Sorry not OP but to raise a bit of awareness specifically to FTM/trans masc/vagina having trans people, sometimes testosterone usage causes something called “vaginal atrophy” which is normally referred to when the go over side effects as dryness, abnormal sexual function, etc, but this can also mean things like urinary issues such as frequent urinary urgency, more frequent UTIs, etc. This is because your genital area kinda requires a bit of estrogen to maintain a certain standard and without it, things start to go into power saving mode.

To counter this, you can use a low dosage of estrogen as an intravaginal cream (I think there’s tablets and stuff too) in order to maintain proper function downstairs without effecting your transition in any meaningful way.

I have NO idea if that’s what OP is talking about but I think it’s very important for trans people to know it can happen and there’s no shame on needing more of your primary assigned sex hormone to help out your body sometimes!
