Aleduncan don't go to pride.

Alejandro's too afraid of his parents and/or brother finding out that he's not straight and reacting poorly, so he keeps his sexuality as hidden as possible - it isn't until he's cut off his family and their toxicity that he allows himself the freedom and joy of publically expressing himself, and then he goes to pride with his friends and has a great time.

Duncan's not allowed within the vicinity of a pride event because he's an active arson risk. And homophobic /j.

Alejandro records his time at pride for Duncan to watch. Duncan calls it gay and stupid but secretly appreciates his boyfriend trying to include him in these events. Alejandro catches Duncan watching the recordings "in secret" with the mushiest look on his face, and silently decides not to call him out on it.
