you did your best to ignore the look in people’s eyes when they saw you in the paddock. after all, what was a driver’s ex girlfriend doing here? to be fair, you didn’t even know yourself, but he asked you to come and for a reason that is still foreign to you, you said yes. because who could say no to him?

it felt weird tho, coming here alone and supporting someone else, it was weird to you. especially because your ex boyfriend was here with the girl he cheated on you with. no wonder everyone was looking at you. but you didn’t care, you knew why you were here, and charles wasn’t going to ruin this moment.

"y/n!" a familiar voice made you sigh in relief, it was your friend, lily. she greeted you with her signature smile and hugged you tightly. "i haven’t seen you in such a long time." she took a step back and you smiled at her. you loved this tiny woman so much, she was a huge support for you during the breakup and even now. "i missed you too! where is alex?" you asked, your friend’s boyfriend not in sight which was weird because these two were tied at the hip. "doing interviews with logan. but let’s not talk about boys, how are you?" you two linked arms and walked through the paddock. "i’m fine actually, it’s weird but i think i’m moving on." you smiled and looked at the sky, knowing exactly why you were moving on so quickly. "i’m happy then." she smiled back but it dropped away from her face quickly, when she saw something in your way. when you followed her gaze you chest tightened when you saw charles and his girlfriend. when she saw you she immediately jumped in charles’s arms to kiss him, which caught him off guard and annoyed him.

an arm on your shoulder finally snapped you out of it, when you looked on your right to see who suddenly appeared next to you, you saw him. and all your sorrow immediately disappeared like rain when the sun is shining.

"hi, beautiful." he said, and you couldn’t help but smile.

He successfully did that with ease, which horrified you. And boy, the venom could've killed your happy marriage, almost. Luckily it was your faithful best friend that had it, or you would've been silently tortured with regret for not knowing the truth in his hell. Fucking hell, Jake, no wonder why people say you should run from a scorpio man.

But, let's forget about the shattered past, and focus on the thriving present, you and Hoon crying in each other's embrace, saying words filled with the upmost affection and actions that displayed their yearning for each other.

'Hoon...next time, please, tell me your thoughts, hm? I want to be with you, 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓.' You desperately plead, not wanting things to go haywire again.

'Mhmm, m'sorry...' He chokes out, clearly affected by Jake's mental abuse.

It was finally back to normal, back to a loving family. You guys could finally sleep in peace, Hoon's toned body moving so elegantly. It was so fast, making up. You even questioned if it was a silly dream. Either way, you wouldn't want to go back. And you weren't EVER going to see Jake enter your life.

'Shh,' whispers Sunghoon cutely, 'let's wake up momma.'

The two loved doing that, waking you up with kisses and cuddles, before playing with each other for a short bit of time. The weather was bright and hopeful, which gave you the impression that, after a hard-fought battle, with determination, you can succeed. What a perfect day to wake up in, you could even cry.

Jin Ae crawls to you, giggling quietly and looking at her father with such amusment. She was like a piece of him, their smooth-riding relationship so wholesome. They both lean in, count themselves to three before launching their weapons of tender kisses.

'Hehe, hello my baby!!' You sleepily smiled, before welcoming the morning with your husband,

'Hello, daddy...' You smirked, knowing damn well how it gives him a dopamine and ego boost.

'Hello my pretty, beautiful, stunning baby wife...' He complimented, laying down and hugging you and Jin Ae, each on both sides of his chest.

'Ahh, my two girls, how lucky I am to have you all.' He kissed the top of your heads, 'Mine, mine, mine, mine, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞.' He said the last word like a hungry beast, but immdiately became a cute penguin, baby baekgyu. Jin Ae couldn't contol her laughter at this point, soothing sounds echoing in this haven.

'Baby,' Sunghoon started, pecking the two of you now and then, 'should we go to the park?'

Your jokes were as cringey as his, which is probably why many people were astonished by your humor.

'Which Park, your Mum, your Dad? Jay? Yeji?'

He chuckles whilst dies at your jokes,

'Babe, that was so...wow'

'You can't say much,' You said with a smug smile, 'imagine saying, "𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔 '𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒐' 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚".' You came back, knowing he will be overwhelmingly embarrased.

'BABE!! Stoppp, that was one of my worst moments in life, frick Jay.' He whined, but made sure to keep the language child-friendly, knowing Jin Ae can learn quickly.

