Lynx!!! I arrive with asks to help! I'm still working on responding to your ask! :D We have a lot of similarities in music taste, I think!! Sending safety vibes!!! I really hope that person doesn't bother you,, For dsmp asks, would you like to talk about bench trio and their respective love languages?

I'm safe dw, it's just an icky situation and my paranoia has Not been great lately but OwO is me

Benchtrio love languages! I was kinda obsessed when I first found out about love languages, cause for once I could explain to people how I specifically felt loved, and I could also finally understand why what I did to show love didn't make Others feel loved. So, you have the classic five love languages: Words of affirmation, gift giving/receiving, physical touch, quality time, and acts of service. There are also nontraditional ones, which are niche and very person-specific but that don't quite fit into on of the classic five. My best comparison would be a uquiz I once took where someone assigned people niche love languages like remembering a person's order. What I'm going to do it talk about the classic love languages in order of Most to Least effecting, and then assign niche love languages to them that they've either portrayed or just have the vibes of lmao

Ranboo:

- Acts of service

- Gift giving/recieving

- Quality time

- Words of affirmation

- Physical touch

Starting off! Ranboo! I'm starting with him because I've been watching his streams everyday since early Feb, so I've had time to understand his vibes and just how he interacts with people. His main seems to be acts of service, very closely following by gift giving. He's often seen doing things for others, even going as far as grinding resources to Potentially do things for others. (I say others but. We know who I'm mainly talking about lmao...) He seems less concerned with receiving, and seems content to give out. Chances are the way he Shows love isn't the way he Feels loved. Anyways, his first two tie into each other really well, which is really interesting because tbh most have One main one that they show love with and feel loved with (mine is quality time, paired with a niche love language I like to call pestering). Next is quality time and words of affirmation. The first two were definitely how he showed love, but these two seem to be how he Feels loved. From him hanging out Tubbo, and us seeing how Tubbo's fixed sleep schedule affects Ranboo, it's clear that he very much enjoys spending time with people he cares about. (And by seeing how if affects him I mean. We have heard the dude bring up Tubbo so much the last couple of days, absolutely unprompted, like he talks more about Tubbo than I think about him which kinda says something cause my current hyperfixation is my fave streamers so. Huh.) Words of affirmation is in part tied with the last, cause sometimes people compliment him or something and mans really just goes 😮😄 Which, super endearing, hearing him smiling after Tubbo compliments him (which Tubbo does in a /j way but also a /hj way which is so funny to me). Lastly is physical touch, and tbh this is at the bottom cause we can't quite gauge if he's a touchy person and I don't think he is very touchy only cause the other four really stand front and center for him lmao. The niche love language I'd assign Ranboo? Pestering. I'm not biased, I'm just right OwO The way he pestered and messed with Tubbo saying he had the best mcc win rate? Yeah, that's something I'd do.

So, halfway through I lost motivation and confidence so I'll just be putting what I think Tubbo's and Tommy's are, cause I just do not have the energy to go as in depth as I would like! Rip to me lmao 😔😂 I hope the rest is still interesting though UwU

Tubbo:

So, quick run down! Tubbo's main is quality time! Unlike Ranboo, his first two aren't too terribly close. He enjoys spending lots of time with people, and I definitely understand as my main is quality time as well. One of the main examples of this I would point out would actually be streaming! Homeboy streams A Lot, like a lot a lot, to the point where it's a common inside joke that if you leave a Tubbo stream (especially alt) and come back later, he'll still be there. One of the main reasons I want to start streaming is so I can hang out and share stuff with others, cause I think there's something suuuper cool about playing games and sharing those experiences with others. Like, I remember watching Jacksepticeye play Life Is Strange, or Guardians (personal fave). It was like watching a friend play, which I really needed at the time. It was quality time without the anxiety of Being There completely. And Tubbo loves streaming, and has said it lots of times, and I think that it's really great ^^ Now, acts of service is one I think has definitely moved Up in the order, because of Ranboo specifically. Hear me out, hut something doing something for you because they want to can actually be so Loving and Tender... And no, I'm not jealous... But, Ranboo! Ranboo likes doing things for people he cares about and I think that for Tubbo it's a way he feels loved, and knows he's cared about. Gift giving and receiving was originally in second place, but has since went down one. I think this was used to be much more prominent, and I definitely think it still holds the same weight and value as it did before, but now it's vaguely overshadowed by acts of service. Fella enjoys receiving things, but also seems to be constantly getting people things (or similarly, influencing someone to get something that he thinks they definitely should have. lol). Words of affirmation is definitely a nice surprise kinda situation. Like, being complimented or someone being proud of him is Very pog. And, I, for one, am very proud of my streamer 😄 Sometimes I really be like. Head full... Tubbo. Lmao 😂😂😂 Anyways, he doesn't necessarily seem adverse to physical touch, it just seems like it's less important that the rest. I do think that for him he'd be more physically affectionate with someone who mains that (dunno how else to put it lmao) cause he wants them to feel loved in a way that makes sense to them! Hope that all makes sense! And tbh, I lied! I'm a liar! I fr thought I wouldn't open my big mouth and just gush about this some more but man. I really proved myself wrong OwO Also, I assign Tubbo the odd niche love language of sharing videos about things he enjoys as a way of affection.

Tommy:

- Physical touch

- Words of affirmation

- Quality time

- Acts of service

- Gift giving/receiving

Tommy is very interesting! Cause, the first is a little bit ahead of the rest, but all of these are very close together in value and importance. I haven't been able to watch as much from Tommy, so all of this will be very loose. The first seems most common as a way he shows love, and I think it's also how he feels loved. My reason for this, dude just trust me 😂 Words of affirmation for my boy plz, he is so loving and I just really love him. He reminds me of that meme where the landlord's like 'I don't allow pets' and the person sends a pic of their pet and the landlord's like 'Ok I'll allow him because he looks very polite' That is literally every inniter, anyone who watches Tommy, they're like 'I'll allow him because he looks very polite'. Is he polite? Eh maybe lmao. Also mans likes spending time with friends. Understandable. Likes hanging out doing silly stuff. People help him with things sometimes and that is Nice. Gifts are also neat but he's not a very material person is he. Hmm. I assign his niche love language to be sending pics of animals. Just think it fits him lmao. He likes cows and such a little too much, people who like cows often send lots of pics of animals, I know from experience OwO

Ndkandks all of wonho's new songs are just, ugh amazing. For me I think ain't about you is my fav. I find myself humming to it at random times of the day the most, the melody is simple and catchy (also his English has improved so much im proud of him) but them LOOKS for this era ??? He didn't come to play haha. Changkyun being the master of art as always. At first was a bitsad for now performances on music shows but then I remembered he uses uhh "colorful words" so maybe that's why cx nonetheless am proud of him, hands down my favorite mixtape that my favs put out

Welp, the mingyu situation has been fully cleared up (ibelieve you answered this before the final pledis statement?) Pledis cleared things up and mingyu did apologize in the statement (this of course may bring up if he was honest with his apology since it was through the company) and I want to say he was honest? Idk, maybe im naive with believing this but he was wanting to meet with everyone that made posts, he did admit he made jokes and simply went along with them so he is taking accountability. I think now, what is best is just try to like move forward from this. This is up to each fan so I totally respect and understand if you may feel a bit "meh" with getting back into supporting mingyu. It is VALID, any fan that says otherwise is a buttsock. If you need some time, that is ok! If you need a break from the fandom, that is also ok! Afterall, being a fan should be fun and be a happy space! So whatever you pick to do, I support ya! *hugs you* for me, im comfy with like reblogging stuff of him and such. Chanyeol is off fighting indeed, It feels weird but im happy he is able to be away from the idol life (especially after his insta clear out, i got a bit worried there. Sadly the woozi pic didn't survive that clear out gjskdja) what I don't understand is how fans got mad for now group photo and I am like ??? Yeah it sucks to not see them sending off chanyeol but we are in a pandemic and also maybe chanyeol wanted it to be personal? Can kpop fans just chill? Baekhyun released his new album and its iconic, like always lol. May 6 is his date and It will be a shame for sure, but as you said, am happy they can take a break and such. Quick response to Mandalorian season finale

Behind a cut because, well.

