You felt yourself begin to stir the feeling of the sun engulfing your figure that wasn’t covered by the duvet of your bed gave you a welcoming invite to blink the sleep from your eyes but you were quickly met with admiring brown eyes staring back at you

“Well good morning” You softly smiled voice soft and raspy from sleep as you stared at the rich skinned boy in front of you immediately throwing an arm over his slim waist you often teased him with your compliments it made his face hot and he was often bashful when you said the things you did especially about his toned stomach

You leaned down on Popes chest your bottom half still resting on his lap as you prepped small fluttering kisses on his neck traveling to his jaw as his warm hands traveled over your hips and lower back

“Come on Goldie” You couldn’t conceal the smile from your face while the dark skinned boy under you opened his arm out to take the blonde in and JJs ears perked up at the familiar nickname not wasting a second to crash into Popes side as he playfully groaned before kissing his temple

You sprawled out on top of them both with a over exaggerated sigh as the both chuckled before pressing a kiss to the corners of blondes mouth as he lied there in content letting you continue your acts of assault kisses to his face as you did Pope

“I think we should just stay in, hell we can put John B on hold for a day” The pale spoke up breaking the peaceful silence that fell over you all after you had settled and you hummed in agreement while Pope turned to scoop you both up in his arms a sigh that leaving the bed soon was very unlikely

was thinking about jjpope the other day and i haven’t even watched obx3 but after hearing other people talk about the absolute character/friendship assassination that occurred i don’t think i ever will and it just makes me so sad

like it’s one thing for all the straight people in the fandom to make fun of us for “making a gay ship out of thin air” and shit but there was so much potential… the DRAMA that could have went down…. it would have been magnificent for the romantic plot and also for representation but the show runners didn’t give a shit they just wanted to pander to the j*aras (no hate to the ship but some of the fans were so awful). i’m not surprised just disappointed etc homophobia etc

S1 - MIDSUMMERS!!

The build up to that moment alone is phenomenal but the reunion moment between the boys was my personal heartstopper.

Pope hadn’t seen JJ since he was taken away in handcuffs and after hours (or a day idrk) he sees JJ beaten and bruised in a more formal outfit. Grabs him from whatever he’s doing and nearly tackles him in a bear hug. Which JJ reciprocates, gives him a kiss on the cheek, AND says I love you?!

AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON WHEN JJ GRABBED POPE’S FACE TO GET HIM TO STOP TALKING 😭😭

“For once in your life, trust someone else.”

I want that tatted on my forehead frfr🥹

The lighting, the emotion, the acting, the EVERYTHING.

Truly once of the best moments in JJPOPE history 👏🏾

S2- this is hard cuz there are so many good moments.

But the first one to come to mind is JJ reminding Kie of how perfect Pope is.

JJ is the poguest of the pogues so being called a pogue from him is BIG.

He basically said Pope’s the definition of a pogue and since Pope’s amazing then being a pogue is amazing. (Kie was struggling with choosing if she was a kook or a pogue and JJ somehow made the convo about Pope and how great he is lol)

Then later in the night when they were going to bed, Kie kissed Pope on the cheek and JJ had a hurt reaction on his face and turned his back to the scene. (I remember on my first watch of OBX, That was the first time I noticed JJ giving such a visual jealous reaction!!)

And I just want to say, that JJ reacted that way because he’s jealous of Kie not Pope!!(I made an entire post about it on my jjclopelover acc that I use to obsess over OBX and mostly JJPope)

S3- now how S2 was hard bcuz there were too many…S3 is hard cuz of the opposite.

But I pick the moment when the pogues go on the cross heist.

JJ said he would go to prison again for Pope.

And Pope had thought JJ died and once he saw that he didn’t, he gave him another bear hug that nearly knocks the breath out of him.

(slight parallels to midsummers might I add. JJ with going to prison for Pope and Pope thinking that JJ is deeply injured or dead and tackling him with a hug)
