Do you think in predominately ghoul populated societies that barely have any interaction with humans (like Underworld for instance), that they've probably got their own little kind of culture going on? Or that maybe ghouls in general inherently develop these little social quirks in relation to how mutations have changed them that makes them stand out differently from humans, and not just in a physical way?
Maybe some ghouls even have their own standards of beauty for what they consider attractive amongst their kind (or just in general). Maybe deeper scars are considered more attractive in ghoul societies because it makes them look less human.
#I mean obviously they do but I mean in a more vast and in your face sense#There's a few bits of dialogue in FO3/New Vegas that would allude to this being the case#the later games don't really make normal ghouls too 'distinctive' from humans in that regard#I love ghouls.