'Haha, but yeah, we should go to the park, and let's bring Jay and Yeji!'

'Mhmm, they deserve it, AND HEESEUNG. SHOOT, I FORGOT ABOUT HIM! He was like my lifesaver.. We should probably make them gifts...' He agrees.

'I know just the thing...' You said confidently, making Sunghoon look at you, wanting for you to continue,

'FOOD!' You happily shouted, and Jin Ae copied too,

'Food!' She chortled, clapping her hands. Her and Sunghoon's cuteness broke the scales, damn...

'Heyy!! Thanks for tagging us along!' Says the three friends, excited for the payment of their therupatic actions.

'Where are we going?' Yeji asks, trying to contain the urge to just take Sunghoon's card and run off.

'Haha, we'll go to a kbbq place, Heeseung's favourite, especially.' You said, 'Oh yeah, it was Sunghoon's idea.' You grinned, because Sunghoon didn't want others to know how soft he was.

'Awww, thanks bro, come to my place anytime-' He stops, seeing your angry glare, 'OR stay with lovely Y/n right here...' He mumbles, rubbing his nape.

You guys ate like you were famished, finishing the bowl within a few minutes, but the food was definitely worth the hype.

'You know what, I feel like this is a bribe, BUT I'M ALL FOR IT.' Yeji proclaimed, earning a laugh from everyone.

'Y/niee,' starts Heeseung, doing something very unusual with his body...

'Lee Heeseung...' You said slowly with a deep tone, looking as dead as Jay is, who ends up averting his attention to Jin Ae, Yeji and Sunghoon getting stitches from laughing too hard, 'what on earth are you doing' You fake cried.

'I WAS TRYING TO DO AGEYOOOO' Wanting to be six-feet-under.

'But anyways, where we going for dessert?'

The group pondered about the various options, Jin Ae just scribbling on the piece of drawing given by the staff.

'Oh, I know, why not we go and pop over to dollywon's bakery and order from there!' You implied, knowing everyone loves going there.

'YEAH, THAT'S A GREAT IDEA! I love her bakeries' Says Yeji, scrolling on her phone to look for the menu.

'Oh yeah, Y/n, can we go to a library?' Asks Jay, 'I've been wanting to read a few poets and authors'

'Of course! Hoon, you can go to the park with Heeseung and Yeji when that happens, yeah?'

Sunghoon looks offended, 'OBVIOUSLY, I'M NOT LIKE THAT GRANDPA.'

Jay swears in korean, knowing Jin Ae isn't that knowledgeable.

'Right, let's go!!'

'Hi Reesa!!' Greets Y/n, who's happy to see her coquette friend. Y/n orders from her bakery when she's in need of something sweet, sometimes, she wants to take Reesa too.

'Hi Y/n! It's been awhile, I see we have a few costumers!' She notions to the group.

'Yep, all wanting a bite!' You chuckle, Jin Ae's motioning that she wants the chocolate muffin.

'Yup, all done! Thanks Y/n!' Says Reesa. 'Oh, and one more thing...' She takes out the chocolate muffin, 'I see mini hoon has been wanting this.' She smiles. She's so kind, no wonder why Jungwon took her as his girlfriend.

'Mmm,' hums Heeseung in delight, 'this is soooo yummy!'

The three manage to feed themselves, unlike your family. You're feeding Sunghoon like the baby he is right now, and Sunghoon's feeding the real baby. Jay takes a photo, knowing you'll want it in the picture book.

'Right,' burps Heeseung, 'let's go to the park, yeahhh?' He coos to Jin Ae.

'We'll be heading to the library, see you.'

'Y/n, what authors do you recommend? I've been quite busy lately, so I wanted to take reading just to let my imagination run wild.' Jay asks calmly, passing each shelf of books.

'I've got to say, authors like Haze, Rin, Aria, Reina, Nessa, Juila, Aeri, Rae have been taking my time, and it was worth it!' You advised, knowing how good these people are. They're like the rulers of literature, and they certaintly produce the highest-quality works.

'Ah, I have heard of them, and they're works are quite...interesting.' You realise what he meant, and squirmed in embarrassment.

'That's why there are restrictions, dummy!' You hit him, earning a sharp gasp and hiss.

'Ha, imagine if Sunghoon found out-'

'Let's just find a story to read, yeah!?' You whisper shouted, annoyed by his teasing. The Park brothers sure have something in common.

