Tecate and Manzana headshots! I changed some stuff around and honestly? I think they look a little better! Mainly Manzana because she looked way to close to Mugman lol

Tecate:

Man's has both Cuphead styled eyes and big ass clown nose. Why? Because honestly he didn't look right with a smaller noses and normal eyes. Trust me, I tried to make it work. Plus it helped with Manzana's design tbh.

I did some research and found out that apparently, shot glasses here are sometimes made from clay and carry handles! However, Tecate wasn't born with a handle, Manzana actually got one as a marriage gift for him!

I forgot to draw it in, but Tecate does have a crack running down the left side of his face, dunno how I forget to keep drawing that lmao

Manzana:

Like Tecate, i found out that some mugs/cups do come with lids and spoons (I'm assuming it's specifically for coffee or tea—)! So, Manzana has a lid that keeps her drink's temperature consistent and the spoon is..well just there lol

Since she's supposed to be a mug, she already has a handle, but Tecate didn't want the debt of being given a handle unpaid so he bought Manzana a handle ring. It was a few months after their marriage though since he doesn't have much money despite his job paying well 🗿

She's now a lilac purple instead of green because that didn't make sense since Cuphead and Mugman are blue and red.

She also has powers now! I'll explain more when she finally gets a colored ref—

1. Which labels do you use?

Queer/gay, nonbinary/trans and ace. It depends on who I am talking to, with other people from the community I tend to be more specific cuz they get it, if that makes sense, whereas if I am talking to people who aren't as educated on these topics it depends on what is more safe/simpler for me at the time. I guess I don't care as much about specifying when not needed, like when talking to a colleague who isn't a big/important part of my life

6. (If you're out) do you wish you came out sooner? Later? Or was it the right time?

Umm I don't have just one singular moment in life where I came out to everyone so this is a bit more complicated to answer. To friends and such I came out as soon as I understood myself, which is just fine. I wish I came out sooner to my siblings, but also wish I came out later to my parents because of how that all played out. And I wish I came out at all to teachers in high school cuz it would be much simpler for me.

25. What queer discourse frustrates you the most?

I don't really look into discourses and luckily such things don't tend to come across my dash nor irl so I am not as aware on what sorta things go down besides people being shitheads to ace, bi and trans people. But just in general I find infighting in the community the most stupid shit one could possibly do, you ain't gonna get brownie points from homophobes and transphobes for that, I assure you. Homophobes hate us all the same and if anyone agrees with transphobes idk how they can call themselves a part of the community that trans people helped build and protect