Okay, yes, I am in this show for Dadalorian and Found Family etc. But I am at least as invested in the plotline this season about various factions of Mandalorians and their, for lack of a better word, sectarian disputes. Which frequently result in barfights. Because Mandalorians.

(AKA that scene where they picked up Bo and her minion was. A Delight.)

(Also, I love my girl Bo-Katan. Even if she’s very much a blunt instrument/not a politician going at this in all the wrong ways and was Very Rude to Boba but tbh I wasn’t 100% sure she was going to show up in this episode and I would’ve been Sad if we hadn’t gotten to see them meet. Either here or next season.)

(Still Sad at the lack of Sabine, though :( )

Leaving aside anything re: Gina Caranno (because that has been discussed by people much smarter and better-informed than myself), I’m kind of thrilled that the strike team was Almost Entirely Ladies.

(On that note. Uh. Does anyone else kinda. That little “Anyone else, we can take” smirk. And I just. Uh. Bo/Fennec, anyone??????)

(I kind of already ship Bo with Ventress tbh but a) multishipping ftw and b) threesome??????)

Anyway moving on.

Also the sound/almost-music when the Cylons Dark Troopers were activating was Excellent I approve.

And that Visual of the one trooper Din set on fire. ...honestly that whole hallway fight sequence was pretty Brilliant.

And the sort of...almost casual layer of the scene in the elevator. Even if these women haven’t worked together before, just that, “sure you don’t need any help with that?” “I got it. Excuse me.”

And that whole thing where Gideon was trying to Manipulate Din and he was like “...dude, I legit just care about the kid. I’ll fight for/with Bo-Katan because she’s pretty badass and I Might As Well plus she gets me what I want but I don’t...actually...Care about her Greater Cause?”

(Side note, I’ve spent a lot of time writing Bo-Katan/figuring out how her head works and literally all she cares about is Mandalore and its survival. It’s why she broke away from her sister in the first place, and has informed every single thing she’s done since. A lot of why she makes the specific choices she does goes back to the Mandalorian Civil War and her experiences there--especially since all the evidence indicates she was not with Satine and Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon. The way that separation and their different experiences of that conflict probably contributed to the eventual destruction of what seems likely to have been a Very Close Relationship before that is fascinating to me. And the subject of a fic I’ve been working on off and on for a couple years now, lol.)

(...anyway, where I was going with this was--I mean, yes, Gideon knows everything in terms of facts, but he doesn’t always interpret them correctly. IMO, Bo-Katan’s desire to rule Mandalore is less about power (for herself) than it is about Mandalore. Especially given some of what she says to Sabine in Rebels--if there was someone else she genuinely trusted to take the throne and rule her world, she’d be willing to cede her claim and be one of their generals. Especially since she’s very much not a political animal. She’s an excellent war leader, but not so much in terms of actual Governance.)

(insert long ramble about the Parallels between her and Anakin, which I touched on in one of my fanfics, lol; and will probably do more with in my BB project which involves the two of them and Padme as the main characters)

(And, yeah, she does want to fight Din for the right, but if she thought Din would be a good Duke/King of Mandalore, I think she would seriously considering swearing allegiance to him? Again, witness how she handled things with Sabine. Also she would probs prefer to avoid a third (fourth?) civil war in her lifetime. But, I mean. I love Din but he is. He is not a Leader. Not like her people need.)

(And I think the way things played out with Sabine affects her decisions here, too--she did accept the Darksaber as a gift/tribute then, but proceeded to lose it. Maybe she does need to fight for it the way Maul and Viszla did (presumably; we don’t know how he got the Darksaber; it may be something he inherited/have been held by House Viszla for a while, even if they never used it to dethrone the Kryzes until now).)

(But, then again, I mean, this has been her life for at least a decade, so...well, maybe she wouldn’t quite step aside. Even if an Absolutely Perfect candidate came along. But WRT Din specifically--given who he is and what he’s capable of, while she absolutely wants him in her camp (and on a personal level isn’t super thrilled about having to fight him like this; she seems to genuinely like this kid), my guess is she doesn’t want him ruling. Not without some more actual leadership training/experience. Because, well, he’s been either a follower or a loner in everything we’ve seen him in, and given Bo’s opinion of (possibly experience with?) the Watch/the group who raised him, and the fact that he’s consistently shown himself to have super-narrow priorities and not really caring about much outside of them...yeah, she probs has some Concerns.)

(Plus, he clearly doesn’t want it. And you have to Want It on some level in order to be an effective ruler--that Wanting can be from genuine altruism/wanting to make the world better, like we see with Bail and Padme; it can be from single-minded determination to Make Things Right, like Satine and I would argue Bo-Katan (Leia falls into either the first or second category, depending on the point in her storyline); and it can come from a desire for personal power and advancement (as we see with Pre Viszla and, of course, Skeev Palpatine himself; to be fair, rulers in this third category tend to be bad in other ways lol). But someone who genuinely doesn’t want power generally kind of Sucks when they’re unexpectedly handed it. Which I could cite several IRL historical examples of. And, I mean, obviously, this isn’t the only factor in play for what makes a good ruler/leader (see above re: Palps and Pre Viszla), but it is a factor.)

(Also, to clarify: none of these are bad qualities/traits, necessarily? Like, traits are good or bad depending on whatever context a person/character finds themself in. And in Din’s current context, with his current life and mission--even in situations where he has to coordinate with other groups in the service of a larger goal--these are excellent traits to have. But for someone who’s responsible for an entire nation? Not so much.)

(One could argue that Bo has some Issues there, too, albeit different ones, which is why I think she might be willing to step aside and cede her claim to a Genuinely Good/Better Alternative, if she found one. She’s a war-leader, not a ruler, and the two jobs require overlapping but different skillsets.)

(..........honestly? I don’t think the show would go there, but I think the two of them as a team/partnership ruling Mandalore would actually be really effective? Either on an equal footing or with one as the Official Ruler and the other as a second-in-command/right-hand. She has the leadership expertise and the actual will and drive to pull this off, and he has the diplomatic skill, as we see with the Tusken Raiders, among others.)

(Not a romantic partnership, lol, that would be Weird, but a political and probably eventually platonically affectionate one. Especially with how Mandalore feels about family of choice/adoption, and the fact that they’re both kind of alone now (whatever happened to Korkie, anyway??) even if no formal adoption is likely in their case...)

(Anyway. Uh. Long tangent aside...)

(also if there’s anyone who didn’t see Gideon trying to decapitate Din when his back was turned...IDEK what you were expecting. Like. I am All About guys like Pellaeon in the Imperial ranks, and the fact that there might be a few people who would make that offer/deal and be on the level. To say nothing of my best beloved Alexsandr Kallus. But. Uh. Gideon is. Not one of them.)

(Also, I thought it was a Nice Touch when the spear started turning red--because, no, the Darksaber can’t cut pure beskar. But it does generate heat, as we’ve seen in, say, TPM. And beskar does melt.)

