There's that feeling again.

Your heart rate picking up, muscles tensing, adrenaline urging you to find somewhere to run, a quiet corner to lurk until those eyes you feel on the back of your neck have turned away...

You're surrounded by people, but even the crowd isn't enough to hide you.

For so many years, you hadn't been noticed at all. An unsaved seat, a forgotten name, a dull, drooping wallflower with nowhere to root. Ignored and undesired, nothing more than a piece of furniture in everyone else's lives.

You had long come to accept that it's just how things are, even here.

You nearly jump. For a moment, you're tempted to look around the vacant corridor for someone hiding in the shadows, because, surely, that voice isn't addressing you.

The boy at the other end of the hall tilts his head. "Ah, do not be frightened! I was only worried you had been swallowed by the crowd,"

You blink.

"...Me?"

"Oui," he responds, putting his hands on his hips. "You are such a tiny thing, I could not let any harm befall you under my watch."

There's something rather unsettling about his gaze. Familiar, even.

"Tiny?" you scoff at the description. "...Who are you, anyway?"

His smile is just as uneasy. Too eager, you think. "Je suis désolée, how rude, I have not introduced myself yet. Where are my manners?" he scolds himself, taking a step forward.

"Rook Hunt."

No, not familiar at all. You've never seen this man in your life, even if there's something about his gaze that strikes a chord with you.

You give your name in return, to which he hums.

"You are quite the interesting creature, you know."

Creature? You give him a sour look, and he chuckles.

"I mean it in the loveliest way. Like a flower which takes a century to bloom, or a comet one might see but once in their lifetime,"

Full of surprises. You instinctively lean back, further away from those piercing eyes.

He hums again, eyes shining with amusement. "Ah, ah, have I embarrassed you? My apologies,"

"I'm fine," you lie, and leave it at that. You can't seem to come up with a good excuse, and your face feels warm.

Rook tuts, circling around you like a predator surveying its prey.

"...There is no shame in being flattered, chérie. Though I would gladly embarrass you all day just to see that lovely look on your face again,"

You watch him carefully, though avoid eye contact as he stops, eventually, standing in front of you again with a little smile.

"It is a shame you hide yourself, even now. Your beauty should be appreciated," he says. "...Though, I admit, I find the idea of keeping it all to myself rather tempting."

He's going to give you a heart attack, you think. You can feel the embarrassment swelling in your chest, making your heart beat a little faster and averting your gaze to the ground.

He chuckles. "You're a shy little thing, aren't you?"

"I..." you cough awkwardly, eyes fixed on the floor tiles. "...Don't get complimented often."

Rook places a hand over his heart, as if offended by the very thought. "Non? What a cruel world we live in, where such beauty goes unnoticed! The very notion wounds me!"

Appearing in hell, you quickly rose in status and became an Overlord, collecting your fair share of souls and have a good amount of territory. You didn’t want a huge territory, not wanting to deal with so many sinners that like to cause chaos.

You were content with what you had and you liked it that way. Your territory was one of the more peaceful sides of the pentagram, the souls you owned weren’t tortured or murdered, you made deals for souls to help the sinners but you owned their souls in case they wanted to cause harm to your territory. You had a “border” with the Overlord Rosie and you got easily aquaintanced and had no issue with each other at all! You would gossip about the recent events happening in your territories and you just got along since you met and had each others back.

You were recently invited to an Overlord meeting and to say you were nervous was an understatement. You came over to Rosie a few hours back and you were a nervous wreck, coming up with every possible bad scenario in your head. “Oh come on dearie, it won’t be that bad! Plus it will be a good time to finally introduce yourself and show you deserve that Overlord title.” She says with her kind smile and boops your nose, placing a cup of tea in front of you to calm your nerves.