'AHH, JIN AE-AH!! GO, GO!!' cheers Heeseung.

While Jay and Y/n were purchasing books, Yeji and Jin Ae were playing tag, Jin Ae being the tagger. Sunghoon's taken many videos of the moment, wanting to keep this memory.

'We're back!!' Exclaims Y/n, hugging Sunghoon who had his arms out open for you to come.

'Haha, you missed out on some beautiful moments' chuckles Sunghoon, knowing you'll be devastated.

'What!? When..' You whine, but Sunghoon's such a romantic. He back hugs you, places his head on top of yours, intertwinned you fingers with his and says,

'Don't worry, darling. We'll make more beautiful moments, forever.'

Cursed necklace DPxDC AU

Vlad is a 24yr-old student who dies in college...in the early 1900s. Since then, he has haunted the University of Wisconsin by virtue of his his old necklace.

He likes the school- and the students like him! Since photography became accessible, students, teachers, staff, and visitors alike have been trying to get photos with him, students bribe him to help with homework (after all, he's been auditing classes for a century), mainly with cheep beer, fried cheese-related foods, and (since some kid introduced him to the Green Bay Packers), Packers memorabilia.

The students leave the game on for him, and the brave ones turn the lights off and leave a spot open for him in the hopes of seeing the Wisconsin University ghost up close and personal. (If they combine this with cheese sticks and beer, it's a near guarantee).

In general, he's a beloved figure. But then the Fentons start college there. At first, it's cool! These humans have made machines to let them listen to him (with some translation errors), they're building a portal to the GZ, which means he can have other ghosts to talk to, again, and they're fun!

Oh. Wait. They're being kicked out because they tried something unethical. Oh well! Somebody just turned on a Packers game, and he can smell the cheesesticks already.

Little does he know, the Fentons have created their prototype thermos. Until his necklace (and due to the lack of ambient ectoplasm), essentially his core is in there.

For 15. Long. Years.

Danny- not as Phantom, just Danny- finds the box and, with the curiosity of a 9-year-old opens the box. Soon, he's contaminated, despite his new buddy trying to keep him safe. And dies. Yep 9 year old Phantom.

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! See Damian was a TWIN! Bruce is, when he tracks down said twin, Very Displeased by the lack of safety measures, and takes his other biological son (and his son's sister who is only 12 rn) home with him.

Bruce does NOT know about his hitchhiker; a centuries-old vampire ghost. He also doesn't know Danny's dead. More under the cut!

Clark gets mind controlled and tries to start a fight. Tries being the operative word here, because his 9-year-old is fighting a grown Kryptonian. And winning.

Plasmius steals cheese a lot, turns TVs to Packers games, and is generally a nuisance. Constantine is called.

Constantine has a new best friend because holy shit, a real ghost who's willing to talk to him! He can get so much info!

Bruce: Can you get him out of my house? Plasmius: Where Danny goes, I go.

Danny: Hey, can I have this? *eats a blob ghost in front of everyone*. *shares half with Plasmius*

Constantine is both horrified and curious. Clark gets punted across state lines by a vampire ghost who was Not Happy his kiddo got in a fight. Jason gets therapy a la a 12-year-old girl, a 9-year-old half-dead kid, and a centuries-old ghost.

There's enough ambient ectoplasm to thrive on, so Plasmius can roam and Danny can start learning powers. Vlad starts teaching Jason on the sly too.

Danny starts talking to bats, cats, rats, and a snake Damian rescued. Damian takes him to break into zoos to see what else he can talk to. Bruce is tired.

Plasmius uses his doubles for housework purposes in exchange for cheese from Alfred. Alfred abuses this shamelessly to drag Bruce up from the cave and make him eat.

Jasmine is Aggressively Normal. To the point where they're considering therapy, but then she gets kidnapped, talks to Harley, and embraces her alter identity as The Mindflayer.

Ok fine, she admits that is a little villainous. Maybe she can be Wraith or something? "Look, it seems you guys are being a little too upset about-", " Jazmine, you turned the Joker into a vegetable." Jason: YEAH she did! C'mon, we're going to have some fun, kids!

Just- Bruce thought he was getting two kids from an abusive household. He did NOT sign up for 2 half-dead OP kids, a cheese and football-obsessed vampire ghost, and a...NO, Danny, you CANNOT keep the giant green hellhound. Damien, stop encouraging him!