Also, called it on tossing the Cylons Dark Troopers out the airlock Not Working in the long term.

While it’s not Cool or Flashy like a bomb or slicing, the Cylons Dark Troopers pounding the doors down with their goddamn fists was Cool and Terrifying in all the best ways.

Side note--I think even if I hadn’t been spoiled (forgot to mute the spoiler channels on the SW Discords I’m on before going to bed, and checked on autopilot), X-wing + Grogu perking up would’ve probably clued me in and I would’ve been SHRIEKING. I was still vibrating super hard even though I knew who was coming, but it probably would’ve been slightly more XD

(and then a moment of HAHA GIDEON KNOWS WHAT’S COMING)

(also, I mentioned this in my last quick reaction, as well as elsewhere, but I’m...still kind of uncomfortable with the continuing implication that the Jedi path is the only option other than Darkness. Not because it’s a bad one, either in the PT-era or with Luke’s reconstruction. But the idea that the only way to achieve the mindset/emotional stability/whatever needed to wield the Force without Falling is through adapting the Jedi philosophy sits wrong with me. especially the implication that you can only do so from an early age/in isolation from other influences or bonds; which is a word I’m using very specifically because there’s a difference between Attachment as defined by the Jedi and interpersonal bonds which they clearly have and I don’t want this to get derailed by that particular Discourse(tm) That doesn’t even super hold up on Earth, with a single species, let alone in a galaxy with trillions of beings of multiple different species. Basically, people and the galaxy--and by extension the Force, which is in part created/influenced by living beings--are way too complicated for there to be only one right answer.)

(Also, it...doesn’t really hold up with the core message of Star Wars, which is about Choice? If the only way you can be a Good Force Adept is by meeting this extremely narrow set of criteria, most of which are outside your possible control......but I should probably save this for a separate post, lol.)

(The point is, I mentioned earlier in the post how much I’m LOVING the throughline in this season about different factions/sects among Mandalorians, and I think it would be Great if we got more of that with Jedi/Light adepts.)

Right! So that was an Experience! Overall, I liked it. Looking forward to how Din and Bo handle things moving forward, in particular! Because, like I said, I’m in this series for Dadalorian (so IDK how I’ll feel with it no longer being the Core Story since Grogu left with Luke) and in this season for the Mandalorian factions/sects and how they interact.

I’m also not sure how I feel about three interconnected series leading up to a Major Finale Event? Disney’s Star Wars has not had a super great track record with giving all the information needed to follow things in the core product (see: the ST worldbuilding lol, and also some of the cameos/appearances in this season, even), so I’m Skeptical of how well they’ll do explaining what is Necessary in each of the three series, in case someone only watches one or two.

5. 3 colors to paint your room

kjhdsgd I’m just gonna say the colors I painted my room at my mom’s place because I honestly don’t have any plans for my flat atm 😆 At my mom’s place I had a dark blue wall, the opposite wall was bright orange and pale lavender for the two others, to be kind of a nice in between to the two strong colors! (I chose those colors kind of thinking of the times of the day, the dark blue for the night, lavender for dusk and dawn and the orange for daytime!....... I also accidentally ended up using colors of two of my OCs that are a ship, so like! Accidental shipping on the wall! XD)

11. 3 books that you would recommend everyone to read

The Tapestry series by Henry Neff! I gushed about this a lot already at some point, so I’ll keep it brief XD It’s a 5 book series, the last of which didn’t get a physical release. Starting with the popular concept of a magic school, but in my eyes much better than certain other series! It involves a lot of Irish Mythology and I just really love that series! Read the first 3 books in German (because that’s all that was translated) and years later when I found out it continued in English I bought all the books again in English again!

Technically this means I’m already over the 3 book limit, but since it’s a series I’ll only count it as one :3c

Second is the book that I’ll always name if you ask about my favorite! It’s also part of a bigger series, but you don’t need to have read it to understand the story (I never read the other parts myself tbh) It’s Dragonsong by Anne McCaffrey and it’s about a girl choosing her own path in life, leaving her toxic family behind and making friends with a few tiny dragons which are very musically gifted! It’s rather short, but so powerful, beautiful and I just love it with all my heart. Used to read it so much that I could just reread it in one afternoon 💕😆

And uhh. For the third, I’d recommend the book series “Phenomena” by Ruben Eliassen, but I seriously can’t find any info on if that series exists in English????? That series was like. A lot of my younger years tbh. (Pretty sure it’s one of the reasons why I love putting twins in my stories myself XD Also big white polar bear friend!) Tho seriously, it should exist in english??? I dunno??? It’s originally Norwegian tho??? And why would it exist in german then if it doesn’t exist in english??

But since I don’t know if it’s actually available in English I will tell you about another book that’s probably not available in English. Definitely not available in English. It’s an English learning book. It’s “The Goblin Prince / Der Koboldprinz” by Anja Thieme The descriptions and all in the book are german, but the dialog is in English (with annotations) and it’s like for 10-year-old kids that are learning English. But like. I really love the story?????? The story is basically: An english teacher tells her students about the mysterious goblin prince. But it’s just a myth, right? That’s what all the students are thinking until one student is kidnapped and doesn’t the kidnapper look like the goblin prince their teacher told them about? So the kidnapped student’s friends set out to save her by going into the goblin land themselves. Oh yeah, they only speak English in the goblin land which is why the dialog is English! It’s only 144 pages with big writing but like. It’s so charming and sweet and I still own that book now, and I don’t think I can ever get rid of it!

Hmm no idea, I haven’t actually read any headcanons for him in forever. So I’ve no clue if anyone else has even said some of these ones before (tbh I don’t even look at the main tags these days in general).

LOUIS HEADCANONS

- I like to think that Louis’ jacket was actually something he was drawn to as a kid because it actually belonged to one of his teachers at the school (it looks like a jacket one of my history teachers used to wear) and he thought it looked cool. When the apocalypse started, it was during a class time and one of the kids began acting ‘strange’ (no idea why he became a walker, let’s just roll with it). Once the shit show began and everyone started freaking out and hearing the news about the dead walking, the teacher left the school with the others because he wanted to go find his family and make sure they were safe, thus leaving behind the kids he was still meant to protect. During his rush home though, he left behind some of his possessions and one of them being the coat that was left in his room. After a few years when everyone began growing and their clothes no longer fit them, Louis ended up taking the coat for himself because he thought it looked elegant and dapper.

- Despite hating Cantaloupe, Louis loves watermelon (no reason besides the fact that I find it hilarious and fitting of his quirky nature).

- He actually really enjoys History and reading in his spare time when he isn’t playing the piano. People often find it really odd given his impatient and almost hyperactive attitude towards things, but some nights Louis just enjoys laying on his bed with a ton of pillows reading stories from centuries ago.

- After episode 4 (assuming you saved him in episode 3) I like to think that Louis becomes the tradesman of the group and becomes a pro at bartering with other communities for deals on supplies due to his quick wit and gift of the gab. His talent for persuasian helps the group out a lot and his one character trait that once annoyed a lot of the group ends up becoming his own unique skill set which allows him to benefit the group in his own unique way outside of keeping up the motivation and spirit. This in turn also helps Louis deal with his own feelings regarding his self worth.

- Despite having a bit of interest in it, Louis is actually a terrible dancer and whenever he dances with Clem, she actually has to guide him around the room and take lead, because he keeps overthinking his moves and stepping on her feet or tripping her up (Edit: I guess this counts as a Clouis headcanon lol). I like to think he does slowly improve though.