You nod and sip on your tea, careful not to burn your tongue. “I know Rosie but what if i embarrass myself? I’ll be a huge joke to the others.” You say and groan, your leg shaking as if a thousand bolts just shocked your leg. Rosie chuckles at your nervous state, placing a comforting hand on your shoulder and looks down at you; “Don’t think too much about it okay? I’ll be there if anything happens and no one will dare try laugh at you when it’s me you’re coming with.” She smiles at you and goes to prepare herself for the meeting. You sit there and drink your tea, thinking about the stories and myths about the other Overlords you’ve heard. Yes, you were a feared Overlord as well, but you weren’t exactly feared so much that a person would rather light themself ablaze then walk anywhere near you! You look at the clock, you had about 45 minutes to get there, you stood up, having already finishing your tea and look in the mirror Rosie had in her back room. You looked presentable enough in your perspective, but was it enough for the other overlords?

You shake the negative thoughts out of your mind and head out of the shop, waiting patiently for Rosie to arrive. She ushers the rest of the people that were left inside and locks it behind her since there still were some untrustworthy people in her territory. You link your arms and walk together, chatting and gossiping about anything that came to mind. You arrive at the building where you were supposed to meet up with the other Overlords and go up an elevator, walking down a hall and walk through big doors and enter a room with a long table. There were already some Overlords there, chatting and laughing together when all of a sudden all eyes were on you.

Even though you were a nervous wreck before you managed to keep your composure and have a neutral expression on your face. You sit down next to Rosie and look at the clock, you still had about 10 minutes before the meeting starts so you chat with Rosie and another Overlord you found out was named Alastor. You found them both similar and smiled at the two interacting. “They really are good friends aren’t they?” You think to yourself and let the two chat, your eyes wandering around the room, studying the other Overlords, one specifically standing out. He had a black coat with spiderweb details on the inside of the coat,a black hat, and a spider-like “bow tie”. He had green eyes and was sipping on some tea and speaking to Carmilla Carmine, another Overlord that has been quiet friendly during your time as an overlord. One last overlord enters the room and the meeting starts, though you didn’t really pay attention to the endless blabbering even when Rosie tapped your shoulder to make you pay attention, you just couldn’t focus. You thought about the green eyed demon and wondered what time-line he was from. He spoke a bit at the start of the meeting and his english wasn’t like english most people use now, it was shakespearean english, which was more used in the 1500s. “What an interesting time.” You think to yourself and pay attention for the rest of the meeting, sneaking glances at the man.

After the meeting finally ended you were free to chat and leave whenever you liked. A girl with doll-like features left without a second thought, some overlords following behind but you, Rosie and Alastor and a few others, including the Overlord you’ve been wondering about the whole meeting; “Dear I couldn’t help but notice you looking at Zestial over there for the whole meeting! I truly wonder why?” Alastor radio voice echoed through the room and your face goes red, you hush the old Overlord and see that we’ve peaked the green eyed Overlords interest.

You glare at Alastor and calm yourself when you hear the man speak up; “I couldn’t help but notice i’ve been mention'd in thy conversation, may i joineth in on thy dram chat?” He asks, sitting down next to you and places his tea down, eyeing you closely. “What might thy name beest?” He asks and you stutter; “Oh um, my name? It’s Y/N more commonly known as (your overlord name)” He takes your hand and places a chaste kiss on the back of it and smile’s thinly. “'Tis quite a pretty name for a pretty lady such as thyself.” Rosie and Alastor share glances and smile, standing up and leaving you two alone to chat.

You smile at the Overlord next to you, blushing at his compliment. He offers you a hand and you take it. He leads you out of the building and to his territory, Zestial looks down at you and asks with a hint of curiosity im his tone; “And thou art what? A new overlord? Art thou quite aware of the challenges and expectations of thy role?” He raises a brow and leads you to coffee shop you haven’t really seen around the pentagram. People stare, some leaving instantly because they didn’t want to be in the presence of two strong Overlords. He sits down in the corner of the room and orders some tea for the both of you. “Oh I figured it would be best if I had some power so I wouldn’t get bothered as much. Yes it is quite a big responsibility but I manage, I have a smaller territory than most so it’s slightly less pressuring.” You say and smile, placing your hands in your lap, your thumb tracing the spot he kissed. He nods and puts down his tea; “I see. 'Tis a rather good situation for thee. I hope this peaceful state shall continue, but we never know if Heaven comes marching to our door. If that does come to pass, will thou be ready?”

