Retrofuturism is so interesting from a psychological standpoint. It’s not always so deep, analogue just looks cooler in many cases, but there’s something darkly poetic about crafting a future built on the staples of the past as a rejection of modernity—allowing our vision of what is to come be dictated by nostalgia