Fanfic Writer Appreciation (and a little self love)

Sooooo, as talked about I wanted to do a little promo. I may not always be my favorite writer, but I try to be one of my cheerleaders. And well, if you’re here you obviously have some interest in what I’m up to.

SO! Here’s a list of my currently-published WIPs and some info about them, in the order that I’ve updated them, most recent to oldest.

Feel free to ask questions about any of them!

Dog Whistle (Ao3 || FFN) - started off as a prompt from @snackarey when I reblogged some Soulmate AUs. This one was a prompt for soulmates (Zack/Kunsel) who felt what each other felt - like pain. Needless to say, this went into a canon divergent AU where Kunsel felt some of what Zack was going through when Hojo got a hold of him after Nibelheim. And saved him, setting off an ever-increasing list of revolutionary consequences. It’s nearly 58K, and though I’m a little stuck I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes.

Dewprism: Journey to the [Relic] (Ao3 || FFN) - this actually has a lot more written than I’ve posted, I just got a little frustrated because well... the fandom is teeny tiny and there’s no real feedback. But! It’s an interesting piece. It’s a semi-novelization where I’m taking the old PS1 Classic from Squaresoft, Threads of Fate/Dewprism and merging the two storylines. Basically... you can’t play the game anymore unless you got it from the PSN for your PSP or... PS2, I think? Or emulate it, of course, you can do that. And I wanted to bring the experience to more people, because it’s got such a great story.

It’s Not a Game (Ao3 || FFN) - this is my Avengers/FF7 crossover, and funny story, it was actually born out of a comment back on my old Genesis RP blog about how Genesis would totally be Tony Stark’s favorite character if he played Crisis Core. It’s turned into a full blown fixit I have a type and I actually have like, 90% of the next chapter done, it just doesn’t feel quite right so I haven’t posted it. And am, of course, stuck. There’s a case of choice paralysis here; the premise is that, in the MCU, FF7 is a series like it is in our world, and Tony is a fan. So he goes to make a simulation to do a self-insert... only he somehow transports himself (and Bruce) to a dimension where it’s real. A “Stark-insert” someone called it; and it does use a lot of “Self-Insert” tropes, actually. There’s just so many ways it could go that I’m stuck on choosing exactly how to progress here.

Party of Five (Ao3 || FFN) - the MMO AU! This was actually originally a prompt @up-sideand-down got, that I got permission to take off with. It’s a modern AU AGSZC where they meet online playing this MMO I made up that’s based off of FF7 and modeled after a mashup of like, me studying WoW and my experiences playing SWTOR. I’ve actually got some ideas of where it’s going, I just got too caught up in technicalities and need to reroute it back to the relationships going on.

Welcome to FF7 (series link, Ao3) - this is me hashing out basically what I think went down pre-games. Most of it is headcanon, I cannot stress that enough. It’s based off of the little we know, of course, but there’s just so much we don’t that it’s mostly headcanon. Tons of OCs. It’s a whole series, and they overlap - different sections that follow different departments, mostly. The base story is Welcome to ShinRa (Ao3 || FFN) and that follows the man who will become President Shinra from back when they first discover mako energy. I’ve also got Welcome to the Science Department (Ao3 || FFN) which starts off with college students Gast and Grimoire and how they get drawn into the beginnings of what becomes ShinRa Electric.

And last but not least, honorable mention to Times of Change (Ao3) - this was actually a piece inspired by @deadcatwithaflamethrower‘s Re-Entry series. I desperately need to reread that before I can hope to continue this, but... one day. One day.... I don’t suggest reading it right now, my headcanons have changed and it needs an overhaul. But you’ll see eventually.

Compilation of FF7

The Snowball Effect (Ao3 || FFN) ... sequel? continuation? - as one of the gift exchange presents I’ve just done this past month, it is definitely standalone as is, but if I ever figure out where I want to take it, I’ll continue that one. It was just far too much fun.

The Price of Freedom - the sequel to To Be Human, which... I’m looking forward to, but I really burnt myself out on TBH so it’s going to be longer than anticipated before I approach this one. TBH definitely stands on its own, but there were some loose ends left to tie up, so we’ll see how that goes. And when it goes, when I’m ready to approach that again. TBH needs some editing, too... lots of work there.

The Unnamed Pokemon/FF7 crossover that I’ve talked about for... a couple years now (yikes) but now actually have a plot for. It’s very interesting to me, putting Pokemon on Gaia, and seeing how that changes everything. Because like, they’d have presumably used Mew’s DNA since there’s no Jenova (I can’t see them using Deoxys, which would be the closer parallel) and since there’s no Chaos, Grimoire is still alive. Which means no extra Drama between Lucrecia and Vincent - and really, there shouldn’t be the stress between Vincent and Hojo over her being sick because Mew would theoretically be much more compatible with humans than Jenova was.

What I’m saying is Seph has three parents and at least one set of grandparents and a much more stable Sephiroth (and Genesis and Angeal, thanks to Lucrecia teaming up with Gillian) leads to some very interesting changes. Like deciding they don’t want to fight the Wutai war anymore. >_>

Hold My Flower - a timetravel fic featuring our one and only flowergirl, who has had enough of people messing up her planet and refuses to just... let it die. She is, unquestionably, a force of nature. No fragile flower to be found here, this is the gal you see in the OG who threatened a mob boss and meant it. Heaven help anyone who gets in her way. She’s going to save the world. Possibly in a Turk Suit, don’t look at me.

The Long Game - Reeve goes back in time, and holy crap this one is a monster I am truly intimidated by so it’s gonna take a while for me to get going on that. XD But basically, similar premise to the above - the world isn’t healing and someone has to do something, so Reeve is nominated due to his position in ShinRa and potential to... he’d say “influence” but let’s call a spade a spade - manipulate people and events to a more favorable outcome.

A third BIT fic is one that I started writing with my friend @askshivanulegacy back in... damn, somewhere between 2011-2013, before we switched to writing SWTOR fic together. It’s one where Zack is sent back in time, and the differences in him post-Hojo change things even before he can start deliberately changing anything. But I got permission to take and remake that, so I intend to, one day. It was Good Stuff. And you can never have too much timetravel.

Dragon Ball Z

So, this is an oooooold fandom of mine - the first fanfics I ever wrote (under a different name, no I’m not telling XD it was ten years ago) were for DBZ, and definitely the first ones I ever read, back in the days of dial up. And I read a couple interesting takes on Chichi/Vegeta fic... and I was talking with @vorpalgirl about it and said I’d love to try my hand at something with that one day. I think they have the potential to be a really great pair (don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the canon pairings but those two have a lot of potential) so... yeah someday I might dip my toes back into Z. It’s on the wishlist, as well as reviving and cleaning up an old unfinished work of mine. Someday~

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Seven Years Lost - this one I’ve been debating a long time, and even did a little on! It’s basically how I rationalize what happens when Link pulls the Master Sword out and - well, spoilers but it’s a really old game so - when he comes out as a teenager and is immediately able to handle a nearly-adult body. It involves a dreamscape scenario where he communicates with his past incarnations and learns from them, and from sharing dreams with Zelda due to their bond.