“Oh no need to worry, I didn’t become an overlord for nothing. I am powerful myself but i’m not sure if I am powerful enough to beat the exorcists.” You say truthfully and finish drinking your tea. He nods and finishes his own tea, placing his hands on the table. “'Tis good to see thou art trying. But do not let thy guard down no matter what. Even with little territory, thou art still at risk of some danger. Be wary, okay?” You nod and smile softly at the Overlord. You were glad he was “looking out for you” even if he wasn’t he at least gave a slight warning. “Thank you Zestial, you’re too kind.” You say as you both walk out of the coffee shop and just walk around the outskirts of hell. You walk in comfortable silence when suddenly a question pops up in your head.

Zestial just observes the scenery around him, something you noticed he did often. His gaze wanders to your curious one and raises a brow; “Didst thou wish to ask me something?” Your eyes widen slightly and you look away, your face feeling hot. You stutter out a quick question; “I.. I was wondering if you know anything about the overlords before me? The ones i’ve killed?” You say and look back at him, mentally face palming and look at him hoping for a response.

“I am well aware of the previous overlords, of which thou murdered. However, 'tis not a matter that one should dwell on.” He says and stops dead in his tracks and look down at you with a darkened expression. “Their deaths were deserved. Now, why do tha wish to discuss such matters with me?” You panic slightly and stutter out a response, stumbling over your words. “Oh I was just curious. I wanted to know a bit more about them, but I won’t push the subject anymore.” You say and bow your head slightly as a sign that you’re sorry. You look back up and him and see Zestial smiling; “If 't be true their deaths haunt thy mind, thee should ingnore that and move on. Those gents were unworthy of the position of overlord, and thee were worthy enough to taketh their lodging.” He says and puts a hand on your shoulder, squeezing it comfortingly.

“I couldn’t bethink of having a better Overlord at mine own side at this moment” He says and takes your hand, kissing it gently and dissapears into the shadows of the night, leaving you stunned and love sick in the middle of hells streets.

Time flew by as it was already lunchtime for the students at Night Raven College. Two young men made their way to a closed space outside. Usually, they both eat at the cafeteria with the rest of their friends, but Trey wanted to study an upcoming exam and Cater could always use some help with his homework's.

As Trey was explaining something to Cater, the ginger suddenly sighed loudly. " You lost me Trey, I don't understand a single thing of what you said.. ". Trey looked at his friend dumbfounded. Cater changed position into a more relaxed one and pulled his cellphone out. He took a photo of the green head man who had a disappointed expression on his face. " And click! ' Boring study session with the school drunk Trey! '. ". He giggled to himself while reading his caption out loud. Though, Trey wasn't pleased with Cater's description of him. " That was really unnecessary. ". The teenager didn't seem to care about his friend words, he just suddenly gasped had what was on his screen.

As the phone was almost smashed into the young bakers face, Cater excitedly started rambling. " OMG, I cant believe I forgot to tell you about this! A new bakery opened in downtown not long ago and I tried some of their sweets. " Trey finally had a better view of the photo and saw a really well decorated café with many cute pastry's. He couldn't disagree, the bakery was actually really fascinating and he couldn't doubt his friend on his statement of the food quality.

The last class of the day came to an end and the green haired man started to make his way downtown. You tried to make a composed expression as you respond to the stranger. " Ohh.. Glad to hear that the rumors aren't bad! ... Well in that case, would you like to try something? ". You gestured to the several pastries further away on the counter. " After all, that's what I came here for. ". He responded with a mocking tone. Yea, something is definitely up. " Let me select you so of my best rated cooking ".

As you selected some of your sweets, you took a quick glance at the boy. He may be handsome but he sure is acting like a bitch. Who does he think he is, acting like is all above, mocking me and all ARGH. Your mind continued to drift off in the insults until you place the plate full of pastries, almost violently, in front of the boy.