HELLO???? girl where do i even start. i May have to get some thoughts out of the way so i can properly talk about this shit what the fuck. my thoughts are goddamn incoherent 😭

OKAY start of the episode. i actually really appreciate crystal and charles having a frank conversation about like. hey kissing was nice but we both have a lot of shit going on and we're neither in a place to be in a relationship rn so let's just be friends. and it's not framed as a bad decision or for drama or anything, it's the reasonable and emotionally mature choice to make and i love that so much!!

oh my god the lesbianism.... noble was not lying there was in fact lesbians!! bro i was so excited 😭 jenny and the librarian were genuinely so cute, like when they were bonding over true crime. and when they kissed i kid you not i put my fists in the air like a highschool dad watching sports i was thrilled!!! but no the librarian had to turn murderous when jenny was uncomfortable with being stalked.... devastating 😔

i will say tho they really made me watch the aro nightmare play out. someone is interested in you, gets mad when you don't return their feelings in the way they want you to, and then tries to kill you. deeply uncomfortable, but i'm happy to know jenny canonically likes women and, if she ever feels like giving romance another chance, i hope she meets someone nice and average who doesn't stalk her. best of luck queen im rooting for you whatever you decide you want

okay the case was really interesting, i like a good bit of whodunnit. it's also a fun change from the usual, where the case they're solving is unrelated to finding a killer. very fun! i like both formats, and it's fun to switch things up once in a while

i didn't expect the killer to be so sympathetic, but by the end i was really rooting for her to go unpunished. makes sense that she turned herself in since it really was an accident, but ah well whatever she chooses to best help her move on with her life!

i'm glad those two assholes went to hell at the end tho, even if it does have some fascinating implications. like, are we talking christian hell? if so, what kind? classical, or more dante's inferno with the different levels and so on? is 'hell' just a term for an afterlife of punishment for crimes committed in life? how does all that work with demons being a thing? and why does edwin go to hell for being ritually sacrificed? they said it was a mix-up, but what kind of technicality or misfiled paperwork does that? give me the afterlife lore i need to know more!!!!

i feel like i haven't talked about crystal's demon ex in a bit so let's cover that. god i really was right in my first read of him, he really is doing all this because he's desperate to stay relevant in her life. it's honestly pathetic and idk what else there is to say about that. like it sucks that such a pathetic asshole has just enough power to keep hurting crystal, and i look forward to his comeuppance whenever it should appear

okay let me explain my theory. there's the stuff i talked about in the past posts, about the scene where the cat king took charles' form (and i didn't mention it but. the bit in the same episode where edwin is just staring at charles' face distracted while charles talks? hello??) but what really cemented it for me was the hug this episode. in possibly the sweetest scene yet, edwin reassures charles that he is a good person, and charles hugs him. and just the look on edwin's face... the way he stands there almost stunned before carefully hugging back... the way after charles lets go and they start to leave edwin stands there a moment longer, with a hand pressed to his heart.... like i could be wrong but. i am seeing signs!!

and i think it's So interesting because charles has some kind of crush on crystal, even though they've agreed not to pursue anything there that doesn't mean the attraction is gone yknow? so im Really interested to see what's going to happen and where this is going

steve harrington, former rake suddenly uninterested in fooling around and disillusioned when it comes to the inane chatter of the ton. news gets out of his newfound restraint, and they collectively come to the conclusion that he's ready to marry. which means every ball/gala/gathering sees steve swarmed with debutantes dropping their fans in front of him and batting their eyelashes.

truly though, he's always been somewhat put off by marriage despite being a hardcore romantic. he loves being in love, but he's never been ready to commit to anything. maybe seeing his parents, locked into a loveless marriage, shattered his hopes of marriage. he's sort of resigned to marrying whoever they choose for him, but he's been stalling for as long as he can. this season however, they're determined to match him with a suitable debutante now that it seems like he's ready to shed his playboy image.

the buckleys and the harringtons have been neighbors and friends since childhood, and whenever steve wants to escape the attention, he always finds himself in a dark corner trading barbs with robin.