Sailor Moon (manga/Crystal based)

Second Chances - I read a lot of SM fanfic back in the day, and my favorite ones were... more real? Like, there were more consequences to these 14 year old kids out there fighting for their lives and sometimes losing them. I’d like to tell a story through Minako/Venus’ eyes primarily, covering what that’s like, and then I also just really want a happy ending for the senshi/shittenou? So... yay canon divergence, lol. You guys know the deal by now. XD

Star Wars: Legends Era

United We Stand - SWTOR fanfic, baby! Basically, I’m just dying to see the eight classes cross over each other, and I will bend canon to do it. For anyone that’s played the original class story lines, there is some cross over but believe me when I say there were huge opportunities that were let drop by nature of the game. Just with the two Jedi stories alone... but that’s #spoilers for a not-as-old game so I’ll leave that be and only elaborate if asked.

Amnesia

AN: Hey! This is the first fanfic I’ve written in years, so please be nice to me lol. It’s based on the song Amnesia by 5sos, basically I wrote about Tyler breaking up with his girlfriend to move to Dallas, and of course I also wrote their eventual reunion. It’s really cheesy and I kinda hate it, but that’s ok. I hope you guys enjoy it because I read a lot of fanfics and I know how frustrating it is to read poorly written/boring work. Also I know I said this was going up on the 8th but I didn’t really want to wait because I have my Jujhar Khaira fic to post, I just posted something about PLD on my ao3, I’m in the middle of writing another fic about Tyler, and I have fics planned for draisaitl and mcdavid.

Warnings: none really, it’s sad for a bit but then it’s fluffy

You got home from work to find Tyler sitting on your couch, which wasn't an uncommon sight. You'd given him a key to your apartment when you'd moved in, and he'd often come over to watch movies after a game, or come help you make dinner when he had nothing better to do. You’d been dating for a few years, you got together before his NHL debut. What was uncommon about seeing him sitting there were the tears on his face.

"Tyler, what's wrong?" you asked, placing your purse on the ground and kicking off your heels before walking over to sit next to him on the couch. He didn't respond, he merely buried his face in your neck and continued crying.

"Ty, hun, tell me what has you so upset."

"I'm leaving."

"What do you mean you're leaving Ty, what's going on?"

"I got traded Y/N, I'm moving to Dallas."You sat there stunned, not knowing how to respond. You felt your eyes water at the thought of being without him, but you knew you couldn't let yourself be upset right now, Ty needed you to be strong. You feel his arms squeeze you tighter, and you were forced back to reality.

"What are we gonna do Y/N, you just got a promotion, you can't leave."

"We can try to make it work Ty..... we can Skype every night?" you offered, knowing this wasn't a solution, but not wanting to think about the reality of what would likely end up happening to your relationship.

"Y/N..... you know how busy I'll be, there's no way we would be able to make that work," Ty said while sniffling.

"I know, I just can't imagine being without you Ty. I'm happy for you though, maybe a fresh start will be good for you. You're a great player, Dallas is lucky to have you."

You spent the rest of the night in each other's arms, fearing what would happen once you let go.

Three Years Later

You were driving home from work one day, and you passed the restaurant Tyler and you used to frequent after he'd won a game, remembering the nights you spent there together with the rest of his team celebrating.

I thought about our last kiss, how it felt, the way you tasted

You thought back to the last time you kissed Tyler, in the airport before his flight to Dallas. He tasted like his favourite peppermint gum, and his lips felt soft and familiar against yours. You had agreed to break up before he left and he got a girlfriend shortly after his arrival, so the few times you'd been able to make it to Dallas to visit him, you weren't able to kiss him, and it's something you missed dearly.

Even though your friends tell me you're doing fine, are you somewhere feeling lonely when though she's right beside you?

You had made friends with some of Tyler's teammates the few times you'd travelled to Dallas, and you made a point to text Jaime regularly to make sure Tyler was doing alright. You still talk to Ty, but knowing him he won't tell you if anything is wrong. You still wonder if he's hiding something, but you have to tell myself there's nothing else you can do.

If what we had was real, how could you be fine? 'Cause I'm not fine at all

You haven't been able to find a date since Tyler left, knowing nobody would be able to fill the void that Ty left. It wouldn't be fair to date someone when you’re still pining after your first love who now lives almost 2,000 miles away. You tried dating apps and even blind dates set up by your friends, but they all fell short compared to what you'd had with Ty. You still wonder how he managed to find someone just months after moving to Dallas, how he was able to get over the years you had together so quickly.

I wish that I could wake up with amnesia, and forget about the stupid little things, like the way it felt to fall asleep next to you.

The first few months of sleeping alone had been torture. You'd become so used to falling asleep next to him that you found it impossible to sleep without him. No amount of pillows could replicate the feeling of him next to you, snoring quietly and occasionally mumbling in his sleep. You would often lay awake at night wondering what your life would be like if you had fought harder to keep him with you. You think about what would've happened if you'd quit your job and moved to Dallas with him. Truthfully you still do think about it, when you can't sleep or when you sit alone at my desk at work eating lunch.

October

One day your boss called you into his office, with a proposal. He told you they're planning on opening a new location in the south, and that they'd love to have you there working for them. You swore you misheard him because it sounded like he just said it will be in Dallas. You immediately took the offer, willing to take any opportunity you had to get closer to Tyler after three years without him in your life. You pulled out your phone to text Jaime once you returned to your desk.

Y/N: hey uh weird question but do u know if ty is single rn?

J: he's painfully single, he complains about it every chance he gets

Y/N: on a scale from 1-10 how happy do u think he'd be if he found out I'm moving to dallas for work

J: probably a 10 tbh, he misses you more than he'd like to admit

Y/N: I'm planning on surprising him will u help me? make sure he doesn't find out I'm moving!!

J: will do, look forward to seeing ur stupid face again

You also texted Ty, and begin laying the foundation for your surprise.

Y/N: hey ty, i know i said id try to make it to dallas for ur bday but I'm getting really busy at work rn :( my boss says it doesn't look like ill be able to get time off until march. i promise ill come down then, I'm really sorry i won't be there for ur bday

T:Hey! No worries Y/N, I understand. I look forward to seeing you in march :)

January 28th

You arrived in Dallas two weeks ago, and avoiding Ty had been pure agony. You met up with Jaime and a few of the other guys for dinner, getting all the updates on their lives and Tyler's. You found out he has three dogs now, and you must say you're not surprised. Tyler and you were going to adopt a puppy but then he got traded, and you knew it was only a matter of time before he finally got one. You decide to text him to put the finishing touches on your surprise.

Y/N: hey stranger!! I sent u a bday gift, it should hopefully arrive sometime soon :D

T: aw thx, you know you didn't have to get me anything

Y/N: hey, i had to make up for missing ur bday somehow. I hope you like it!

T: ill love anything you picked out for me :)

Y/N: oh shut up XD

You decided his "gift" is going to arrive on the 30th, considering you wanted to be with him on his birthday, plus you didn't know how much longer you could wait to see him. You texted Jaime and tell him to make sure Tyler doesn't have any plans that day, and you went to buy some balloons. You bought some green and white ones for Dallas, and some yellow and black just for good measure. You squished them in my car and drive back to your apartment buzzing with excitement.

January 30th

You woke up an hour before your alarm was set, unable to contain your excitement. It was only 8AM, but you decided to text Tyler to let him know his "gift" would be arriving soon.

Y/N:hey ty, just checked the tracking and it says ur gift should arrive this afternoon

T:ooooh any hints?

Y/N:no!! be paaaaaaatient

T: but that's no fun :(

You smiled as you set your phone down and began to get ready. As 1PM rolled around you could hardly contain your excitement anymore. You still felt a slight bit of anxiety, worrying Tyler won't be as happy to see you as you were hoping he'd be. You heard your phone buzz, and see a text from Jaime.

