Reading about just how awful Oscar Wilde’s death was kinda fucked me up ngl
#I knew his health got fucked up in prison#but I thought he simply died early of like… idk normal Tired Heart Giving Up#not the most horrific ear infection I’ve ever heard of#like I KNOW the body does stuff when it’s dying/dies#but STILL#the death rattle and fluids spilling out of the ears nose and mouth is a lot#I just feel bad for Robbie Ross he was with him to the bitter end#oscar wilde