maybe lady whistledown is initially a robin-only venture, but steve catches her writing her vicious little thoughts down one day. he peeks over her shoulder and is like ? oh did xyz say hargrove was in love with her? funny she should say that considering he was just griping about how all the women of the ton are vapid cows. i doubt he's going to propose, especially since he's leaving to travel at the end of the season. or some shit like that. I CAN NOT THINK OF ANYTHING JUICY RN i just woke up spare me

steve is the one who connects them with a publisher and distributor, and their empire is established. in my heart, steve plays the role of a lovesick suitor and convinces his parents to let him marry robin because it's literally true love.

i think once they get married, they continue on publishing lady whistledown until all of their friends are off the marriage mart for two reasons: they do NOT care about anyone else, and lady whistledown has become a tool for protection when it comes to the marriage mart. alternatively, they stop once they get married bc now they have access to each other 24/7 and they're distracted with their happy little life together.

Agreed! I really hope she's being genuine. As a mom to so many young kids I'm sure she's realized just how much attention and energy each one needs to thrive, and maybe that's made her reevaluate her parents philosophy on family planning lol. I know as a newlywed she was very much a "as many kids as The Lord gives us!" kind of person.

There's a part of that video where she's talking about having kids and being afraid they won't end up Christian that almost canceled out all the good stuff she said for me, though. In my opinion, part of a child's quality of life includes having an unconditional support system, and the way she was talking about it sounded very conditional, like very JB and Michelle-esque. I could totally be wrong but it does suck to think that she would have all these kids and be completely intolerant if they decided to follow a different spiritual path in any kind of way. Or even cut them off completely just like her parents have done.

But she has grown a little bit in the spirituality area over the years, hopefully that trend continues for the sake of her family.

heidi was a character literally made to degrade debbie even more. especially with her introduction kinda being frank saying that debbie’s such a shitty person that the only person that could ever love her would be someone shittier. like, the writers REALLY tried to make us hate her in season 11 (after trying but failing to make fans like her in season 10), and i think that putting debbie with a girl like heidi is so clearly trying to make us shit on debbie, when in reality, we should be shitting on john wells because the decision to add heidi makes no sense with her character.

season 11 very much is a season that is pretty debbie-centric (as well as lip and gallavich-centric), the season not only had a lot of good debbie scenes, but it also expanded her character’s depth and showed how she really grew a lot. they shit on her a lot in that season, but there are so many episodes that are very good for debbie analysis (11x02, 11x03, 11x07, 11x08, 11x10, 11x11, 11x12) that explain her character very well. in season 11, debbie focuses on motherhood a lot. in 11x02 (which i’m making a full post about rn because i have a lot of thoughts on that episode) we see her trying to give franny the life she never had. in 11x07 and 11x08 she rants about wanting to better franny’s life and how she would never leave franny. overall, in season 11, the choices she makes are entirely based on giving franny a happy childhood, which is why she doesn’t want to move.

…so we learn all of this, we see her grow, we see her trying to give them a good life, and then she gets with heidi, a woman who will definitely leave her behind and who threatened to shoot her child in the head the first time they met each other.

and it’s not even like it’s ooc, debbie is very prone to self sabotage (we see this in pretty much every season following season 3, for example, her getting pregnant in season 6 and doing coke in season 11) and getting with a woman who she knows will hurt her even more makes sense. heidi invites debbie and franny (stop forgetting this! it was not an invitation for just debbie, so she would not just leave her kid behind, assholes) and debbie looks hesitant. she doesn’t want to go, and she also knows that this means heidi will leave her. but she stays with her, regardless, because debbie can be kind of a masochist.

here’s the reality of what will happen to debbie post-season 11 (as a self-proclaimed debbie expert): lip fails to sell the house so debbie, franny, carl, and liam keep living in it, debbie will attach to heidi, heidi will leave to texas without debbie and franny, debbie will be in a funk for a bit but will pick herself up, debbie does everything will thrive- the end! she wouldn’t leave to go to texas, she clearly didn’t want to especially after spending an entire season begging lip not to sell the house. she wants a life for she and franny in chicago, not texas.

in conclusion, heidi is toxic and dangerous and real debbie fans know that she was just another tool used for debbie slander. her character was unnecessary and they could’ve just not written debbie and sandy to have conflict because it would’ve made everything a lot better. i hope that debbie gets some therapy and in time, a good, stable, nice girlfriend who cares about both debbie and franny.

Hey, I just wanted to tell you thank you so much for making this blog. It means more than I could possibly tell you to see support that isn't just "move out", because so many of us just simply can't, or even if we can we don't want to. I shouldn't be expected to uproot my entire life because of other people's bigotry.

