because like...if i ever found out my girlfriend lied to me that my dad hadnt been akumatizing people and recklessly played around with peoples lives - including mine - to get my mom back, and severely emotionally neglected me during all that time and had instead been some martyr who defeated the big bad to save the world (instead of BEING the one who needed to be defeated) i would never be able to forgive her no matter her kind intentions

im not even trying to blame marinette here because holy fuck what would you DO if you were in her situation?? but it definitely sours their romance for me

ill wait and see until more episodes air, maybe ill change my mind, who knows? but for now i dont feel...great... about it

NAME? I was given a name that is no longer relevant. NICKNAME? Dragula has existed in the net since 2071. GENDER? I never put stock into it. Male, I suppose. STAR SIGN? It spans 330 to 360 degrees of celestial longitude.  HEIGHT? Six feet. Or 182 centimeters. I find the metric system to be more appealing.  ORIENTATION? Meat is meat, it serves a function either way. FAVORITE FRUIT? I can almost remember the taste of a pear but the harder I think about it, the more it feels like ash on my tongue. FAVORITE SEASON? I’m partial to the autumnal equinox. Cooler temperatures provide the illusion of cleaner air and the cooling system in my unit is perpetually malfunctioning in the heat, but all things considered, I like to watch the leaves die. FAVORITE FLOWER? The Titan Arum, which blooms only once every decade and smells of rotting flesh. I would very much like to see one some day.  FAVORITE SCENT? Fresh rain on the concrete. For a few brief moments it covers the city in something real.  COFFEE OR TEA? Matcha. I’ve blackmailed a cafe in Kabuki to supply it to me free of charge.  AVERAGE HOURS OF SLEEP? I try for several. I rarely get more than few.  DOG OR CAT PERSON? My mother had a dog when I was still a child, a relentless creature that barked at every whisper. One day the door was left open and I watched it run into the street where a Mackinaw eviscerated it on the pavement. I’ve not seen one since, nor would I want to. Felines have a calmer presence. Quieter, too.  DREAM TRIP? Away. FAVORITE FICTIONAL CHARACTER? I used to watch a cartoon robot on tv. He would take his head off to end unfavorable conversations. I wish I could do that now. NUMBER OF BLANKETS YOU SLEEP WITH? I don’t. This city is an inferno, in fact, I’m not convinced these aren’t the very fires of Hell.  RANDOM FACT? A snake driven mad will devour itself whole. Like a glitch in it’s self-preservation, something inside compels it. Have you ever witnessed such a beautiful act of destruction?

Did you guys know you can cough so hard that you burst blood vessels in your eyes? :)

This happened on July 4th and on July 5th I started taking pictures every day out of curiosity to see how it healed. I took two on the 8th and 10th, and missed a day on the 9th and 11th. If you look closely at the first couple pictures you can see the spots of healed petechiae caused by the coughing too (they look like black spots between my eyes and nose).

i think love is when my cat - who's suffered a traumatic c-section during the stillbirth of her kittens years ago and was also attacked by a vicious dog who bit her stomach after that - still rolls over onto her back and not only lets me pet her belly but stretches out for more belly rubs and goes back to sleep while i'm petting her tummy

i think that's honestly the most pure and strong definition of love i know how to give

i see a lot of people apologizing/disclaiming their bg3 criticism or calling it haterism and like. criticism is just a part of discussion. it is literally a part of critical consumption. you can love the game and still be able to recognize its flaws.

i see this a disproportionate amount from poc players and. hey guys? i'm sorry we were made to feel that our feelings about the portrayal of our existence aren't valid, or that our representation itself isn't a pressing issue. i know it sucks. your criticism is more than valid, you are not being a bummer by calling out harmful dialogue, and you are not being a hater when you point out the very real problems in the game.

tl;dr your criticism is always valid and i appreciate you. also this goes for all media
