Cree’s most valued quality is her athletic prowess, so the second she becomes caramelized i imagine she becomes a teen girl version of Numbuh 13 lol. her caramel is the kind of spicy that leaves your nose burning. for Maurice, i think he would lose his determination, becoming someone lazy and apathetic. his caramel is very classical, the kind of flavor you can always rely on. Chad is a bit egotistical, and he truly does think he’s The Best, so maybe he would lose his self confidence? his caramel is buttery but delicate. Stacey’s whole world revolves around her social status, so i think she would lose her “popularity,” becoming some kind of outcast. as you chew her caramel, you can’t quite pin down it’s taste. it’s like it changes every bite. for the twins, Justin loses his free spirit, and Chuckie loses his warmth. caramelized Justin refuses to do anything he isn’t explicitly told, and Chuckie is cut-throat and cruel. Justin’s caramel is smokey and rich. Chuckie’s sweet caramel melts in your mouth.

Aaaahhh this is such a good question!!

Laura - I see Laura as a spring girly. She grew up obsessed with animals, and this is when most all the new baby birds, rabbits, etc. appeared. Her favourite flowers are spring flowers as well, like tulips and lilacs.

Max - He loves fall! It's not too hot, not too cold, I can see him loving pumpkin spice lattes and Halloween. Max loves to go for walks and look at the leaves changing colour with Laura.

Ryan - I see Ryan also enjoying fall. He has 10 variations of the same 1 outfit, which works much better in the fall than any other time of year. His favourite podcast puts out extra content closer to Halloween, and he loves dressing up with his sister and taking her trick-or-treating. Fall also brings back routine with school, which is good for our boy.

Dylan - I can see him really appreciating winter, which is a controversial choice. He would nerd out over snowflakes when he was little, and he still loves going to see Christmas lights with his mom. Dylan prefers to be cold so he can bury himself in 10 blankets and Ryan's sweaters, which is much easier in winter.

Emma - Summer and Emma go hand in hand. She loves going to the beach, swimming, and late nights by the fire. Sure, summer gives her tons of content to film, but she truly enjoys the heat and the long days. I can see her have seasonal affective disorder so she dreads fall and winter.

Jacob - Jacob also loves summer. He plays outdoor soccer, football, and field lacrosse during the summer months, and he loves going to the outdoor music festivals held every year where he lives. Jacob isn't the most studious when we meet him, so I think he also appreciates not having to do school work during the summer.

Abi - Spring is a time of change, new beginnings, and new growth, which I think would be very inspiring to Abi. She would spend a bit of time each day photographing the new flowers in bloom for her to sketch later. She also loves going to the local park to watch all the new ducklings grow up.

Nick - I think Nick also loves spring and summer. He surfs and plays soccer, which is easier to do when it's warmer. He's indecisive though, so he can't pick a true favourite between the two.

Kaitlyn - Kaitlyn will say she doesn't have a favourite season, but she has a soft spot for winter. Her birthday is in December, she likes watching women's hockey, and she gets to break out her favourite scarf when it heys cold - one a friend knit for her as a birthday present when she was 14.

okay well so the walkie talkie one is based on this random night I couldn’t sleep and started just typing out dialogue between mike and Will just talking to each other at night on the walkie talkie.

It’s like a post vecna and apocalypse story of Mike and Will navigating their relationship and learning how to communicate again (addressing all that happened). I just really wanted like a late night calls by byler version and walkie talkies are their thing so :,) thought it would be cute. There’s something so intimate about talking to (or texting) someone on the phone at night idk

This one actually has a snippet so- (I cut out some of the descriptions because the dialogue is my favourite ngl)

“Will?” Mike’s voice peered into the walkie-talkie. It was a bit choppy, so Will raised the antenna further up, pushing the radio against his cheek. Mike sounded a bit tired.

“Sorry– did I wake you?” Will wanted to hit his own head at this point. “I’m sorry.”

“No– no you didn’t. Don’t worry. Over.” Mike paused. There were sounds of shuffling for a second before Will continued.

“Okay…that’s good to hear.” He didn’t really believe Mike.

“Y'know you should really end your sentences with ‘Over.’ Over.”

“Oh my god– Are you still on that?” Will laughed, repositioning himself on his bed.

“Yes I’m ‘still on that!’” Mike yelled. “It’s an important rule that you have to follow. How else am I going to know when you’re done talking? Over.”

“Because that’s when I stop talking…?” Will knitted his eyebrows, fully aware Mike couldn’t see.

“Yeah but you could be doing a dramatic pause or something– I don’t know! I can’t read minds Will.” He paused. “Over.”

“Okay, okay you win. I concede…Over.”

“Thank you…Over.”

“Are you happy now?”

“Very.”

“You didn’t say over.”

“Okay well fuck you–”

Okay and the Elmike one is very much still in concept but I have the outline done!

It’s basically the exploration of their breakup. I really wanted to like do a deep dive into their relationship and- idk i feel like there would be this sense of fear with it? Like to break up is to love each other less (because of how romantic love is seen as greater than platonic) so idk I wanted to show their fear but also I like— how being friends makes it so they can love each other better? (Also mike comes out to her MMSJSKSNSJ)

Goliath loves Agnes' commitment to her studies, he loves watching her tie up her hair and hearing her murmur as she writes. He loves how sweet Elle can be when they stop playing up the crazy butcher and lets their hair down, how thoughtful each action and word is.

Agnes loves Goliath's quiet strength, how he's willing to do anything for those he cares abt but refuses to take credit for anything kind he does. She loves when Elle leans over a counter and hands off a lollipop to a kid that's clearly nervous, loves how their front step is where the community gathers.

Elle loves their wives, how they work together, how they think of each other before they speak or take action. how they accept Elle for all their quirks, their backstory, their private struggles.

Angus and Euan see the same thing in each other: a determination to see their people taken care of and well cared for, strength in the face of adversity. an all consuming love for others, if made clear in different ways

frankly, the people whose kneejerk reaction to bisan asking for a global strike form the 21st-28th is to say that it takes years to organize a general strike are really unhelpful! no one is saying otherwise, but palestine will be a smoking crater if we all wait for years to do anything - bisan is asking us to do something now. Like are we only supposed to do something if we can do it perfectly??? At some point it’s a valid critique about the work that goes into social movement, and at another point I feel like some people are just trying to absolve themselves from not putting any effort into observing a week of economic inaction.

People have bills to pay that don’t magically go away for a strike, we don’t have nearly enough social infrastructure in place to support people to fully stop going to work for a week. But fuck, dude! Stop immediately responding in such a defeatist way! Cut out unnecessary purchases! Try to shop local! Put more effort into promoting Palestinian voices online! Attend a protest, call a local rep, do something!
