Also Yuki has grown as a character ever since he joined Mankai, because he has a whole group of people who accept and love him for who he is. People who support his dreams and will always be there to help him when he needs it.

In the first play for the Summer Troupe he was confronted by his bullies while handing out fliers with Muku (pink guy). Instead of cowering away or freezing up like I thought he would, he instead stood his ground and turned the situation around so his bullies would end up watching the play, and later apologizing for what they did to him. But of course that isn’t the end of that interaction, Muku saw that and told Yuki that he was strong and that he admired him for that. Yuki pulled Muku in an alleyway and hugged him, crying as he leaned his head on the others shoulder. Muku comforted Yuki as he finally let his walls break down. In a world with people who wanted him to stop being him, he had to put up this act that it didn’t bother him, but he finally was able to let his walls down and let out the pain he felt.

Yuki is strong, but was finally given a chance to cry and be comforted by someone who accepts him (other than his family who I assume also supports him.)

In this photo below you can see the pure joy in their faces. This group has gone through so much together in the short time they���ve been together, and they still have many more obstacles to face, but will always have each other’s backs.

During the second play of the Summer Troupe Yuki had trouble allowing other people to help him. He was so used to having to help himself and only relying on himself, because none of his peers supported his passions. Instead they made fun of him for liking ‘cute and girly things’. However, Kazunari (dude on the right) did his best to try and show Yuki that the Summer Troupe and him will always have his back. It was especially nice since Kazu was the second lead and also playing a character who was like the ‘Big Brother’ for Yuki’s character. Both in the play and real life Kazu was doing his best to show Yuki that he is not longer alone. This worked out in the end because during the Summer Troupe’s pirate play Yuki had trouble figuring out what his costume would look like, and instead of suffering silence he enlisted the help of his troupe members.

Also look how happy they are!

Another precious moment was the Night Walk. This one especially hit hard imo. During the Night Walk Yuki and Banri (pen in pocket dude) have a heart to heart, talking about their future because it weighed heavily in Yuki’s mind. Yuki was so focused in his future, he had everything planned out, but was also nervous about this. Banri, a former delinquent and burnt out kid, helped him get past this because he understood why Yuki was so nervous. Pre-Mankai Banri had no passion, he got into fights for the adrenaline and everything came easily to him, but acting meant having to constantly improve. Banri found something that made him happy, and it also led him to people who wanted to grow and would also always have his back. Before he didn’t know what future he wanted, but then decided he would go to an art college, the same one as Kazu, and major in acting. Pre-Mankai Yuki had a passion. He knew and did what he loved, but because his peers sneered at him for doing those things he was never fully able to allow himself into fully enjoying it. Before he didn’t have people who supported him, but now he does! He has people who will cheer him on and help him achieve his dreams, and feeling like he is finally allowed to indulge in his passions after being sneered at for so long because of them, is kind of overwhelming. Luckily, Banri reminded him that he’s still a kid and has a lot of time to decide what he wants to do.

ALSO LOOK HOW HAPPY THEY ARE! SOMEONE WHO FINALY FOUND THEIR PASSION SUPPORTING SOMEONE WHO IS FINALY ABLE TO INDULGE IN THEIR PASSION IS GREAT!

Yuki also has moments where he supports his fellow actors/troupe mates/friends as well. In the left photo Tenma (orange hair) is having some troubles, which Yuki helps him snap out of and stuff. I don’t really remember the specifics but I do remember it being sweet. In the photo on the right Kumon (crying purple hair) had trouble with his anxiety and self deprecating guilt which his troupe members, and older brother.

ALSO LOOK HOW HAPPY THEY ARE! YUKI AND FRIENDS SUPPORTING EACH OTHER!

I forgot to mention that Yuki and Tenma have this cat and cat relationship where they’re always arguing and butting heads with each other, but in the end they care for each other a lot. They both just have a hard time expressing how they feel, but when they do it’s very sweet and wholesome.

And my last notable moment (because I have no context for the others) is the Second Halloween Event! In the photo below Yuki and Azami (the one without green hair) are happily enjoying themselves and eating their hard earned candy. For that event those two were paired up with each other, Yuki being a witch and Azami being the black cat. Through this event they both work through their past grievances,  and allow themselves to enjoy the event. Yuki, despite his love for costume making and dressing up, never really participated in Halloween. Something, I’m pretty sure the nasty comments he got from his haters, was holding him back from taking part in a holiday that would otherwise be a dream for him. Azami is the designated make up artist for Mankai, but before joining he wasn’t allowed to indulge in this passion, like Yuki, because his father didn’t support him. But ever since joining Mankai he was allowed to take part in this passion of his more freely, and also gain a group of people who will also have his back. This Halloween event is when he’s finally able to express himself, and he’s doing it with Yuki. I forgot where I’m going with this but people who originally couldn’t express their passion freely and finally being able to after at least a year supporting people who just recently started expressing themselves freely js great

YUKI!!!! My number one beloved oshi forever and ever is Yuki <33333!

In the beginning I really didn’t like him, I thought he was rude and way too mean to everyone, esp Tenma.