Things are getting worse here, and I'm scared. My mom told the doctor that my period was normal last time we went to the doctor, and refused to elaborate. She said that she didn't want specific information about my cycle on file, in case I went on puberty blockers for any reason. My school canceled the Scholastic book fair, because it's a charter school and they were scared of getting on DeSantis' radar. There's uncertainty over if we'll have a psychology course back by the time I reach the age to take it.

Even on a less political front, gay and trans are making a massive resurgence in terms used for bullying. I'm clinging on to my silly little microlabels like a lifeline, because even though it hurts to know that nobody outside of our community is going to know about them, at least that means they aren't going to be slung back in my face like a bullet.

It's really scary, and seeing how people are actually making efforts to combat this means more than you could ever know. It gives me hope that I can stick it out, and make my state a place where the kids younger than me can grow up safely and happily. Seeing adults openly wearing pride pins even in the midst of everything makes me feel safer with them than can be put into words. I hope that by the time I'm an adult and have control over my own life I can be that person for someone, but I also really hope I can help make it a world where that's not needed. And seeing that there's people here that care about us gives me hope that we can accomplish that.

We're targeted so much now because people are afraid of change and because these systems of oppression need a constant mark to aim hatred at in order to function. But we're louder than ever now and there's people like you who exist now who are aware of our existences and aware of themselves more than we ever used to have. That's powerful. That gives me hope for the future. YOU give me hope for the future. I look at you the same as you look at us who are older and you inspire me as well. I know this is painful and I know you're scared but know that you're not alone and you never will be. Remember that even if certain laws are passed and attempts to silence information and truth occur - there are still always ways to access that information and keep it alive. These TFR accounts look to BIPOC lives because those are the groups already living under so much oppression who can teach the most about persistence and resilience. Read about other social movements, look to past leaders, look to current events like the people in Gaza right now. Even through tragedy, the spirit of resilience remains. It's still possible to find happiness and fulfillment and build a life somehow. We are not at the mercy of any of this, we just need to learn how to best adapt & keep moving. It's not easy and it's not fair but it is doable. You will have a beautiful life and trans people will always exist. We are still thriving here. If you are struggling and need someone to talk to, Trans Lifeline and Thrive Lifeline both offer peer to peer support (meaning anyone on the other side is also LGBT and/or other identities as well) & also will not involve police / involuntary psych holds. They have a variety of options to communicate with them for support & Thrive even has a trans discord server for anyone 16+! We are also working on a discord server for trans Floridians, which should be available soon, and will have a dedicated channel for teens only (with support as needed from queer & trans adult moderators from a variety of racial backgrounds & who have professional experience working with children / youth). These are just a few things that exist as well. More and more are out there and will also soon be created in the face of increasing pressure on our community. He thanked you and went to sit at one of the tables with pothos vines providing an overhead cabana. Your dog followed at his ankles and sat at his feet as he casually sipped. With that he winked with his charming blue eyes and left your shop. You had to hold your dog in your arms as she tried to run after the man.

I thrive in chaos and am pretty hyper most of the time. But I'm also really scatterbrained. That, and my various mental health issues like depression and BPD but I don't let it stop me from being happy and cool :)

I used to struggle a lot with mental health but have found a nice balance in life and think positively and optimistically a lot of the time.

In my spare time I like to make sci-fi comics, watch sailor moon (and I've been obsessed with Bee and Puppycat) and be a silly little guy.

This week I built an Arduino game thing for school in a week!! And I bought star lights from Amazon to hang in my dorm room (secretly for blanket forts)

its a good thing you thrive in chaos because that man has been without guidance since like age 14 and has no structure in his life, no proper sleep schedule or good eating habits either. obv. youre not gonna be his mother, youre just going to have to figure out something that works for both of you together!!

I need you to write the fic where Steve just leaves the friend group after they treat him like the fandom thinks they would treat him. This is such an excellent idea, I would definitely read it because I'm just so done. I mean tbh I would go even so far that I would let Steve just move on, Robin gets a second chance but I'm all for him finding people that accept him and treat him well. I'm a huge fan of x OC fics in general, like my own ST rewrite is with an OC character because idk I just love to insert myself in shit lmao. Anyway even in the show some character are sometimes so horrible to Steve it's insane. Like how is it not concerning that he thinks he's stupid bc that's what he hears all the time from his friends. This is unacceptable imo. I need him to realize he can do better, that's why I hope he can end the show moving out with Robin to a place where he meets new people who he doesn't have to prove his worth to 24/7.