J: hurry up and go take back your bf, if i have to hear him bitch about being lonely one more time i s2g ill scoop my own brain out w a spoon

Y/N:stop being so dramatic I'm just about to leave

You gathered the balloons and the gift bag containing some snacks from back home in Boston, a card from all his friends, and a nice watch you'd picked out for him. You glanced at yourself in the mirror and took a deep breath as you walked out the door of your apartment.

You soon find yourself in his driveway, and you could barely contain yourself as you got the balloons out. You slowly walked up to the door, unable to believe what you were about to do. You knocked loudly, and heard a dog begin to bark.

You heard a familiar voice shout, "Gerry! Be quiet! It's just the mailman for god's sake," and hear footsteps approaching.

You felt a huge smile form on your face as Tyler opened the door and was greeted with a face all of balloons.

"Surprise!" you yelled, feeling what you assume was Gerry jumping all over you.

".......Y/N? What are you doing here? I thought you couldn't get time off?" Tyler said in disbelief, and you felt two strong arms wrap around your shoulders and squeeze you tight.

"That may have been a lie...." you said sheepishly, handing him the balloons and gift bag. He looked so much different than the scrawny boy that left Boston, now sporting a full beard and tattooed arms. You took a moment to savour being around him again, before he ushered you inside.

"So how are you? I feel like I haven't talked to you in forever?" you asked, sitting down on a large couch in his well decorated family room.

"You literally texted me this morning," he replied, sitting beside you while the other two dogs attempted to climb over him to come say hi.

"Don't be a smartass, you know what I mean. We haven't had a proper conversation since before the season started."

"Things have been great. I love it here, the weather is so much better than Boston. The guys here are awesome, the chemistry we have as a team is amazing. I still miss home though, those guys will always be my family. I miss you too, you know. I tried to replace you but I just couldn't. Hell, I bought three dogs and even that didn't work. You're clearly pretty special Y/N, if even three cute labs can't replace you," said Tyler, with a hint of sadness in his eyes. It hit you then that you had to tell him you weren’t leaving, that you could finally be together again.

"Hey, you gotta open your present, I traveled a long way to deliver it personally," you joked, handing him the gift bag. You watched his eyes light up as he saw the snacks, and a large smile form when he read what his former teammates wrote for him. You told him you can return the watch if he doesn't like it, but he insisted he loves it. You laid on the couch for a bit, and you could tell he wanted to get closer to you but won't.

After a while he asked, "Hey Y/N, how long are you in town for?"

"Well I was gonna wait to give you the last bit of your surprise but since you asked I guess I can tell you. I moved here, Ty. I've been here for two weeks. The company is opening a location here and they wanted me to come work here. Once they told me it was in Dallas I couldn't resist."

You watched a look of realization develop on his face, and the next thing you knew his lips were against yours. They were just as soft as you remembered them, and he still tasted like peppermint. Without saying a word you felt him pick you up.

"Tyler what are you doing?!" I shriek as he begins walking somewhere.

"Making up for the three years I spent without you," he explains as he carried you down the hall towards his bedroom.

I soo get being dramatic when sick. I am too. Only want to curl up and cry then tbh.

Not much happened today. I'm done to the last three chapters now and kinda writing them simultaneously XD

Trying to survive the last work week until Christmas break now. :D

My birthday is in April, and I usually have maybe one friend over and have some cake with my family or something. Not much. 🥰

Cows will now forever remind me of you and if I find more cute videos I'll send them you're way.

I got a gift from a friend sent to me today and the stupid post office wants me to pay customs because they somehow don't recognize it as a gift, :( super mean. I thought I was finally done with that shit for the year. (fuck the UK for leaving the eu and making my life hell) 😅

Yes! I curl up and complain a lot. Usually about how sick I am and how much it sucks.

Not much longer now with only 5 days til Christmas! That break will be much deserved and much needed. I feel like this week for me is much of a cleansing sort of time, usually around this time I write a letter to myself before New Years and save it to read next year. I didn’t do it last year, but I think I will this year.

Yess! Cows are just so cute and should be enjoyed 🥺. I will happy accept any cow videos you come across! I just love them so!

Ah good old customs, I sent my first gift abroad this year and it was a hassle! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to fill out the customs forms until I finally figured it out and got it sent. It’s the biggest headache and I hate how they didn’t recognize it being a gift 😒 that’s ridiculous. I guess this should have given it away, but do you live In the UK?

I hope you had a good day today.

Mine was so tense i had a presentation and I was just dying on the inside. I hate presentations they are so stressful to me I literally ran out when I was done luckily, we were allowed to leave right after our presentations. I took a long shower and had yummy lunch.

But My mood really went up when I saw your message so, please don't apologize for the long message it made me really happy. And the small spoiler for the request made my day, I'm over the moon. It's already do good I'm so excited. But actually I’m preparing to make another blog for the writing I’ve done/will do for series, animes, dramas etc., I just wanna read them again and maybe do some slight edits first but I keep cringing.

For my favorite characters, in Alice in Borderland I really liked Chishiya and Niragi – which is funny because Niragi traumatized me so much lmao, I literally got panic attacks after seeing one of the episodes. I even read the manga it was based on and then I really started liking him as a character, and Chishiya makes me cry if I think about him too long lol. Oh, and Mira was really cool too! In AHS I loved Michael (from Apocalypse), Cordelia (from Coven) and Sally and the Countess (from Hotel). My favorite seasons are probably those three too, as well as the first one. Oh, that sucks! But yeah, it fits the Halloween feel really well lol. You’ll do great though, I believe in you! And I feel you haha, I used to watch so many horror movies when I was younger but now I’m terrified even though I still love horrors. Is there any kind of horrors that you like or don’t? Ahh I know but still, it is ok to not reply right away and don't mind the extra wait (or unless my ask suddenly gets send to pluto and never returns xD) but I am happy to hear today is a better day for you! Jdjsjdjs oof yeah it can be like that, especially if you are new to the fandom as well and you're like a goldfish the entire time haha. I'm sure the gifts you made are amazing, I can very much understand the like, feeling of not feeling the most proud when it comes to creating something (especially of you say make gifs on photopea and not ps like myself) but it is the thought that counts! You put the time and effort and that is important! If someone has a problem with that, well slap them with a fish. They are not worth your time tbh. I do think pre-planning helps if you are in more than one! You can start with a basic idea of like to do or you like doing and then slowly build the idea as you get to know the person!

I am guilty of having quite a few high polycount hairs, but I don’t have much CC in general and my Macie seems to handle them well, even with an integrated video card, so all is well, but yeah, 30k is a liiiiiittle bit excessive.

I have a few really high-poly hairs (20+K), myself. My game/computer does seem to be able to handle them without a fuss. (I really don’t know WHY, since both the machine AND the video card are older models, but...Hey, I’m not gonna argue. :) ) Even so, the ones I have are special and unique and very fabulous in some way, and if I later find a similar just-as-nice but lower-poly style, I’ll ditch the high-poly one in a heartbeat.

Mostly, though, I stick to hairs that are ~10K polys or less. I’ll have as many of those as I want because I figure if my game can handle the 30K+ ones without issue, it can handle a bunch of 10Ks. I have fewer that are 10K-12K. 13K is generally (and arbitrarily) my hard limit unless the hair falls into the “unique and fabulous” category and, really, those are few and far between.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she has. But really? There are already plenty of quite similar hairs that look just as nice as that one and that have much lower polycounts. I’ll bet it’s one of those that has thousands of backfaces that don’t even show in the game. :\

That’s tempting, but the majority of the time spent on the “editing,” such as it is, is cropping the pics in the right place and to (more-or-less) the right size ratios. It’s never the same twice, so it couldn’t be automated.

