tried watching the ml london special but MAN does this show continue to give me such conflicting feelings

because like...if i ever found out my girlfriend lied to me that my dad hadnt been akumatizing people and recklessly played around with peoples lives - including mine - to get my mom back, and severely emotionally neglected me during all that time and had instead been some martyr who defeated the big bad to save the world (instead of BEING the one who needed to be defeated) i would never be able to forgive her no matter her kind intentions

im not even trying to blame marinette here because holy fuck what would you DO if you were in her situation?? but it definitely sours their romance for me

ill wait and see until more episodes air, maybe ill change my mind, who knows? but for now i dont feel...great... about it

[ SUBJECT INTERVIEW: "DRAGULA" ]

NAME? I was given a name that is no longer relevant. NICKNAME? Dragula has existed in the net since 2071. GENDER? I never put stock into it. Male, I suppose. STAR SIGN? It spans 330 to 360 degrees of celestial longitude.  HEIGHT? Six feet. Or 182 centimeters. I find the metric system to be more appealing.  ORIENTATION? Meat is meat, it serves a function either way. FAVORITE FRUIT? I can almost remember the taste of a pear but the harder I think about it, the more it feels like ash on my tongue. FAVORITE SEASON? I’m partial to the autumnal equinox. Cooler temperatures provide the illusion of cleaner air and the cooling system in my unit is perpetually malfunctioning in the heat, but all things considered, I like to watch the leaves die. FAVORITE FLOWER? The Titan Arum, which blooms only once every decade and smells of rotting flesh. I would very much like to see one some day.  FAVORITE SCENT? Fresh rain on the concrete. For a few brief moments it covers the city in something real.  COFFEE OR TEA? Matcha. I’ve blackmailed a cafe in Kabuki to supply it to me free of charge.  AVERAGE HOURS OF SLEEP? I try for several. I rarely get more than few.  DOG OR CAT PERSON? My mother had a dog when I was still a child, a relentless creature that barked at every whisper. One day the door was left open and I watched it run into the street where a Mackinaw eviscerated it on the pavement. I’ve not seen one since, nor would I want to. Felines have a calmer presence. Quieter, too.  DREAM TRIP? Away. FAVORITE FICTIONAL CHARACTER? I used to watch a cartoon robot on tv. He would take his head off to end unfavorable conversations. I wish I could do that now. NUMBER OF BLANKETS YOU SLEEP WITH? I don’t. This city is an inferno, in fact, I’m not convinced these aren’t the very fires of Hell.  RANDOM FACT? A snake driven mad will devour itself whole. Like a glitch in it’s self-preservation, something inside compels it. Have you ever witnessed such a beautiful act of destruction?

I was really hoping the end event would've revitalized the server and changed the dynamics a bit because things have really stagnanted over the past month. It would have been nice to have something to incentivize people that stopped playing a reason to come back either by fixing the balancing or giving them a exp boost, but as it stands now there's no reason to play if you can't get caught up to people that have a two month head start

Started listening to Malevolent (cause I’m cross stitching and need the extra stimulation) and I’m kinda mad that I don’t talk to the person who originally recommended it to me anymore cause I have Thoughts. Anyways I do know vaguely who John is cause of said person which means I’m sure it’s fine that after John reads about some guy who wants to bring madness and “his eyes in someone else’s face” while being…. the eyes of someone else’s face and then going unhinged for a sec and saying “who’s John” in a scary voice is totally normal and fine and we don’t have to worry about John regaining his memory of who he was and what his intentions with our world are

i have no idea how some of you read the golden raven so fast, i keep having to put it down, it's so Much that it's giving me a headache and i'm still only at 48% 😭😭😭 at least there are some bright spots like jean and his peach. i was very charmed by how protective he was of his peach. i hope the book ends with someone giving him a basket filled with peaches, that would be delightful and he deserves it <3
