I’m grabbin eshka and bellara in a loving embrace I lovbe them so much ;—;
#I love the whole of them. bonding rather than being hostile w city elf v dalish elf#I do wonder how much bellara doesn’t have that much of the sentiment growing up in Arlathan which is so close to Tevinter#so escaped elven slaves possibly joining her clan isn’t so unknown#regardless I’m vibing w the idea of them learning from each other#eshka’s interest in the elven gods in like#an all encompassing way: historically + religiously + how she feels at present day#and eshka isn’t all that upset about bellara including eshka in reference to our gods#calling them gods rather than powerful mages is more upsetting to her#but regardless it’s still. part of her in some respects#I can’t think of the word to describe it best beyond historic cultural identity#which doesn’t feel correct but it’s also. 6am lol#but w eshka being Andrastian and the questions Harding brings up it’s like. bellara and eshka both having questions to ponder#and I think for Eshka it boils down to that it doesn’t matter if the maker is real#she believes regardless. that acts of serendipity and fate and chance are in some ways nudged by the maker into existence#she’s kinda. kinda Leliana about it where she believes the maker is absent in many ways#but his love is so great that he cannot help but reach out#anyway that’s enough poking at fictional religion#oc: eshka#owen plays dragon age
