I am so tired of kids being shoved into my advanced classes that A) have no desire to be there or attempt the work B) do not have the SKILLS to be there and only passed the first level out of the kindness of my heart/modified curriculum C) have genuinely difficult personalities.

And just being told "there's nowhere else for them to go."

I haven't had a break from this prickly Mansplainer kid with Problems since last year. Guidance, you are killing me and what my program could be.

and I can't even complain to my supervisor anymore because that changed and she's married to our guidance counselor. UGHHHHHH

#small school probs #this kid has an IEP and is just...honestly an asshole #he's great with Unity but ignores his assigned work (for PAMC last year #and comp sci this year #And frankly he sucks at the graphic design stuffs because he ignores all attempts to show him how to do stuff #I do not have the time or resources to teach unity our desktops can barely run it and he threw a fit yesterday because a school firewall de #deleted all the packages he'd imported for his side project and thus corrupted the file like #Bro i keep telling you FOCUS ON YOUR GRADED WORK FIRST. you shouldn't be failing comp sci!#I genuinely don't know what to do because he's not being set up for success and I'm honestly fucking tired of dealing with him #my compassion only goes so far and he's a fucking asshole who tries to Mansplain my own content to me.... WRONGLY
