need to be there for you, baby. just a little longer, okay?”

you smiled, the anxiety of the moment easing, knowing that paige was thinking of you, even in the midst of a victory. it wasn’t just the game that made her perfect for you—it was moments like this, when she made you feel like everything would be okay, even when things were uncertain.

just a little longer, you thought, glancing down at your belly. and with paige’s words echoing in your mind, you settled into bed that night, feeling the soft kicks of the baby inside you, knowing that soon, everything would change, and you’d finally be able to welcome your little one into the world.

yeah they totally have a statue of him! they’re doing a jjk exhibit in general. and at the train station they have cutouts of the characters, they might be to size too? ‘m not sure about the height or anything but i do know that they’re there. there’s also a haikyuu store that shows the players hand prints and you can put your hands flat against the displays to see the difference 🥺🥺🥺

going to japan in general is such a bucket list for me, there’s so much i wanna try but i’d love to go when the cherry blossoms are in season!

(Ep 13 Spoilers)

First of all - WHAT THE F*CK?¿¿¿¿,,¿¿?!?!?!? I CAN'T BELIEVE I AM CRYING AGAIN THIS DRAMA IS REALLY WRECKING MY SOUL oh my god I can't even think coherently because the whole ending sequence is still stuck in my head - the whole parallel to the ending of ep 6 with JH taking that bullet for SR and now?????? ;____; I am an emotional mess but I still need to point out my fav moments from this episode:

1) Soldier gang going shopping with Seri's card lmao the ripped jeans scene was hilarious and baby Eundong being excited over the hat and the school uniform bc we have forgotten that he is after all still a kid :')

2) Seri's mom finally!!! That line about how no mother would want their daughter to suffer bc of their son is 100% and I'm glad she took a step forward in protecting Seri. FINALLY.

3) Seo Dan's mom is always a delight to watch haha where does she even learn all her random English pls I love her so much and her brother telling her the so called good news only to end up with him getting hit by her LMAAAOOO

4) The couple rings please what the fck who allowed them to be this cute and cheesy this episode had so many soft moments between them, the entire skipping work scene to just create more memories was super super super soft, never would I have imagined squealing so much over them intertwining their fingers tgt in the cinema hall

5) When Seri got super flustered bc her secretary was exposing all her Ex-es in front of JH hahahahahah and her asking if he was jealous

6) When JH told Seri he remembers the woman from the bridge bc she is his type and Seri got jealous initially until she realised he was talking about her T__T I really love this fate!trope ok???

7) Man Bok saying he wants to fight back this time is everything. I was so scared he would get hurt so thankfully he didnt!

8) CHOI JI WOO'S CAMEO HAHAHAHA I KNEW IT WAS COMING BUT I STILL YELLED SO HARD WHEN SHE APPEARED PLSSSS JUMEOK GOT TO LIVE HIS DREAM THAT IS WHAT MY BABY BOY DESERVES!!!!!!111

9) The whole soccer scene with Korea vs Japan was so touching though? It shows that it matters not whether they are from the North or the South but they are still United no matter what. So so important!

10) When the whole gang stepped out of the car in those full on suit and coat broooo I got a Goblin flashback akdkakaaksk they're so precious

11) Man Bok taking the gun and shooting CG was truly chefs kiss. After all the years of torment CG put him through :')

12) .... that scene. THAT scene. THAT ending. And then THAT epilogue with the boys promising to protect Seri and then when they rushed out...and they saw...and then they started sobbing...

13) "I still have more to say. I love you, Seri." FOR SO MANY EPISODES WE ONLY HAD SERI TELLING JH SHE LOVES HIM AND THAT HE DIDN'T AND THEN THIS HAPPENED THE WRITERS REALLY WANNA K I L L US ALL HUH

Kpop Hell: Fangirl

So I kinda wanted to start ranting about how I like certain groups and I felt like talking about being a fan and how dumb it can get is where I wanna start. this post isnt a;ll that positive but I am working on the upside portion I PROMISE! I plan to eventually make a kpop hell Youtube series but for now enjoy the posts! I wrote this on my wordpress but figured I could share it with Tumblr land! Without further a do Here it is!

Now that we got this out of the way lets talk about ALL the problems that come with being a fangirl. Its hard especially being an international fan. I have a list that I will be going through and I will try to keep them short but I am not sure that this is possible....

Subtitles: Looking for subtitles on your favorite's variety show appearances, music videos and even articles on them. It really sucks when your looking for subs one just ONE episode that you need to see to get to the next episode THAT IS ALREADY SUBTITLED. Like, why are you doin this? WHY.

Checking to see if your bias knows english: I feel like this goes along with Subtitles. If you are like me and are that extra you will attempt a Youtube search to find out if they speak English or at least understand it. Sometimes you check to see if ANYONE in your favorite group speaks English. Believe me I have done this SOOOO many times.