Not a second after your action, he bents down close to the plate and , analyze it, well kind of? This time, he really catch you off guards.. " Um.. Is something wrong ehh.. ". He didn't even let you finish your sentence. " Trey, my names Trey and no, everything's alright. ". He said so as he came back to his previous position. He took his plate and stormed off to one of your tables. He's so weird..

You gave Trey some time to eat his selected meal and continued to clean the café. You watched over where he was and couldnt stop to wonder why was he acting this way towards you. As you cleaned a spatula, you decided to go and serve him.

" Would you like anything else Mister Trey? ". You literally forced a smile just so no suspicions was drawn towards you. As he took the last bite of the single sweet, he looked up to you. " I'm fine.. ". He took a moment before asking something. " Your pastries are.. really enjoyable, I've never ate something like this. Could you please tell me who's the owner? ". He looked like he wanted to say something else other than enjoyable, that bastard doesn't want admit that your cooking is good. " I'm the owner, Y/N L/N. Why you wanna know? ". He shifted his aura to a psychotic one, almost. Now, you've had enough, this man needs to be put back in is place! " Pardon?! Ill take your customers and make them mine, you insolent! ".

" Oh really, I think its gonna be the other way around, be careful with your words young lady or youll end up sulking over them. ". He brushed your shoulder as he walked towards the entry. " Prepare for your downfall. Well then, see you soon Y/N. ". He empathized his last word and walked out the door, living you fuming in the middle of your bakery. Oh boy, he fell on your bad side and there's no turning back now. This is war.

BUT anyway it is KILLING me to consistently pull 10 / 11 hr days. and after a full 40 hrs im still not done all my admin work AND IM RESPONSIBLE FOR THREE OTHER FACILITIES and all of their admin work. its not HARD work which makes it so much more incredibly frustrating. it’s just tedious and there’s a lot of it. for the most part i can’t ask for help with my work, more and more new pts are scheduling which only means i have to cram them in the schedule somewhere. and its so totally nothing against pts. We straight up just don’t have enough employees and corporate will not hire any more. and while my job isn’t to treat pts I end up having to help the providers with like “not treatment stuff” (cleaning up after them) instead of being able to do MY WORK!!!!!!! I end up working through my lunch break bc that is sometimes the ONLY time i can SIT in front of my computer instead of being pulled in diff directions. i have adhd and it’s ALREADY a little challenging to stay on track so when it’s an external thing that is literally pulling me away from my work i want to rip my hair out. I’ve cried over this job so so many times bc healthcare is so unfair and they will take advantage of you. and underpay you <3 AND NOT PAY YOU FOR OVERTIME HOURS AND WILL INSTEAD SAY THEYRE ADDING USEABLE PTO HOURS which feels so so illegal but they know every single loophole that will save them money. and quite literally three people (including myself) work here so taking any pto is virtually impossible 😝

I didn’t have any work clothes at the start, it’s so silly I remember crying when he made me throw out my old wardrobe! But none of it was suitable for a young professional. It was all heels and booty short, and band shirts. Now I can’t imagine being seen in anything less than my turtleneck, long skirt, hose and loafers. Modest sensible clothing for a proper young lady. Men hardly even look at me anymore! I’m all his.

The distracting blonde hair is gone too thank goodness. The pills have given me a proper h head of dull black hair. It’s delightful, especially once my boyfriend started cutting it himself. He says my old hair dresser was trying to make me took sexy *Shivers* she he started giving me bowl cuts. 🥰 They’re so bland and unattractive!

Obviously my tattoo’s all faded away. So the free removal was nice, not that anyone sees my skin anyway. But I like not having those reminders there.

Unfortunately my breasts are still big and fake. Supposedly they’d shrink if they were real, but I just had to be a slut! So I’m stuck with these awful reminders. I try to bury them under my clothes when I can, so no one will be distracted by how gross they are. I hate them and my boyfriend helps me punish myself for having them a lot. You know by tying them up, and slapping them, tugging on the rings. They’re dirty!

So as you can see it’s been an amazing journey! I know Normal pills get a lot of bad rep for surpressing you libido but it’s just not true. We just won’t sleep with strangers. Trust me the sex with my boyfriend has been phenomenal! I come home very day from work soaking! Gosh I shouldn’t say that on here but my boyfriend wants me to be honest. So yeah, after I’m done folding laundry I’m about ready to burst! So sex drive isn’t a problem!