But yeah Robin would be the first to notice Steve absence, then Dustin and then slowly the others realize they fucked up besides Nancy maybe as she still doesn't think she hurt Steve in s2. Anyway it would then be too late, maybe they see him thriving with his new buddies and be like shit we were the assholes not Steve.

honestly i so badly want to write this but also idk if i’m in any mental space rn to write it but i def want to write this and will!! honestly i want him to just have friends and have a happy life but also i know this au is gonna be angsty lol cuz i love talking and exploring about the complicated dynamics which this would open a can of worms with this drama. yeah like some characters in canon are so weird and i’m team steve needs to get out of hawkins to have a happy life. if that includes him also gaining new friendships cuz his old friendships suck then it would be even more juicer. also like idk it’s soo complicated tho cuz none of the new friendships would know about the UD so i think steve would be lonely in that sense and he would totally look back a lot on those old friendships. same i’m all for stobin getting out of hawkins and gaining a new life away from hawkins

oh robin would absolutely be the first to notice and then dustin. which would just have a lot of tension with all of the dynamics after steve leaves i can just feel it in my soul lol. honestly yeah i don’t see nancy realizing she’s done anything wrong any time soon cuz she never realizes it and it’s been 4 seasons of jjust nancy being seen as this perfect angel and nothing else. and she doesn’t realize she’s fucked up in her relationships at all so she def would not realize that she was wrong in this lol. honestly i soo want to see them do that later of realizing they were the assholes because like it’s just sooo weird how only steve can be the asshole but everyone else is seen as this perfect angel it’s just yeah

Tw for some serious depression shit

I had a great weekend with my friend but now I’m back to my normal life in the absolute crackden I call a flat I’m feeling a little… like shit???

Like I know, I know we shouldn’t compare ourselves to others, but I’m having a hard time not doing that right now.

We both went to uni together, and yeah she’s a year older than me cos she took a year out while I went straight into it, but we finished our degrees at the same time so we were at the same stage in our lives by then.

And now there’s just… so many differences between us and I can’t help but feel like a total fuckup.

Like she has a boyfriend of a year, a really good job in some fancy head office in London, she’s planning on moving out, she’s got a whole ass life.

Meanwhile I’m here, rotting away, failing the masters degree I didn’t even really want to do, I have no prospects for the future, no driving license, no money, no anything.

I just feel like such a solid failure. Like I’m so behind where I should be in life now. The only difference between me now and me at 15 is that I clean my own bathroom and share a kitchen with mental strangers instead of my parents. I also have better hair.

Like don’t get me wrong I’m super happy for her and everything she’s achieved. She deserves it all and more.

But I see her thriving and living a real life meanwhile I’m seriously considering dropping out of my masters and just calling it quits because I genuinely just do not see the point anymore.

I don’t see the point in anything to be honest. Like one of my major failings is just me struggling to care about my life now. I know it’s gonna be disappointing and shit, so why bother?

I have no talents, there’s nothing I’m really good at. There’s nothing I care about enough to get good at, besides writing maybe, but I tried that, I did my degree in it, and in three years I hardly improved. It’s just not viable, there’s nothing in it.

I’ve literally dedicated my life to being a writer, it’s all I’ve ever really wanted to do. I’ve tried different kinds of writing, different styles, and none of it I’ve ever been any good at. I’m literally the most unremarkable person to walk this earth. Everything I’m just… okay at. I’ve tried hard to excel and be good at things, but it never really comes to anything. I’m just… average. I always have been.

And average people rarely manage to make something of their life without help. And I have no help because I’m working class and broke. So that’s it. There’s nothing for me that’s going to be fulfilling. It’s all just going to be as shit as this. If not shitter. And honestly the thought of having to do something shit because it’s the only option to keep a roof over my head makes me want to walk into oncoming traffic.

Anyway, the depression is depressioning rn, I’m a total mess and live in delusion to dull the agony of my boring ass life which is doomed to be uninspiring and pointless until I drop dead. I only hope it’s sooner rather than later to spare me from the pain of living a pointless existence for 60+ years.
