I'm still not over the fact that Lucy will just randomly go "you're gonna have a really bad migraine later. you should probably prepare for that" and they're always right about this but when I ask how they now it's always either "I just got a specific vibe" or it's like 3 symptoms I barely picked up on and would never have registered as being connected if they didn't point it out

#personal #thoughts #🍬 post #anyway I might have to take painkillers later because I just started getting the actual headache #and it's definitely getting worse and came with a bunch of nausea and that weird weak shaky feeling we get with really bad migraines #I forgot Lucy'd even said anything about it but this would explain why I've been so irritable as well. whoops #they usually pick up on stuff anywhere from like a few hours up to 24 hours before we get a particularly bad migraine which is wild #we get migraines that aren't as bad every few days but the really bad ones aren't as common and usually have more of a buildup