(Confession: I had to Google “mouse recorder.” I mean, I could kind of tell what one would do from the name, but I doubted that such things actually existed. SURPRISE! :) )

Yep, that’s me, too. I mean, I have (literally) about 1200 GilsCarburg pics to post. I mean, they wouldn’t all be posted because a good chunk of them are similar, where I took a lot of pics knowing I’d pick the best one of the bunch to post, but still...a lot. It’s going through them and making the posts that I drag my feet on sometimes. I kinda have to psych myself up to do it -- although once I start, I enjoy doing it, so it’s not a chore or anything :) -- and it’s easy to distract myself by, for instance, downloading a bunch of hairs for my Castaway game because I want to try my hand at making defaults for it.

I honestly don’t know how most people do it. For me, the answer’s easy: I’m mostly retired -- I’ll do paid gigs if I get bored and want to, but otherwise? Eh. -- and I don’t have to worry about money. And I have employees. That helps, too. Also, I have health issues that prevent me from doing a lot of things I’d LIKE to do. So, I do Sims-related stuff a lot. And go on a lot of dates with my husband, but he DOES work, so I can’t be doing stuff with him all the time. So, for now, unless/until I decide to do some kind of volunteering, I occupy a good chunk of my time with Sims stuff. And with hanging out with friends and whatnot, too, of course. But...Yeah, I don’t have a “normal” life. I don’t know how people who DO have a normal life manage to do all the Sims stuff they do.

The flashing pink bug is real and has caught up to me, I also know its my own darn fault for having so much cc. Yeah, it’s all a matter of prioritizing. You truly can’t have everything because “old game is old” even if you personally own a supercomputer. So, you focus on what’s most important to you and sort of skimp on the other stuff. So if pretty hairs and conversions are your thing, OK, but you might have to sacrifice, yeah, large, heavily-landscaped lots and lots of deco-only clutter and/or a heavily-hood-decorated neighborhood. Or if you’re a person who doesn’t actually play the game and just does, say, decorating, you can have all the converted, high-poly/high-res shit your little heart desires because you don’t need the high-poly hairs and clothing or the neighborhood stuff. Or if you’re mostly a Sim-maker, you can have all the high-poly hairs with gigantic textures that you want because you don’t need anything else that taxes the game.

And if you want to do everything...Then I say: Separate user accounts/different downloads folder for each purpose. So, if you wanna decorate, you load up the high-res conversions. You wanna make Sims, load up the high-poly hair. You wanna actually play...Don’t go batshit with the big stuff and you’ll generally be OK. Conscious downloading is the way to go. Know what you’re putting in your downloads before you put it in there and make conscious, aware, informed decisions so you’re not surprised by any consequences (i.e pink flashing) that you experience..

It’s all balance, man. Like, be in harmony with the universal spheres, totally.

My reply to this sort of thing is "Oo, this is short notice. We already have plans!" Even if those plans are to watch Netflix in our underwear. They are probably just doing the Christian thing by inviting you guys and they may not even care if you come (my sister is of the High and Mighty mindset and she invites out of "duty" but is always relieved with people can't come or cancel, lol).

You know, of anyone else, I’d believe this. But whenever we’ve turned down an invite, there’s always been tons of wheedling about it. So, either they’re really good actors or they really do want us there. I’m pretty sure it’s the latter, since entertaining and cooking big meals and all that is what the female half of the couple lives for, since aside from going to church, she’s stuck at home, homeschooling their 7 kids, ranging from infants to teens. (Which is another reason to avoid their house, as far as I’m concerned. I’m done with kids. I don’t hate them or anything, but I really don’t enjoy being around them. Especially not toddlers. I’m not even goo-goo for my own grandkids, so I don’t want to deal with anyone else’s kids anymore.)

It is! I think they could’ve done so much more with pet-to-pet interactions, personally. Like, cats and dogs sleeping in piles like they do IRL. Also, pets sleeping on beds with Sims. (I have the mod that enables that for children, but it would have been nice if that was possible for all Sims.) But at least that one interaction is cute. :)

Oh god House Hunters. What gets me is when they decide they don't want to buy "the perfect in every other way" house because the paint/wallpaper/carpet is hideous. I always yell at the TV "THOSE ARE EASY TO CHANGE YOU PRISSY IDIOT!" But we ditched cable TV a few years ago and I've never been happier. It's so much more relaxing to just watch what we want streaming, when we want, not bound to a show's schedule.

Yeah! I saw that, too! I was like, “You know what? There’s this thing called painting. And if you don’t want to do it yourself, there’re even people who you can pay to do it for you!” But when the realtor says something like that (with not NEARLY enough snark, IMO), they’ll say “Oh, we don’t want any big projects.” As if painting one room before there’s anything in it is a “big project.” Stupidity abounds!

And yeah, I’m much happier without squawk boxes around. The only remotely good thing about it is Cartoon Network. And some of the HGTV-type stuff is fun to watch, I suppose, if only to get ideas for my game. ;) But I much prefer no TV. I mean, yeah, I know no one forces anyone to turn it on, but we feel like we should watch SOMETHING since we’re paying through the nose for it. :p

Why go live in another country if you just want to drag yours along with you? Isn’t that exactly what a certain sector of American citizens bitch about when it comes to immigrants? But what do American émigrés do? *sigh* Swear, most Americans just need to stay the hell in America because God forbid they deign to adapt to anything else. :p

It's funny that you mention House Hunters- it's playing on the tv in the other room. Sometimes I'll watch it when it's on just because I like to look inside other houses, though I agree with you about it being very safe-for-tv and every episode being the same.

I did actually see a gay couple on it the other day! Of course, they were a white, middle-aged well-off gay couple looking for a place in Palm Springs, CA, which is pretty much a place you can’t live in unless you’re LGBT (and well-off), but still! Gay people, OMG!

Hieloowww, Happy Munday! hope your monday isn't as munday as it sounds XD sry i'm so munday today. How's this week? hope this week isn't as crazy as your last week!! and yes! I also want to go back to the very beginning of the time, because I actually had put my tiny teenage soul into a small capsule like a few few years back and buried it by a pine tree. I meant to dig it back up but I handed over a shovel to another one whom I thought could hand it back to me when it becomes the right time, but seems like that ain't happen yet so haha yea I have some things that I miss and those could be the reason why I want to go back in times to just live those early memories again. I don't know, but yea it sounds very romantic in that sense =D, I've ordered some samples of those 3 perfumes that you mentioned! kinda excited because I never held any women perfumes in my crib before actually hahaha i might fall in love with the air around my living room after I get those samples wknos lmao but yeah, i heard the smell is one of those senses that keep our memories together through the long journey, I really wish I had a chance to smell some more scents in the past and sometime I also wish some of my memories had tied with some scent so I could remember it more vividly, but sadly some of the most important ones I have no memory of smell, well.. but if the brain-triggered smell which only exists in one's brain could also be considered as a type of smell than I have those kind of scent that ties with those important memories. like even if you don't actually smell a thing your brain perceive some memories as a form of smell or they function as some sort of smell, that sometimes like when you feel so happy or so excited you may feel like you are smelling something so sweet and fruity and floral, namean? lmao. speaking of your biggest biggest inspiration can I take a guess? hmm.. I think it could be God!? but I could be wrong lol and you could enlighten me about it too! I'm willing to listen and learn about it because it sounds so interesting :D!!! Imo you shouldn't depend on anyone to take your tiny teenage soul our of that small capsule you buried under that pine tree, people are busy dealing with their stuff, you should do it yourself, because if you don't do it no one else will, you can ask for help to do it faster, but at the end of the day its yours not theirs.

and the friends i kissed yeah, i was a crazy kid back then, we're still friends tho, he says he's in love with me but i don't really care lmaooooo it happen in school days, he gifted me a cupcake (because i love cupcakes and he's a cheff) and i gave him a little kiss as a treat or as a thank you haha

and people change because they get power, once you tell them how you feel that becomes a weak point on you, but i dont see them as unpleasant memories to keep tbh, i keep them because it showed me who they really were, for example my crush who liked me, i told him and he was like, no way, baby i like you too, and he didnt change at all, so that thought me that no matter how much fragile (? i might look to him, he would never take advantage of that with the "power" i gave him, he'd believe me and not test me, and we've been friends for 5+ years and he's never used that power against me, he's had girlfriends and stuff but he's never said "do you remember when you used to like me? or when we used to do this and that years ago?" or things like that, and thats the people i like to keep around me you know? those that would never take advantage of you no matter the situation.

