So with this last quick post we’ve come to the end of the S8 content, the end of the show, and the end of the daily screenshots.  But not the end of this blog!  I’m taking a short hiatus of a week or maybe two - as far as new content, at least.  I’ll still be checking in on tumblr regularly.  My next projects will include a stack of meta, both some overdue stuff and some series-wide stuff (PS feel free to request stuff!!), and posting quotes from the DVD commentaries.  I’ll also be uploading some better-quality versions of my favorite screenshots (and yours if you let me know!), practicing my gif-making skills, and working on fics (and maaayybe a couple other things ^_~).  And of course reblogging other fun Boris / RP / Campbell stuff! 

tl;dr: I’m going to disappear for a little while but this blog is by no means done just because we made it through the whole show.  

Also, thank you all so much for sticking with me this long already!  It’s been so much fun getting to meet other RP/Boris fans, I can’t even tell you.

More specifically: @spooookyboo You were one of my very first followers and I’ve had so much fun swapping headcanons with you and reading your fics and watching your edits.  @jadziana I’ve learned A TON from you about the kind of background and culture Boris comes from, and that’s been really cool.  (Also ditto on the headcanons/meta and fic. ^_~)  The two of you made up my first it’s-after-midnight-and-I-need-to-sleep-but-I’m-yelling-about-Boris-with-other-people!! conversation, which is almost as awesome as you guys are. 

@renuka13 I learned some Russian from you - like the “blin” conversation is still one of my favorite interactions on this blog - and it always makes me smile to see your username in my activity feed. @giosteele Thanks for the awesome Campbell pictures!  It’s great seeing your name show up too.  ^_^ 

@onenewphoenix I can’t tell you how awesome it is to have had the chance to see your fandom journey from Person Who Has Just Started Watching The Show to Person Who Has Written the Longest RP Fic by OVER FIFTY THOUSAND WORDS HELL YEAH!!  I love hearing from you on this blog and I love reading Music in the Air. 

@redlibrary It’s been so much fun getting to know you and hearing your thoughts on the show.  And especially for all the Campbell content!  Between you and @jadziana we’re going to have all his movies covered, and then it’s great to also get interviews and backstory and short films from you.  I’m still planning on buying a frame and I’ll let you know when I finally listen to that interview.  ^_^;; 

And there are several people who’ve been showing up in my activity feed lately and I feel kind of weird calling you out by name when we’ve never interacted - like I think you should be able to just look at pictures of Campbell Scott in peace if that’s all you want - but just know that if you’ve ever liked or reblogged more than one of my posts you have made squee and flail in delight.  So thank you.  ^___^ 

Basically what I’m saying is that I never expected this blog to get more than a few followers and I certainly never expected to have so many good conversations and learn so much and make new friends from it.  You guys are fantastic and I’m so thrilled to have met you all and so excited to keep yelling about Boris (and Campbell) long into the future. <3

Can I just say real quick that I have loved talking with you guys the past few days?  Really truly I get so much fun and enjoyment out of converations and I think it’s so awesome we’ve built this little community together and you’re all just fantastic.  ^____^ <3 <3 <3
