SPEAKING OF Smashy Smashy Robot Dinosaur, this is my second playthrough and look, I really love it, its a lot of fun, but oh my god the characterisation has me pulling my hair out

#i have SO MANY QUESTIONS #I love Aloy but she feels like a modern person put into this weird scifi future world #not a person OF that world #WHY IS SHE SO CYNICAL #i can understand being :/ about the Nora and the Matriarchs because of their nonsense laws #but the rest just doesnt make sense!!#Rost seemed like a fairly devout bloke who believed in what the Nora believes so why is Aloy so cynical #immediately like 'lol no thats a door' HOW DO YOU KNOW #HOW DO YOU KNOW THIS #i do love reading her as a giant lesbian (or an ace lesbian) who is BAFFLED by all these men hitting on her tho