Lost in Translation:  Now when I say this I mean that translations can sometimes be take to literal or even just plain wrong which causes confusion. This confusion can cause some fans to take personal offense and then end up hating the group / person. It's also frustration looking at articles and wishing you knew Korean. I guess that means I need to stop being so lazy and get to it. To go along with this I do include websites that give misinformation with out fact checking because they just got the one articles that came out THAT COULD BE JUST A RUMOR. this happens ALL the time and I don't wanna name names but I just sometimes cannot trust them.....

Fandom Culture: Now this one section is gonna be long. One thing that really urks me is the whole Label loyalty. Some fans get so blind that they say this company is bad or this one because their bias is getting alot of attention. Its starting to get better  though so  at least that is saying something. Fanwars is another thing that bothers me. If you stan two groups or 3 or how many ever then people say you aren't a true fan sometimes. That and when music awards happen..... and they are in the same category like.... like cant they all win?  Another thing is your bias not getting too much or too little screen time. Now the too much time part must have some of you throw off right? Like you WANT your bias to be recognized for all his hard work right? But what about everyone else? they all need to have some screen time. If one is only getting time eventually their label will split them up and have your bias solo. A lot of hard work goes into those albums that everyone did. You see where I am getting at? Too little screen time and people don't give them the time of day. Then when your Bias dates someone I've seen so many fan girls/boys Bully their s/o and sometimes even drop their bias because they no longer can fantasize about being with them. Like don't get me wrong when Rain got married I shed a tear but I am glad he is happy now. Everyone deserves to be happy you know what I'm sayin?

Ok Lets get away from the ugly of Fandom for a moment and get back to the other stuff. I could legit do a whole post on fan culture......

Merchandise: They release full albums, mini albums, season greetings, concert cds and concert dvds all the time. Then they got posters of all the members and if your like me you end up loving ALL the members of the groups your stanning so that's extra money. Then they have actual concerts that are expensive af(like can someone please start me a go fund me??????? I owe a lot of money for ONE concert ticket but its BTS so is ok yall) and THEN they sell merch  there. Am I gonna spend 20-40 USD dollars on a legit signed photo card of Jung Yunho? Yes. Yes I am. DO YOU KNOW WHY? I am not able to see him. I don't know if I will ever meet him let alone get something signed from him. Then that is just some of the official stuff. Think about this.... to get some sweet sweet cell phone cases that aren't the latest iphone you gotta search and then make some negotiations..... You see what I am getting at? It's EXPENSIVE AF.

Stanning a Problematic Bias: If you are anything like me you have at least one fav that has been in a scandal( I am looking at you kpop rappers/ Khh rappers). No one will ever let it go no matter how much they apologize. No amount of donations and to show they changed will ever be enough. Then people constantly question why you support them. Its -___- annoying.

Let them live : Being a fan girl doesn't give you a magical pass to stalk them. Their are levels that I am guilty of doing but nothing extreme. So lets get to it shall we? Level 1: Waiting for them to get to a signing, airport or a concert venue. This is pretty harmless as long as your not pushy my dudes. Level 2: Waiting for them at their hotel. Now it;s kinda pushing it but hey at least your not chasing them around? Get your pic or what have you(mind you no pushing friends) and we good(I'm guilty of this -_-). Level 4: Ok, now ere getting to the bad parts. Following them around in our car, stalking them from where ever they are going when they are in public. Not cool at all and you are definitly being pushy. Ya need to stop. Level 5: Complete stalking. Now when I say complete stalking I mean like you know where they live, fav place for coffee, their work schedule, who is coming and going from their place and even their private number. You guys this is considered being a Sasaeng. Being apart of Cassiopeia has opened my eyes to alot of that and I have NO respect for that. You put them in danger, invade their already zero privacy and disrespect them. Like..... girls have broken into TVXQ's dorm when they were five and took pictures of Jaejoong sleeping. Like do you know how many levels of wrong this is? Idols have to change their numbers all the time too. So just do not friends.

soooo brizzy posted this ‘26 UNSOLVED Harry Potter Questions! ft Tessa Netting’ video to her channel and i felt like i had to answer some of these questions lmao so here goes:

