refsheet update

Finally got around updating the refsheet page a little, The site is very broken on mobile so I had to move to my PC and ugh

Added a minimum age warning (16+ to all profiles) (I know It doesn't do much but like I don't want people to think my target Audience is literally children)

Changed some stuff on Germany's wiki:

- Added a neurodiversity tab

- fixed grammatical mistakes

- Expanded on Germany's trauma and gave more context for the EU foundation

- Added "Best friends" and "Dislike" tabs

"Why is Russia in dislikes?" In my version there's an ongoing joke that everyone dislikes Russia, Although with Germany they did business in the past and I would like to indulge more in the topic, but, currently one of the reasons for the bad relationship is Russia being literally homophobic of course LOL