So yeah! That’s my story, and I’m proud of it! I recommend every try normal pills if they can. I’ve never felt better, I’ve never felt more NORMAL!”

ok so in philly i was second row center and anthony held my hand at one point and the venue was such that there was no barricade or anything and there wasnt any lighting system either cause it was a church basement, the house lights were off but the lights were on on stage so you could see the band and so those of us in the front were just really exposed like everyone on stage and all of their family members side stage could just SEE US. cringe. im in so many pictures.

but basically after the show i was waiting outside the bathroom for my friends and anthony walked out of a doorway directly next to where i was standing with his daughter and just walked out to the venue like the room where the show happened, this is a REALLY small venue there is only one entrance/exit both for fans and band/crew. and im not even like an anthony stan but yes i have been kind of seduced and charmed by him so i was like omg...anthony green. but i didnt say anything. we went out to the main room after everyone was done in the bathroom and i was talking to some friends of mine in the merch line and he was again standing right there talking to whoever was selling the merch but he was with his daughter so i felt weird saying anything plus there was a ton of people around.

but THEN after that as i was finally leaving i was like walking out and there was a guy handing out fliers for future shows there and i was like 'im not from here' and he was like 'but you came to this one' sDFLSKDFS and i was like walking out but i turned back to look at the guy and i was like 'lol yea thats true!' and when i turned around to start going up the stairs anthony was just standing there. and i was like 😳 😏 'oh....hiiiii' sDFLISJGKSJDF and basically he just said hi and thanked me for singing along he was like 'i saw you all night' and i was like 'thank you!' and that was it we both started walking in our opposite directions cause he was going back into the venue and i was leaving and my friend goes 'HE WANTS YOU' like. and then in boston i was front row and center stage and every single crowdsurfer came directly over my head and at one point he came down to eye level with me and was like ARE YOU OKAY and i was like yea im fine but the funniest part of the show was when he was standing right in front of me and literally. literally he was straddling my head because the stage came up to my chest and my head basically came up to his crotch and he had one leg on each side of me and im sorry but i was just LAUGHING i was cracking up i couldnt stop it was soooo funny. anthony green straddling my head. and also he was like dragging the mic cord across my face every time he was in front of me i cant

Omg I was in a kind of situationship too 😭 it was around a year ago. Him and I were friends from fifth grade, and he was one of my first male friends. I had a crush on him back then but I never told him that. and he had surprisingly confessed that he too had a crush on me. But I still didn't tell him cuz I was too afraid and we were just too young for this shit lol.

However the next year I broke things off with my friend group and since he was also good friends with them, I thought he probably wouldn't want to talk to me anymore. So I decided to stay away from him from then onwards. And then covid happened too, which made it impossible to have any communication in person.

Fast forward to a few years later, he reached out to me on Instagram and we started chatting day and night about so many things. We cleared up misunderstandings like I thought he didn't want to do anything with me anymore and he thought my mom (a teacher in our school lol) forbade me from talking to him. He also started low-key flirting with me, complimenting here and there and saying corny shit 😂. However, a few months later his responses started getting dry and would keep me on sent for a long time. I didn't realize I was literally embarrassing myself by texting even after he once kept me unseen for days. He gradually ghosted me like that and a couple of months later unfollowed me.

Now he claims in front of his friend (that friend is my friend too) that he was just playing around and thought I got the hint. and it's totally normal to be a virgin at your age! i actually have several friends that are 25+ and are virgins, for multiple reasons and all of them are valid. and i definitely understand being more comfortable reading about sex than having sex. they're two completely different things!

but yes of course! the main thing for me is communication. my partner needs to be comfortable with feedback and communication, which seems like it might be a given, but there are many people that aren't secure enough to be communicated with during sex, which is not okay. someone should be secure enough to understand and follow communication and boundaries and the minute they don't, it's okay to stop. you don't owe them anything of course!