1. what power do boggarts have? i’m not sure how it goes in the books because it’s been a while since i’ve read prisoner of azkaban but in the movie, lupin said that as the dementor is in fact a boggart, it can do no real harm, but it did make harry faint. i’m not sure how it’d be for snakes/spiders/other venomous things though. maybe it can just bite you but without the venom?? anyway good question! 2. why can’t harry see thestrals after he kills quirrell with his bare hands/why doesn’t he see them in his first year since he saw his mother die? for me the movies are not canon so i’ll just take the answer from the books, in which he fainted, simple as that. for his mother; i believe jo once said you have to acknowledge the death and accept it, and baby harry was too young to register what was happening, so even though he probably saw it happen, he was too young to realise what was going on. he also didn’t see the thestrals at the end of his fourth year, even though he saw cedric die, because he was still very traumatised and didn’t accept cedric was actually dead. 3. what rights do muggle parents have? I DON’T KNOW AND I WANNA KNOW AS WELL! i also always wondered how the dursley’s sent harry’s christmas ‘gifts’ to hogwart?? like, did they use an owl?? anyway i suppose for the diagon alley thing, i think it was once stated that muggleborns are accompanied by a witch or wizard to buy all their school supplies also when brizzy talks about marrying a muggle.. hmmmm i don’t know?? imagine if you’re a person that has a lot of flings that only last for a few weeks or a couple of months, you can’t possibly tell every partner that you’re magic? lol. i suppose for families it’s different, since dudley also knew about harry. also can wizarding law prosecute muggles for talking about witches/wizards?? 4. the eleven thing most people start showing their first magical signs at the age of 5, but i think british children go to secondary school at the age of 11 so i guess hogwarts ‘chose’ that age so it tallies with muggleborns or wizards who chose to go to muggle elementary school. also maybe you’re magical skills are fully ‘grown’(??) at the age of 11? 5. to what extent do muggle governments know about the wizarding world? i genuinely think it’s just the muggle prime minister who knows about it, and if anything happens in the magical world that muggles need to be concerned of, they just bring it out without full details (like when sirius black was on the muggle news but they didn’t tell which prison he escaped from) 6. the magical government in general i think it’s just people who are important in the ministry of magic who can say ‘we want them as our new minister of magic’ and they ask that person and when they refuse (like dumbledore) they ask the second idk. good question hmmm 7. peter pettigrew i know in the movies they show peter pettigrew on the map, but as i said before, i don’t consider the movies to be canon, since harry also performed magic at his house during the summer holidays in prisoner of azkaban. so, there’s this theory that says you can’t see animagi on the map unless you know they are animagi. for instance, lupin saw peter pettigrew on the map, but harry didn’t, and neither did the twins. besides that, gryffindor tower is a TOWER. at night, all the name labels would be on top of each other, so you couldn’t possibly make out all the individual names. and i imagine the twins not knowing the name, so even if they did see it appear once in a while, they maybe just didn’t pay any attention to it. also i don’t think they used the map a lot when ron came to school, because they already knew it by heart :P 8. transfiguration the only thing i can say here is: ANIMAL ABUSE. but i think to the animal it’d be like sleeping; you’re not aware it happened, so you just wake up and suddenly maybe 10 years have passed, like tessa said :’). i’m also with brizzy that when the spell didn’t work properly is because scabbers was actually pettigrew. but also; i can’t exactly remember how this scene happened in the books :) :) what i always wondered though; in the first book mcgonagall transfigures her desk into a pig and back; what about the pig’s soul/connsciousness? does it have a baby mind, is it immediately an adult? does it even have a soul?? hmmmmm???? 9. what do wizard kids do before they get their hogwarts letter i’m not sure this was stated in the books or in an interview, but i read somewhere that a lot of wizard kids go to muggle school or are homeschooled. but i feel like a lot of wizarding children would be illiterate since it’s not obligatory ?? so the system sucks a bit, like a lot of wizarding systems do lol 10. timeturners LET’S NOT EVEN START ON TIME-TURNERS LMAO (possible cursed child spoilers here!!) on pottermore it is said that it is too dangerous to use a time-turner for more than 5 hours at once, so you couldn’t use them for all situations. it is also extremely hard to get one, because you need all these forms and blah blah, like when hermione needed one for her lessons she had to show her grades and all that, so i suppose you couldn’t just say “hey let’s kill voldemort using a time-turner” idk. also good thing they were all destroyed in order of the phoenix because I HATED THEM and then they brought them back in cursed child URGHGHGH. also i probably watched too much doctor who but if time travel isn’t done right it makes me angry, like when brizzy said; they heard the axe but it happened to be a pumpkin so wtf?? if they hadn’t used the time turner it would have suddenly been buckbeak’s head?? idk thinking about it stresses me out because it CREATES A FRIGGIN PARADOX !!!!!!! imagine you go back in time to kill voldemort, but when you are on the scene he gets killed so you don’t have to go back in time IT’S A FRIGGIN PARADOX MAKE IT STOP 11. the department of mysteries I NEED ANSWERS AS WELL I NEED A SEVEN PART BOOK SERIES ON THE DEPARTMENT OF MYSTERIES.