Then I listened to his character song, Minority, and man it’s so good. I love how the song starts, the piano starting it off strong and filling me with feelings of nostalgia and melancholy. And to me it sounds simple, but when I looked at the music sheet it looked really complicated but then again it’s cause I hate reading music notes to play. And the climax is the best part of the song AND MAN ITS JUST SO GOOD!

Now the lyrics, those are what made me stay. Cause while I do love Minority, Gamers High and all autumn troupe songs are just more my “type”. The lyrics are full of so much soul and character, it perfectly tells the listener who Yuki is and what he’s struggling with. OH AND THE IMAGERY IS AMAZING! Omg and my favorite part is when he talks about how he just wants to find a place where he can love what he loves and be himself, and man that was just relatable.

After that I started to warm up to him, and was in denial for a bit, but after doing this character sorter thing to see my faves in order Yuki of course came on top. Other than that he’s just so gosh darn cute, and I want to have at least half his fashion sense.

Hello.

I want you to listen. Don’t scroll away because of the buzz word ‘Lando’.

Listen.

This has gone beyond hate for Lando. This about all the drivers.

This is about treating drivers respectfully. This is about your parasocial relationships with the drivers. This is about you reading into everything they say.

This is about the F1 media taking clips out of context because they don’t want a race they want a drama.

This is about you taking those clips and not bothering to find the original source, and taking it to fuel a hatred for someone you don’t know.

This is about you hating on a new driver because you miss the old one.

This is about you sending hate to fans of a driver you don’t like.

When I dislike something I scroll- I ignore, because it’s not worth my time. Why should I let the social media algorithm think I like the video because I watch it? I block a person I dislike. I don’t go onto their account and spend time out of my life to comment.

But unfortunately the amount of hate I’m seeing it’s getting hard to ignore it.

Haters and fans. Opposite end of the spectrum, still on the same spectrum.

You’re still thinking about the guy you supposedly hate. You talk about him under other driver related posts, you make it your entire personality.

You make it toxic.

The difference in drivers is what makes the sport fun. I’m friends with people who have other favourite drivers. What we do is we talk about the race. We talk about how their driver did really well and what mine could’ve done better. We have fun.

Because it’s the sport that bonds us.

I don’t send death threats to them. People have become so obsessed with other peoples lives and it shows.

A driver can’t say he feels lonely without getting jumped on for it. A driver gets asked his opinion after a high adrenaline race, one he feels he didn’t do well and he sounds a little bitter. Of course he’s going to. Yet you read into it.

He celebrates and you read into it.

And then dislike them when they decide not to do anything anymore.

You criticise them for the mistakes they’ve already owned up to and refuse to even acknowledge the good they’ve achieved.

New fans get scared to join because they worry everyone will hate them. Which kills the sport in turn.

Lando. Max. Every single driver on the grid do not know you. And you do not know them. You know of them. You do not know them.

You do not know what they do or who they are the moment they’re away from the cameras.

You do not need to like a driver. Nor do you need to dislike them. I don’t dislike drivers, I just have drivers I favour a bit more than others. Because why would I hate them?

I dislike some of the things they do- during the race. Of course. I’m bitter after a race doesn’t go well. I’m a fan of the sport.

But that’s as far as it goes.

I do not care for their personal life as it’s theirs, nor do I care for what minuscule thing they’ve done.

If you don’t feel called out, then good- I’m not talking about you. You’re the good ones. If you are feeling ‘attacked’ then perhaps it’s time to rethink what you want to spend limited time, that is your life, on.

We only have so many minutes in our lives to actually live. So live it. Don’t spend it on hating on others.

YUKI!!!!!

Ok so Yuki is part of a game called Act! addict! Actor, also known as A3!, and he shows up in the first chapter in Act 1. He later joins the reborn Summer Troupe after being scouted by Izumi and works as their costume maker/designer and a actor.

The images seen below are the lyrics to his first character song MINORITY.

From this we can see and understand the effects of the scorn and taunting he received from his peers growing up. All Yuki wanted to dress up in his adorable clothes because it’s simply what he likes. He even has a genuine love for fashion, but peers were less understanding of this and bullied him. Growing tired of this seemingly endless cycle of hate his desire to be accepted for who he is grew with it. Luckily after joining MANKAI company he not only found people who accepted him, but also people who will always have his back and support him. He found people who understand his what it means to be passionate about something, and even though it doesn’t show it, he’s truly so much happier.

The images below are the lyrics to his second character song, Tailor Tailor, and it further emphasizes my point of him being happier.

Something to not that you can’t hear unless you search up the song yourself is that the tone of this song is obviously a lot more happier and upbeat compared to the melancholy yearning tone of the last song. In this song it goes further into his role as the company’s costume designer because it’s his main passion. To those who haven’t played the game the seemingly random names and costume ideas that show up are actually references to actual characters and costumes he made in past plays. This displays his joy and the pride he felt while making the costumes, and his alluding to other characters shows the strength of his relationship with other characters. They are just more than actors who wear the costumes he makes, but they’re his friends and family who support and appreciate him. Other than that it also shows his respect for his fellow actors, because of this tone of familiarity and teasing voice. He also proudly declares that he can make any one of them into lead actors, that he can make them shine even more than they already do. As I said before this emphasizes just how much pride he has for his craft.

All in all vote for Yuki Rurikawa he’s great! I love him, he changed my life. VOTE FOR YUKI!!!