1. Favorite game from the last 5 years? Overwatch

2. Most nostalgic game? Skyrim

3. Game that deserves a sequel? I want another Batman Arkham game

4. Game that deserves a remaster? Look I’ve only gotten into gaming quite recently bc I couldn’t afford it before xD So all “my” games haven’t been out for long enough to warrant a remaster

5. Favorite game series? The original Mass Effect trilogy

6. Favorite genre? First person RPG adventure ?

7. Least favorite genre? 2D side scrolling puzzle/agility games. I am NOT gifted with fast reactions. Oh, and (this is gonna make me enemies) Telltale Games :/ I really liked (watching) The Wolf Among Us don’t get me wrong, but in most other cases the choices all either seemed not impactful at all, or all so terrible in ways you couldn’t have anticipated that it takes the fun out of choosing. Also I hate making choices like that under time pressure.

8. Favorite song from a game? The Road to Masyaf by Lorne Balfe (Assassin’s Creed Revelations)

9. Favorite character from a game? Adam Jensen from Deus Ex

13. Favorite boss? I don’t like boss fights xD Like, at all. They give me immense anxiety. Especially if you have to figure out a special attack to take them down, and they have multiple phases that all need different tactics.

18. Place from a game that you’d like to live in? Tough, idk. They all have massive downsides imho? Ok let me think ... This might be cheating, but I’m going for the Shire from LOTRO bc idyllic and Hobbits.

20. Book that would make a good game? Oh, how about .... the Brent Weeks Lightbringer series?? The magic would be an awesome mechanic!

Oh man so many, but also none bc I have to like forcefully convince myself I don’t want to play these games so I won’t want them and be sad at not being able to get and play them. And most of the ones I was looking forward to but I’m not able to get, I watch let’s plays or streams so I still get to experience them.

23. Have you gotten 100% completion in a game? Nope. Most of them time it’s multiplayer stuff that keeps me from getting 100%. Or stuff like the Riddler quests in Batman Arkham Knight *shudders*

What time is it: 18:52 🇨🇿 at the beginning and 20:06 at the end 😅

Favourite musician: Linkin Park, D, Ed Sheeran, SIA, Imagine Dragons, The Prodigy, Mikolas Josef and Ofenbach are the most prominent ones when I look at my music folder, but my music taste is pretty difficult to pinpoint down to just artists as I usually have just a few songs from different interprets, sometimes only one or so... I love 80s/90s music, I love modern music, I could listen to almost anything as long as the melody or text fits me, be it metal, rock, pop or whatever 😊

Favourite sports team: I don't have one, I'm not really a fan of sports on TV (even though I do sometimes root for 🇨🇿 hockey team when it's some super important world match 😅 My dad watches it and I caught myself watching and being happy when they won 😅 but that's like once in a few years)

What am I wearing right now: Oversized comfy home blue T-shirt with the text 'Average dog is still better than most of the humans', it was a gift from my mom and it expresses myself very accurately 😃 I sometimes sleep in it too 😅; strangely patterned grey ugly but very comfy sweatpants with pockets and comfy white fluffy hand-made socks because I'm cold as hell (I usually hate wearing socks at home but the cold was more unpleasant than my discomfort with socks 😅) and also compressive stocking on one leg as I'm recovering from a surgery of varicose veins I undergone 1,5 months ago 😃 And seeing how I listed literary everything I have on very detailed, I have to add I have panties on too 😂😂😂😂

Dream vacation: Universe, I wish I could see this beautiful planet from the space with my own eyes ❤️ That's truly one vacation where I'm sure I will never get, so it's truly a dream one. From the real ones here on Earth it's Japan as number one and then pretty much way too many places to list them here as there is so much beauty to see and so little time to make it everywhere with my possibilities. I keep visiting Japan as one of my goals in life.

Dream car: Don't have one, I prefer to be the passenger so I can listen to music and daydream to my heart's content, that's what I love the most about traveling especially if it's long distances 😊

Favourite food: Food. 😂 Hard to list, I'm very picky but also very fond of food, I would be definitely a Gluttony from the 7 deadly sins 😃 I have to eat almost always something even if I'm not hungry 😃 I just love food. But to pick something: Pizza and Raffaello sweats are among my 🔝 probably 🤤 Also I'm more fond of salty food than sweat ones but I need them both to follow each other closely during the whole day XD

Drink of choice: I live everyday on camomile teas, drinking several of them during the course of day in my favourite 0,5l mug 😂 Other than that I enjoy water alone, herb teas in general, Coke and protein drinks. Wine is my special pleasure drink but only within a close company, I almost never drink alone as I'm not able to drink too much by myself and I would feel super sorry to waste the rest of the bottle away.

Languages: Czech, English (even though my grammar is not at all great, I make a lot of mistakes and I'm too afraid to talk in it now because my spelling abilities sucks - I don't have much opportunities to talk with someone, still I'm loving the language deeply and often even think in it), I tried to learn Japanese and German, but I always gave up... it really bugs me a lot, but it's not like I'm making any effort to change it 😅

Instruments: I used to play the guitar as a kid and I always wanted to play the piano, but I was too lazy to maintain it or start with it. So I can't play anything anymore now. Also just btw my singing abilities are non-existant too (not that it would stop me anyway when my favourite song is on the radio 😂)

Celebrity crushes: Asagi is probably the only real one I seriously fell in love with. Tom Hiddleston, Ryan Reynolds, Keanu Reeves, Adam Driver and Tom Ellis are my crushes ❤️ But since my childhood I was always aiming mainly on fictional characters (when I was a kid it was Sonic the hedgehog 😂). My biggest, longest and deepest love interests/obsessions/ were Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho, Hao Asakura from Shaman King, Deidara from Naruto and L Lawliet and Near from Death Note. These keep my heart content since the first time I got to know them and I've never grown tired of them. Recently I returned my full focus mainly on L Lawliet (I always focus on one of them at time) and more or less on Near at the same time and for the past month I've been constantly loosing sleep and all my free time over scrolling on Tumblr for interesting headcanons, trivia, facts and stuff on them, re-reading manga, re-watching anime over and over again ❤️ I just can't satisfy my hunger for information on them now... No regrets tbh 😅❤️

Random fact: I used to do belly dance in a local known dance group for more than 10 years, but the older I got the more my introverted self couldn't handle the stress of performing in front of people, so I quit. I still love dancing to no end, but now I only dance occasionally in clubs hidden among lots of other ppl with my close friends around me. (I would never go and dance alone even if I was totally drunk, I'm super self-conscious 24/7)
